Fig. 3 is an embodiment of a method for matching change management resources according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the method for matching change management resources includes the following steps:
and S10, acquiring the information of the change management project.
The change management project information comprises a change enterprise type, a change project type and a change task type.
Specifically, the change management item information may be generated from survey results obtained through interaction pages related to change management, such as an enterprise questionnaire page, a registration page, and a change item selection page. For example, a plurality of survey options may be set on an enterprise questionnaire page, an enterprise user selects or fills in each survey option in the enterprise questionnaire page, and a selection result or a filling result input by the user in each survey option in the enterprise questionnaire page is used as a survey result, where the selection result is in the form of a choice question, for example, a survey question is "from which aspect your enterprise wants to improve research and development efficiency", option a: performance assessment of research and development personnel; and option B: researching and developing organization structure optimization; and option C: optimizing a research and development flow; option D: the capability of software developers is improved. The selection result may be a single check or a multiple check. The filling result is in a text input form, and the enterprise user fills text information on the column to be filled.
In some embodiments, the voice information of the enterprise user may also be collected in a voice form as the survey result, for example, the client collects the voice information corresponding to each survey option input by the user in the enterprise questionnaire page and sends the voice information to the server, the server converts the voice information into text information, and after performing semantic analysis on the text information, the target innovation object is extracted as the survey result. If the voice information is in a non-standard language, the server translates the voice information into a standard language according to the voice type of the voice information, for example, when the voice information is English, the server translates the English into Chinese.
Further, the server refines and analyzes the corresponding type of the reform enterprise, the type of the reform project and the type of the reform task according to the obtained survey result. For example, the affiliated industry, the enterprise size, the position in the industry chain, and the like corresponding to the enterprise user can be analyzed through the investigation result, and the corresponding revolutionary enterprise type can be determined.
And S20, acquiring the expert resource information in the expert resource library.
Specifically, the expert resource information includes enterprise characteristic information, project characteristic information, and task characteristic information. The expert resource database comprises a plurality of pieces of expert resource information, and each piece of expert resource information comprises an expert identification (name or number and the like), enterprise characteristic information which is good at execution, project characteristic information which is good at execution, task characteristic information which is good at execution and the like.
In the following, for convenience of understanding, please refer to table 1, and the embodiment of the present invention provides an example of expert resource information.
Numbering Expert identification Enterprise characteristic information Project characteristic information Task feature information
1 A Large software enterprise Manpower resource transformation Customer research task
2 B Middle-sized manufacturing enterprises Financial and economic change Problem analysis task
3 C Medium-sized communication enterprise Revolution of research and development process Remote review task
TABLE 1
Table 1 shows 3 pieces of expert resource information, which can be obtained from table 1: experts are good at executing large software enterprises (enterprise characteristic information), human resource revolution (project characteristic information) and client research tasks (task characteristic information); b, experts are good at executing medium-sized manufacturing enterprises (enterprise characteristic information), financial and financial changes (project characteristic information) and problem analysis tasks (task characteristic information); c experts are good at performing medium-sized communication enterprises (enterprise characteristic information), development flow changes (project characteristic information), remote review tasks (task characteristic information).
And S30, matching the change management project information with the expert resource information, and screening out the preferred expert resource information.
Specifically, the preferred expert resource information is obtained by matching the type of the revolutionary enterprise, the type of the revolutionary project and the type of the revolutionary task in the acquired revolutionary management project information with a plurality of pieces of expert resource information in an expert resource library.
The embodiment of the invention provides a method for matching change management resources, which can firstly obtain the information of a change management project; and then automatically matching the change management project information with the expert resource information in the expert resource library, and screening out the preferred expert resource information, thereby improving the matching efficiency and accuracy.
In order to better match the reform management project information with the expert resource information and screen out preferred expert resource information, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 4, S30 includes the following steps:
and S31, respectively carrying out similarity matching on the change enterprise type, the change project type and the change task type in the change management project information and the enterprise characteristic information, the project characteristic information and the task characteristic information in the expert resource information.
Specifically, the enterprise type of the change is matched with the enterprise characteristic information to obtain enterprise type similarity; matching the reform item type with the item characteristic information to obtain item type similarity; and matching the transformational task type with the task characteristic information to obtain task type similarity. It can be understood that the higher the similarity of the enterprise types is, the more similar the transformational enterprise types and the enterprise characteristic information is, the higher the similarity of the project types is, the more similar the transformational project types and the project characteristic information is, the higher the similarity of the task types is, the more similar the transformational task types and the task characteristic information is.
The enterprise type similarity, the project type similarity and the task type similarity can be represented by numerical values, and the larger or smaller the numerical value is, the higher the similarity is. The enterprise type similarity, the project type similarity and the task type similarity can be represented by other characters, and different characters represent different similarities. For example: the enterprise type similarity can be represented by A, B, C and D respectively, the similarity between the revolutionary enterprise type represented by the enterprise type similarity A and the enterprise characteristic information is greater than the similarity represented by the enterprise type similarity B, the similarity represented by the enterprise type similarity B is greater than the similarity represented by the enterprise type similarity C, and the similarity represented by the enterprise type similarity C is greater than the similarity represented by the enterprise type similarity D.
And S32, obtaining the preferred expert resource information according to the similarity matching result.
Specifically, the preferred expert resource information is obtained by screening from a plurality of pieces of expert resource information in an expert resource library according to the enterprise type similarity, the project type similarity and/or the task type similarity.
In this embodiment, if the enterprise type similarity reaches a preset enterprise similarity, and/or; if the item type similarity reaches the preset item similarity, and/or; and if the task type similarity reaches the preset task similarity, determining the expert resource information as the preferred expert resource information.
For example, the enterprise type similarity, the project type similarity and the task type similarity are represented by numerical values, the larger the numerical value is, the larger the similarity is, and if the enterprise type similarity is 5 and the preset enterprise similarity is 3, the enterprise type similarity reaches the preset enterprise similarity; if the item type similarity is 4 and the preset item similarity is 5, the item type similarity does not reach the preset enterprise similarity; if the task type similarity is 2 and the task similarity is preset to be 3, the task type similarity does not reach the preset task similarity.
In some embodiments, the enterprise type similarity, the project type similarity and the task type similarity are summed to obtain matching similarity; and if the matching similarity reaches the preset matching similarity, determining the expert resource information as the preferred expert resource information.
For example, the enterprise type similarity, the project type similarity and the task type similarity are all represented by numerical values, the greater the numerical values are, the greater the similarity is, if the enterprise type similarity is 5, the project type similarity is 4 and the task type similarity is 2, the preset matching similarity is 10, the enterprise type similarity, the project type similarity and the task type similarity are summed to obtain the matching similarity 5+4+2 which is 11, the matching similarity 11 reaches the preset matching similarity 10, and the corresponding expert resource information is determined to be the preferred expert resource information.
In order to further improve the matching accuracy of the change management project information and the expert resource information, after the preferable expert resource information is screened out by matching the change management project information and the expert resource information according to the enterprise type similarity, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 5, the method further includes the following steps:
and S40, screening available expert resource information from a plurality of pieces of preferred expert resource information according to the execution effect weighing value, the geographical position information and the available time information in the preferred expert resource information.
The expert resource information further comprises an execution effect weighing value, geographical position information and available time information. The execution effect weighing value is used for measuring the effect evaluation value of the expert for executing the related task. The higher the execution effectiveness metric, the higher the completion or customer satisfaction of the executed task. For example: for the same task type, if the execution effect metric value of the expert A is larger than that of the expert B, the completion degree or the customer satisfaction degree of the task executed by the expert A is higher than that of the task executed by the expert B.
The execution effect metric value can be represented by a numerical value, and can also be represented by other characters. The execution effect weighing value can be automatically evaluated and set according to the completion condition of the task executed by the expert by the client or the inside.
The geographical location information refers to the geographical location of the expert resource. For example, the geographic location information of expert a is a district.
The available time information refers to a time period in which the expert resources are freely available. For example: currently, the time period that experts can freely control is from monday to wednesday if experts a do not schedule work tasks next monday to wednesday.
Specifically, the change management project information is matched with the expert resource information, a plurality of pieces of preferred expert resource information can be screened out, and then, the available expert resource information is screened out from the plurality of pieces of preferred expert resource information according to the execution effect weighing value, the geographic position information and the available time information.
In order to better screen available expert resource information from a plurality of the preferred expert resource information according to the performance measure value, the geographic location information and the available time information in the preferred expert resource information, in some embodiments, S30 includes the following steps:
if the execution effect metric in the preferred expert resource information reaches a predetermined effect threshold,
and/or; if the geographical location information in the preferred expert resource information meets a preset geographical location,
and/or; and if the available time information in the preferred expert resource information meets the preset task starting and ending time, determining the preferred expert resource information as available expert resource information.
The preset effect threshold value, the preset geographic position and the preset task starting and stopping time can be set according to the requirements of enterprise users. For example, a business user may set a preset geographic location based on the geographic location of the corresponding business. The enterprise user can set the deadline of a preset task according to the deadline required to be completed by the reform project, set corresponding start time for the difficulty of a plurality of reform tasks contained in the reform project, and further determine the start-stop time of the preset task according to the deadline and the start time.
For example, if the execution effect metric value of the expert a is 4 and the execution effect metric value is 5, the execution effect metric value of the expert a does not reach the preset effect threshold value; the execution effect metric value of expert B is 4, and the execution effect metric value of expert a is 3, then the execution effect metric value of expert a reaches the preset effect threshold. The geographical position information of the expert A is in the Chongqing city, the preset geographical position is in the Shenzhen city, and the geographical position information of the expert A does not meet the preset geographical position; and the geographical position information of the expert B is the Chongqing city, the preset geographical position is the Shenzhen city, and the geographical position information city of the expert A meets the preset geographical position. The available time information of the expert A is 5 months and 3 days to 5 months and 5 days, and the preset task starting and stopping time is 5 months and 2 days to 5 months and 3 days, so that the available time information of the expert A does not meet the preset task starting and stopping time; and the available time information of the expert B is from 5 months 3 days to 5 months 5 days, and the preset task starting and ending time is from 5 months 4 days to 5 months 5 days, so that the available time information of the expert A meets the preset task starting and ending time.
In order to further improve the matching accuracy of the reform management item information and the expert resource information, after screening available expert resource information from a plurality of pieces of preferred expert resource information according to the execution effect measure value, the geographic location information and the available time information in the preferred expert resource information, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 6, the method further includes the following steps:
and S50, acquiring the capability evaluation information corresponding to the available expert resource information.
Specifically, after available expert resource information is screened from a plurality of pieces of preferred expert resource information, and after an expert corresponding to the available expert resource information completes a corresponding reform task, an enterprise client or an internal part evaluates the execution condition of the reform task completed by the expert, so as to obtain the capability average information. For example, the average information of the ability of the enterprise client to complete the related change task by the expert a is "excellent", and the average information of the ability of the enterprise client to complete the related change task by the expert B is "bad".
And S60, updating the execution effect weighing value corresponding to the available expert resource information according to the capability evaluation information.
Specifically, because the enterprise client provides different capability evaluation information for the related revolutionary tasks completed by different experts, the execution effect metric value corresponding to the available expert resource information can be updated according to the capability evaluation information.
In order to better update the execution effect metric value corresponding to the available expert resource information according to the capability evaluation information, so that the execution effect metric value can reflect the real capability of the expert resource, please refer to fig. 7, S60 includes the following steps:
and S61, determining the ability evaluation type according to the ability evaluation information.
The capability evaluation type comprises positive evaluation information and negative evaluation information;
specifically, the ability evaluation information is subjected to semantic analysis, and if positive words, such as "excellent", "good", "efficient", and "in time", are included in the ability evaluation information, the ability evaluation information can be determined as forward evaluation information. If the capability evaluation information includes negative words, such as "not good", "not effective", and "general", etc., the capability evaluation information may be determined to be negative evaluation information. It will be appreciated that the forward evaluation information represents a high acceptance of enterprise users of the relevant revolutionary tasks performed by the expert resources. The negative evaluation information represents that the acceptance of the enterprise user on the related transformational tasks executed by the expert resources is low.
And S62, updating the execution effect measurement value according to the capability evaluation type.
Specifically, if the capability evaluation information is forward evaluation information, the capability metric value is upgraded; and if the capability evaluation information is negative evaluation information, performing degradation processing on the capability measure value.
For example, the execution effectiveness metric values are represented by values 1-10, and the larger the execution effectiveness metric value, the higher the completion degree or customer satisfaction degree of the executed task. The execution effect metric values of the expert a and the expert B are both 5, and after the same change task is executed, if the capability evaluation information corresponding to the expert a is the forward evaluation information, the capability metric values are increased by a preset value (i.e., the capability metric values are upgraded), for example, the capability metric values are increased by 1, that is, the updated capability metric values of the expert a are updated to 6, that is, the capability metric values of the expert a are upgraded. If the capability evaluation information corresponding to the expert B is negative evaluation information, the capability measure is decreased by a preset value (i.e., the capability measure is subjected to degradation processing), for example, the capability measure is decreased by 1, i.e., the updated capability measure of the expert a is updated to 4, i.e., the capability measure of the expert B is subjected to degradation processing.
It should be noted that, in the foregoing embodiments, a certain order does not necessarily exist between the foregoing steps, and it can be understood by those skilled in the art from the description of the embodiments of the present application that, in different embodiments, the foregoing steps may have different execution orders, that is, may be executed in parallel, may also be executed in an exchange manner, and the like.
