本发明公开了一种应用于水龙头上的节水装置,包括竖直的连接套,连接套相对的外壁上成型有平面型的切槽,环形凹槽下侧的连接套内成型有贯穿连接套两侧切槽底面的插孔,连接套的插孔内插接有圆柱形的阀芯,阀芯内成型有若干个贯穿阀芯上、下外壁的通水孔,相邻通水孔之间的阀芯内成型有贯穿阀芯前外壁的节水孔,节水孔的后端成型有贯穿阀芯后外壁的扩孔;所述阀芯上插套固定有橡胶密封套,橡胶密封套的上、下端成型有与通水孔相连通的第一连通孔,橡胶密封套的前、后端面上成型有与节水孔相连通的第二连通孔。

一种应用于水龙头上的节水装置
技术领域
本发明涉及水龙头的技术领域,更具体地说涉及一种应用于水龙头上的节水装置。
背景技术
水龙头是水阀的通俗称谓,用来控制水流的大小开关,有节水的功效。现有一些水龙头出水端的管壁成型有外螺纹,水龙头的出水端螺接有连接套,连接套内安装有钢丝滤网,其采用的连接套一般只有过滤的作用,不具备节水的功能;在平常生活中,洗手是在水束冲洗下进行,但相对较为费水,可否设计一种可以出水雾的连接套安装到水龙头上,洗手时可以利用水雾代替水束,就可以节约水资源。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供了一种应用于水龙头上的节水装置,其采用的节水装置可以在水雾和水束两种出水方式进行切换,进而可以在洗手时采用水雾方式清洗,可以节约水资源。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种应用于水龙头上的节水装置,包括竖直的连接套,连接套上端的内壁上成型有环形凹槽并成型有内螺纹;连接套相对的外壁上成型有平面型的切槽,环形凹槽下侧的连接套内成型有贯穿连接套两侧切槽底面的插孔,其特征在于:连接套的插孔内插接有圆柱形的阀芯,阀芯内成型有若干个贯穿阀芯上、下外壁的通水孔,相邻通水孔之间的阀芯内成型有贯穿阀芯前外壁圆锥形的节水孔,节水孔的后端成型有贯穿阀芯后外壁的扩孔;所述阀芯上插套固定有橡胶密封套,橡胶密封套的上、下端成型有与通水孔相连通的第一连通孔,橡胶密封套的前、后端面上成型有与节水孔相连通的第二连通孔;所述阀芯的两端成型有圆形的定位柱,阀芯两端的定位柱外端面上成型有D型的螺柱,螺柱上插套有拨盘,拨盘的内端面抵靠在连接套切槽的底面上,拨盘的外端面抵靠有螺帽,螺帽螺接在螺柱上。
优选的,所述靠近拨盘前下方外圈的拨盘上成型有圆弧形的导向槽,导向槽内插接有限位轴,限位轴插接在固定在连接套上。
优选的,所述限位轴的两端伸出拨盘插套固定有限位套。
优选的,所述拨盘上导向槽的圆心位于拨盘的中心轴线上,拨盘的中部成型有与螺柱截面相同的D型孔;所述导向槽的圆弧弧度等于1/2π。
优选的,所述阀芯两端的定位柱直径等于橡胶密封套外壁的直径,定位柱的直径等于连接套上插孔的孔径。
优选的,所述阀芯两端定位柱的外端面分别和连接套两侧切槽的底面相齐平。
优选的,所述连接套下端的内壁上成型有圆锥形的导流孔。
优选的,所述连接套内环形凹槽的下侧壁上成型有环形的密封槽,连接套的密封槽内插接有密封圈。
本发明的有益效果在于:其采用的节水装置可以在水雾和水束两种出水方式进行切换,进而可以在洗手时采用水雾方式清洗,可以节约水资源;同时清洗蔬菜瓜果时可以切换到水束,不影响蔬菜瓜果的清洗。

实施例:见图1至6所示,一种应用于水龙头上的节水装置,包括竖直的连接套1,连接套1上端的内壁上成型有环形凹槽11并成型有内螺纹;连接套1相对的外壁上成型有平面型的切槽13,环形凹槽11下侧的连接套1内成型有贯穿连接套1两侧切槽13底面的插孔15,连接套1的插孔15内插接有圆柱形的阀芯2,阀芯2内成型有若干个贯穿阀芯2上、下外壁的通水孔23,相邻通水孔23之间的阀芯2内成型有贯穿阀芯2前外壁圆锥形的节水孔24,节水孔24的后端成型有贯穿阀芯2后外壁的扩孔25;所述阀芯2上插套固定有橡胶密封套3,橡胶密封套3的上、下端成型有与通水孔23相连通的第一连通孔32,橡胶密封套3的前、后端面上成型有与节水孔24相连通的第二连通孔31;所述阀芯2的两端成型有圆形的定位柱21,阀芯2两端的定位柱21外端面上成型有D型的螺柱22,螺柱22上插套有拨盘4,拨盘4的内端面抵靠在连接套1切槽13的底面上,拨盘4的外端面抵靠有螺帽7,螺帽7螺接在螺柱22上。
所述靠近拨盘4前下方外圈的拨盘4上成型有圆弧形的导向槽41,导向槽41内插接有限位轴5,限位轴5插接在固定在连接套1上。
所述限位轴5的两端伸出拨盘4插套固定有限位套6。
所述拨盘4上导向槽41的圆心位于拨盘4的中心轴线上,拨盘4的中部成型有与螺柱22截面相同的D型孔;所述导向槽41的圆弧弧度等于1/2π。
所述阀芯2两端的定位柱21直径等于橡胶密封套3外壁的直径,定位柱21的直径等于连接套1上插孔15的孔径。
所述阀芯2两端定位柱21的外端面分别和连接套1两侧切槽13的底面相齐平。
所述连接套1下端的内壁上成型有圆锥形的导流孔12。
所述连接套1内环形凹槽11的下侧壁上成型有环形的密封槽14,连接套1的密封槽14内插接有密封圈8。
工作原理:本发明为应用于水龙头上的节水装置,本节水装置采用的主体为连接套1,连接套1可以螺接在水龙头的出水端,并可以通过密封圈8与水龙头密封连接;
如图5所示,阀芯2上的通水孔23是呈竖直状,可以与连接套1的上、下端相连通,从水龙头出来的水流通过阀芯2上的通水孔23呈水束流出;而当通过转动拨盘4,将拨盘4选择90度,可以实现阀芯2转动,将阀芯2的前外壁移动到上端,实现节水孔24呈竖直,进而节水孔24与连接套1的上、下端相连通,水流经过节水孔24压缩从扩孔25出来会变成水雾,从而可以利用水雾洗手,实现节水。

1.一种应用于水龙头上的节水装置,包括竖直的连接套(1),连接套(1)上端的内壁上成型有环形凹槽(11)并成型有内螺纹;连接套(1)相对的外壁上成型有平面型的切槽(13),环形凹槽(11)下侧的连接套(1)内成型有贯穿连接套(1)两侧切槽(13)底面的插孔(15),其特征在于:连接套(1)的插孔(15)内插接有圆柱形的阀芯(2),阀芯(2)内成型有若干个贯穿阀芯(2)上、下外壁的通水孔(23),相邻通水孔(23)之间的阀芯(2)内成型有贯穿阀芯(2)前外壁圆锥形的节水孔(24),节水孔(24)的后端成型有贯穿阀芯(2)后外壁的扩孔(25);所述阀芯(2)上插套固定有橡胶密封套(3),橡胶密封套(3)的上、下端成型有与通水孔(23)相连通的第一连通孔(32),橡胶密封套(3)的前、后端面上成型有与节水孔(24)相连通的第二连通孔(31);所述阀芯(2)的两端成型有圆形的定位柱(21),阀芯(2)两端的定位柱(21)外端面上成型有D型的螺柱(22),螺柱(22)上插套有拨盘(4),拨盘(4)的内端面抵靠在连接套(1)切槽(13)的底面上,拨盘(4)的外端面抵靠有螺帽(7),螺帽(7)螺接在螺柱(22)上;
靠近拨盘(4)前下方外圈的拨盘(4)上成型有圆弧形的导向槽(41),导向槽(41)内插接有限位轴(5),限位轴(5)插接并固定在连接套(1)上;
所述限位轴(5)的两端伸出拨盘(4)并插套固定有限位套(6);
所述拨盘(4)上导向槽(41)的圆心位于拨盘(4)的中心轴线上,拨盘(4)的中部成型有与螺柱(22)截面相同的D型孔;所述导向槽(41)的圆弧弧度等于1/2π。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于水龙头上的节水装置,其特征在于:所述阀芯(2)两端的定位柱(21)直径等于橡胶密封套(3)外壁的直径,定位柱(21)的直径等于连接套(1)上插孔(15)的孔径。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种应用于水龙头上的节水装置,其特征在于:所述阀芯(2)两端的定位柱(21)的外端面分别和连接套(1)两侧切槽(13)的底面相齐平。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于水龙头上的节水装置,其特征在于:所述连接套(1)下端的内壁上成型有圆锥形的导流孔(12)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于水龙头上的节水装置,其特征在于:所述连接套(1)内环形凹槽(11)的下侧壁上成型有环形的密封槽(14),连接套(1)的密封槽(14)内插接有密封圈(8)。
