Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of damping rubber bushings, in particular to a baffle and inner bushing assembling process.
Background
With the rapid development of automobile technology, people have higher and higher performance requirements on various aspects of automobiles, the vibration and noise of the automobiles, which are one of the performance indexes of the automobiles, are more and more prominent, the mass consumption is gradually rationalized, and the low oil consumption and the good comfort are required for the purchase concept of the automobiles. In order to adapt to the market variation trend, a lightweight rubber shock-absorbing bushing which meets the requirements of vehicle shock absorption, noise reduction and strength and simultaneously reduces the self weight of a vehicle is the current development direction. The rubber shock absorption bushing is generally composed of an outer pipe, a rubber component, an inner lining pipe and a baffle, the existing baffle and the inner lining pipe are fixed through punching and riveting, the operation is troublesome, press mounting is also carried out, lubricating oil needs to be coated in the press mounting process, although the lubricating oil can reduce the friction force during press mounting and is convenient to press in, the lubricating oil can exist for a long time, so that the baffle and the inner lining pipe are relatively easy to separate from each other, and the lubricating oil can flow to a rubber main spring to influence the performance of a product.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems that the existing baffle and bushing are complex in installation operation, easy to fall off and loosen and influence product performance, the invention provides an assembly process of a baffle and an inner bushing, which can simplify installation operation, is not easy to fall off and loosen and ensures product performance.
The technical scheme is as follows: the assembly process of the baffle and the inner bushing is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
(1) performing shot blasting treatment on the outer surface of the lining pipe;
(2) before press mounting of the baffle, coating a water-based release agent on the inner side of the through hole of the baffle and/or the outer surface of the lining pipe;
(3) and pressing the baffle plate in place.
The baffle is further characterized in that the end part of the lining pipe is provided with a small-diameter section to form a step surface, and the diameter of the small-diameter section is larger than that of the through hole in the baffle;
the height of the small-diameter section corresponds to the thickness of the baffle.
After the invention is adopted, the pulling-out force between the inner lining pipe and the baffle is increased after the surface of the inner lining pipe is subjected to shot blasting treatment, the inner lining pipe is not easy to pull out after press mounting, in addition, the water-based release agent is adopted during the press mounting, the water-based release agent can be dried and volatilized rapidly while lubricating, no residue is generated, the release agent has no influence on rubber, the installation is convenient, and the product performance is ensured.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is an exploded view of a rubber shock bushing structure;
FIG. 2 is a schematic view showing a state where the baffle is connected to the lining pipe.
Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a baffle and inner bushing assembling process includes the following steps:
(1) shot blasting treatment is carried out on the outer surface of the lining pipe 1, and the pulling-out force between the lining pipe 1 and the baffle 2 is increased. The baffle plate 2 can not fall off and loosen in the movement process of the bushing assembly;
(2) before the baffle 2 is pressed, a water-based release agent is smeared on the inner side of the through hole 2-1 of the baffle 2 and/or the outer surface of the lining pipe 1, the water-based release agent plays a role in lubrication, the press fitting is convenient, and the water-based release agent can be quickly dried and comfortable without affecting the performance of a product;
(3) the baffle 2 is pressed in place.
The end part of the lining pipe 1 is provided with a small-diameter section 1-1 to form a step surface, the diameter of the small-diameter section 1-1 is larger than that of a through hole 2-1 in the baffle 2, and the small-diameter section and the through hole are in interference fit and play a role in limiting the baffle 2 during press mounting. The height of the small diameter section 1-1 corresponds to the thickness of the baffle 2.
In the figure, 3 is a rubber component, and 4 is an outer tube.
