In this embodiment, a first turntable 21 is disposed on the first bottom plate 111, a first turntable 22 is disposed on the first turntable 21, a support frame 23 is fixedly connected to an upper surface of the first turntable 22, the support frame 23 is arranged in a symmetrical structure, two opposite sides of the support frame 23 are respectively provided with a driving motor 251, an output end of the driving motor 251 is connected to a transmission rotating shaft 252, and a tire membrane pressing member 26 for fixing a vehicle door tire membrane is disposed on an outer periphery of the transmission rotating shaft 252.
Specifically, the support frame 23 has a triangular shape in a longitudinal section. The support frame 23 includes a first frame part 231 and a second frame part 232, wherein the second frame part 232 is located on top of the first frame part 231, and the first frame part 231 and the second frame part 232 are fixedly connected. Two opposite sides of the top of the supporting frame 23 are respectively provided with a mounting upright post 25, each mounting upright post 25 is provided with a driving motor 251, and a transmission rotating shaft 252 is arranged at the top of the supporting frame 23.
As can be seen from fig. 2, a slide rail assembly 24 is disposed on one side of the support frame 23, wherein the slide rail assembly includes a first slide rail 241, a second slide rail 242 and a third slide rail 243. In actual installation, since a plurality of installation screw holes (generally 5) are opened in the plate-shaped first installation portion 2612, after the door is positioned, the door can be positioned and installed on the membrane pressing member 26 manually.
As can be seen from fig. 3, a control member mounting plate 27 is disposed on the top of the support frame 23, and a plurality of mounting holes 271 are formed in the control member mounting plate 27. It will be appreciated that the plurality of mounting holes 271 provided in the control mounting plate 27 may facilitate the mounting of the electrical components.
It should be added that, since the first turn table 21 is disposed between the first base plate 22 and the first base plate 111, in order to ensure stability during rotation, the roller support assembly 28 is disposed between the first base plate 111 and the first turn table 21. Specifically, referring to fig. 6, the roller supporting assembly 28 includes a supporting column 281 and a roller 282 disposed on the top of the supporting column 281, wherein the roller 282 is attached to the lower surface of the first transfer plate 21. In addition, in order to make the force applied in all directions uniform, the number of the roller support assemblies 28 is plural and is uniformly distributed.
In order to perform the door hemming operation, a hemming robot 30 is provided on the third base plate 113, and the hemming robot 30 performs a hemming process on the door mold located above the first base plate 111.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the binding robot 30 includes a robot mounting base 31, a robot turntable 32 provided on an upper surface of the robot mounting base 31, a robot body 33, and a robot arm 34 provided on a top of the robot body 33. Wherein the robot mount 31 is provided on the third base plate 113.
In the present embodiment, the number of the above-described binding robots is 2, the number of the tire film pressing members 26 is 2, and each binding robot 30 corresponds to one tire film pressing member 26. In practical application, the vehicle door fixed in the tire membrane pressing piece 26 can make circular motion in the horizontal direction through the driving rotation of the first rotary table 21; further, the robot arm 34 can perform the hemming process on the door positioned in the tire mold presser 26 by the driving rotation of the robot turret 32.
The invention provides an automobile door cover edge rolling device, which comprises a bottom plate part, wherein the bottom plate part comprises a first bottom plate, a second bottom plate and a third bottom plate which are sequentially connected, a first rotary table is arranged on the first bottom plate, a first rotary connecting plate is arranged on the first rotary table, a supporting frame is arranged on the upper surface of the first rotary connecting plate, a tire membrane pressing part for fixing a tire membrane of an automobile door is arranged on the supporting frame, and the number of the tire membrane pressing parts is 2; meanwhile, the third bottom plate is provided with the trimming robot, the vehicle door mounted on the tire membrane pressing piece can rotate circumferentially in the horizontal direction, the trimming robot can also rotate circumferentially in the horizontal direction, and the trimming robot can conveniently operate the vehicle door needing to be subjected to trimming treatment in an electric control mode. And because two fetal membrane pressing pieces are positioned on the same base, and two edge rolling robots are also arranged above the same base, the occupation of the field is greatly saved, and the cost is reduced.
