Description

Glycerol adding process suitable for heating non-burning tobacco shreds
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of heating non-combustion cigarettes, and particularly relates to a glycerol adding process suitable for heating non-combustion tobacco shreds.
Background
The smoking mode of heating the non-combustible cigarette is to heat tobacco shreds instead of burning the tobacco shreds. Compared with the traditional cigarette, the tobacco shreds are difficult to release the inherent flavor components in the tobacco shreds in a non-combustible heating state, so that smoke generating agents such as glycerin and the like are required to be added into the tobacco shreds to assist in releasing the flavor components in the tobacco shreds, and therefore the effects of increasing the smoke amount and enhancing the cigarette fragrance are achieved.
For example, the chinese patent application 201310452339.0 and the specification indicate that the tobacco raw material is fed with materials by using propylene glycol or glycerin, so that the smoke release performance of the tobacco raw material in a heating non-combustion state can be enhanced, the smoke concentration can be increased, and meanwhile, the tobacco raw material can be well flame-retardant by effectively absorbing heat due to volatilization in the heating process, thereby ensuring that the tobacco raw material releases smoke in a heating non-combustion state. However, in the specific embodiment of the specification, the glycerol addition process is to place the tobacco raw material in a sealed state for 48 to 120 hours to ensure the sufficient absorption of the tobacco raw material to the polyhydric alcohol, and then balance the tobacco raw material after the feeding treatment for 24 to 120 hours in an environment with the temperature of 22 ℃ and the relative humidity of 60 percent, so that the treatment time is long, and the requirement of industrial production cannot be met.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a glycerin adding process suitable for heating non-burning tobacco shreds, which is used for adding glycerin into the tobacco shreds in a vacuum state and aims to remove moisture and volatile components in gaps of tobacco shred structures and enable the glycerin to enter the tobacco shreds and the interior of the tobacco shreds along with steam, so that the glycerin is more uniformly distributed on the tobacco shreds, and heat brought by the steam is helpful for the glycerin to be absorbed more fully.
The process comprises the following steps:
step 1), putting tobacco shreds into a closed box, wherein the closed box is subjected to vacuum treatment, and the temperature of the vacuum treatment closed box is 5-10 ℃;
step 2), spraying steam into the vacuum closed box in the step 1), wherein the steam contains glycerol;
step 3), keeping the temperature of the vacuum box for 30-300 s after the temperature of the vacuum box is increased back to 50-80 ℃;
and 4) releasing the vacuum pressure of the closed box, taking out the cut tobacco, and standing for 2-6 h.
In some embodiments of the invention, the steam is glycerol steam.
1. The invention adopts vacuum glycerol spraying steam to promote the tobacco shreds to contact with glycerol under the vacuum condition, the glycerol can penetrate into the surfaces of the mutually overlapped tobacco shreds, the glycerol is completely absorbed by the tobacco shreds, and the glycerol is uniformly distributed in the finally prepared tobacco shreds.
2. After glycerin is added into the tobacco shreds, the glycerin is volatilized in a heating state, the process promotes the release of other volatile components in the smoke, and compared with other glycerin mixing processes, the vacuum glycerin-spraying steam is adopted, the smoke volume is obviously increased by multiple times, and the tobacco fragrance is richer.
3. The addition process of the glycerin enables the glycerin to be mixed with the tobacco shreds more uniformly, is superior to the existing glycerin mixing process, is more efficient in time and saves the balance time.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a solid phase microextraction analysis of tobacco prior to addition of glycerin;
FIG. 2 is a solid phase microextraction analysis of tobacco after addition of glycerol.
Detailed Description
Example 1
Firstly, putting the tobacco shreds in a closed box, vacuumizing, spraying steam containing glycerol into the box body when the temperature of the box body reaches 8 ℃, keeping the temperature for 90s after the temperature rises to 65 ℃, releasing the pressure of the vacuum box, taking out the tobacco shreds, and then placing for 2-4 h.
The cut tobacco before and after being processed in the embodiment 1 is respectively subjected to headspace analysis and solid phase microextraction analysis, the analysis spectrum of the cut tobacco before being processed is shown in figure 1, and the analysis spectrum of the cut tobacco after being processed is shown in figure 2, so that the following can be obviously seen: the aroma content of the tobacco shreds is obviously improved.
Example 2
And uniformly spraying the steam containing the glycerol on the tobacco shreds, simultaneously uniformly mixing the tobacco shreds and the glycerol, and standing for 8-20 h after the addition is finished.
The tobacco shreds before and after treatment in example 2 are introduced into the cigarette which is not combusted under heating, so that the smoke amount is remarkably increased after smoking evaluation, and the cigarette fragrance is richer.
Example 3
Spraying mist containing glycerol to the tobacco shreds, simultaneously mixing the tobacco shreds and the glycerol uniformly, and standing for 8-20 h after the addition is finished.
The tobacco shreds before and after being treated in the example 3 are introduced into the cigarette which is not combusted by heating, the smoke amount is obviously increased after smoking evaluation, and the cigarette fragrance is richer.
Comparative example 1
Mixing glycerol and tobacco raw materials, placing for 48-120 h in a sealed state to ensure that the tobacco raw materials fully absorb the polyol, and then balancing the tobacco raw materials subjected to charging treatment for 24-120 h in an environment with the temperature of 22 ℃ and the relative humidity of 60%.
Test examples
The tobacco shreds obtained in the example 1 and the tobacco shreds obtained in the comparative example 1 are respectively prepared into the non-burning cigarette, so that the processing time of the tobacco shreds in the example 1 is obviously shortened, the glycerin is absorbed by the tobacco shreds more fully, and the sensory evaluation is obviously different. Compared with the tobacco shreds obtained in the comparative example 1, the tobacco shreds obtained in the example 1 have the advantages of increased smoke quantity, reduced water stain taste, reduced irritation, increased tobacco original fragrance and increased fragrance richness after sensory evaluation.
Compared with examples 2 and 3, the glycerin distribution on the cut tobacco obtained by the treatment of example 1 is more uniform, and the absorption is more sufficient. Sensory evaluation shows that the smoke quality of the cigarette which is prepared by processing the tobacco shreds in the example 1 and is not combusted under heating is better than that of the cigarettes in the examples 2 and 3.
