Description

Self-cleaning control method and device for air filter
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of automatic control, in particular to a self-cleaning control method and device for an air filter.
Background
Air compressors are widely used in the industrial field as a means for compressing air. If the air that gets into the air compressor machine contains the dust, cause the wearing and tearing of air compressor machine easily, for example, the dust in the air is at the blade surface deposit scale deposit of air compressor machine, causes the dynamic balance precision of rotor in the air compressor machine to descend, leads to the life reduction of air compressor machine. In addition, harmful chemical components in the dust easily cause rusting or corrosion of the air compressor. Therefore, the air needs to be filtered before entering the air compressor for compression.
The existing air filtering device is generally an air filter, and referring to the schematic structural diagram shown in fig. 1, the air filter includes: the device comprises a coarse filter screen 1, a differential pressure controller 2, a differential pressure alarm 3, a PLC automatic control unit 4, an electric cabinet 5, an air storage cylinder 6, a diaphragm solenoid valve 7, a back-blowing air source spray head 8, a venturi 9, a filter cylinder 10, a clean air outlet pipe 11 and a negative pressure probe 12. In operation, dust-containing air enters the interior of the air filter from the coarse filter screen 1 and is then filtered by the filter cartridge 10, and dust in the dust-containing air is blocked on the outer surface of the filter cartridge 10 due to the combined effects of gravity inertial diffusion and contact retention, so that clean air is formed after the dust-containing air is filtered by the filter cartridge 10. The clean air reaches the clean air outlet pipe 11 through the venturi 9, and the clean air outlet pipe 11 is connected with the air inlet of the air compressor, so that the clean air is provided for the air compressor.
In the case of long-term use of the air filter, the pressure difference between the outside of the filter cartridge 10 and the clean air outlet pipe 11 is increased due to dust adsorbed on the surface of the filter cartridge 10, and if the pressure difference is greater than the first threshold, the dust-containing air outside the filter cartridge 10 is difficult to enter the inside of the filter cartridge 10, which affects the formation of clean air, so a self-cleaning control method needs to be provided inside the air filter, so that the air filter can automatically clean the filter cartridge 10. The existing self-cleaning control method utilizes a pressure difference controller to measure the pressure difference between the outside of the filter cylinder 10 and the pressure measured by a negative pressure probe 12, if the pressure difference is greater than a second threshold value, the PLC automatic control unit 4 controls each diaphragm electromagnetic valve 7 to be opened simultaneously, gas in the gas storage cylinder 6 flows through each diaphragm electromagnetic valve 7, the gas is conveyed to the inside of the filter cylinder 10 through the back flushing gas source nozzle 8, the dust adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter cylinder 10 is flushed down in the process that the gas flows from the inside of the filter cylinder 10 to the outside, so that the pressure difference is reduced, and after the pressure difference reaches a normal value, the PLC automatic control unit 4 controls each diaphragm.
However, in the course of research, the inventors of the present application found that, in the self-cleaning control method of the conventional air filter, since the respective diaphragm solenoid valves 7 are simultaneously opened to allow the gas to enter the filter cartridge 10 during the cleaning of the filter cartridge 10, the cleaning of the filter cartridge 10 is achieved during the gas flowing from the inside to the outside of the filter cartridge 10, and during this process, the dust-containing air cannot enter the inside of the filter cartridge 10 from the outside of the filter cartridge 10, and thus the filtering of the dust-containing air cannot be performed. That is, during cleaning of the filter cartridge 10, the filtration of the dust-laden air must be terminated, resulting in a drop in the yield of clean air.

Detailed Description
In order to solve the problem that the filtration of dust-containing air must be stopped in the process of cleaning the filter cartridge, the application provides a self-cleaning control method and a self-cleaning control device of the air filter.
In the prior art, a PLC automatic control unit and an air filter are integrally packaged, a pressure difference controller is used for measuring the pressure difference between the outside of a filter cartridge and the opening of a clean air outlet pipe, the pressure difference controller transmits a pressure difference signal to the PLC automatic control unit, and the PLC automatic control unit determines whether to filter the filter cartridge according to the range of the pressure difference. Because the program set in the PLC automatic control unit is fixed, the conventional self-cleaning air filter can only clean the filter cartridge according to the fixed program set by the PLC automatic control unit, but the cleaning conditions of the filter cartridge are different under different process conditions, for example, the cleaning cycle or the cleaning duration of each cleaning cycle is different, and the self-cleaning air filter provided by the prior art cannot adjust the conditions for cleaning the filter cartridge according to the process conditions. In this case, in the self-cleaning control method corresponding to the fixed program set in the PLC automatic control unit, each diaphragm solenoid valve needs to be opened simultaneously, so that the gas enters the filter cartridge and further cleans the filter cartridge, and in this process, the dust-containing air cannot enter the filter cartridge from the outside of the filter cartridge, and the dust-containing air cannot be filtered, which results in a decrease in the yield of clean air.
In the application, at first, the PLC automatic control unit in the original self-cleaning air filter is replaced by a programmable controller, in an achievable mode, the original PLC automatic control unit is replaced by a Siemens S7-200CN programmable controller, and the relay corresponding to the diaphragm electromagnetic valve is controlled to lose power through program operation in a CPU of the S7-200CN programmable controller, wherein under the condition that the relay is powered on, the diaphragm electromagnetic valve corresponding to the relay is opened, so that the diaphragm electromagnetic valve is controlled to perform a back-blowing self-cleaning process, and under the condition that the relay is powered off, the diaphragm electromagnetic valve corresponding to the relay is closed, so that the diaphragm electromagnetic valve is controlled to stop the back-blowing self-cleaning process.
Referring to a work flow chart shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present application provides a self-cleaning control method for an air filter, where the air filter is provided with multiple sets of diaphragm electromagnetic valves, each set of diaphragm electromagnetic valves controls multiple back-blowing air source nozzles, each back-blowing air source nozzle corresponds to a filter cartridge, and the back-blowing air source nozzles are configured to provide gas for the filter cartridges, and the method includes:
step 101, acquiring the pressure difference between the outside of the filter cartridge and the pipe orifice of the clean air outlet pipe.
In the embodiment of the application, the pressure difference between the outside of the filter cartridge and the pipe orifice of the clean air outlet pipe is measured by using a pressure difference controller, the pressure difference controller transmits the pressure difference to a programmable controller, and the programmable controller determines whether to clean the filter cartridge according to the range of the pressure difference.
And 102, judging whether the pressure difference is smaller than an abnormal threshold value, if so, executing the operation of the step 103, and if not, executing the operation of the step 104.
And 103, sequentially opening the diaphragm electromagnetic valves according to a preset first cleaning period, and controlling the back-blowing air source spray head to clean each filter cylinder through the opened diaphragm electromagnetic valves.
In the step, the diaphragm electromagnetic valves are opened, namely relays corresponding to the diaphragm electromagnetic valves are controlled to be electrified, each group of diaphragm electromagnetic valves are closed after being opened for a fixed time period, and the time intervals from the closing of the previous group of diaphragm electromagnetic valves to the opening of the next group of diaphragm electromagnetic valves are consistent.
The filter cartridge filtering is performed according to a preset first cleaning period, and the filter cartridge filtering is suitable for the condition that the pressure difference is lower than an abnormal threshold value, in this case, the pressure difference between the outside of the filter cartridge and the pipe orifice of the clean air outlet pipe is relatively low, that is, dust attached to the surface of the filter cartridge is relatively less, so that one group of diaphragm solenoid valves is opened every time, the filter cartridge corresponding to the group of diaphragm solenoid valves is cleaned, and other diaphragm solenoid valves which are not opened can work normally.
And 104, judging whether the pressure difference is greater than an alarm threshold value, and if the pressure difference is greater than the alarm threshold value, executing the operation of the step 105.
In this step, if the differential pressure is not greater than the alarm threshold, the operation of step 107 is performed.
And 105, judging whether the pressure difference is smaller than a limit threshold value, and if the pressure difference is smaller than the limit threshold value, executing the operation of 106.
In this step, if the differential pressure is not less than the limit threshold, the operation of step 107 is performed.
And 106, simultaneously opening the diaphragm electromagnetic valves according to a preset second cleaning period, and controlling the back-flushing air source spray head to clean each filter cartridge through the opened diaphragm electromagnetic valves.
And 107, opening the diaphragm electromagnetic valve corresponding to the manual operation according to the received manual operation, and controlling the back-blowing air source spray head to clean each filter cartridge through the opened diaphragm electromagnetic valve.
In the step, on one hand, the solenoid valves corresponding to the diaphragm solenoid valves are controlled to be powered off through manual operation so as to control the diaphragm solenoid valves to be opened and closed, on the other hand, the solenoid valves corresponding to the diaphragm solenoid valves are controlled to be powered off, and the programmable controller controls the opening and closing time of the diaphragm solenoid valves according to the received manual operation.
According to the method, under the condition that the pressure difference is smaller than the abnormal threshold value, diaphragm electromagnetic valves are sequentially opened according to a preset first cleaning period, and the opened diaphragm electromagnetic valves are used for controlling the back-blowing air source spray head to clean each filter cylinder. When the filter cartridge corresponding to the opened membrane electromagnetic valve is cleaned, the filter cartridges corresponding to other membrane electromagnetic valves which are not opened can normally filter the dust-containing air, so that the problem that the filtering of the dust-containing air must be stopped in the process of cleaning the filter cartridges in the prior art is solved, and the yield of the clean air is further improved.
Referring to a work flow chart shown in fig. 3, sequentially opening the diaphragm solenoid valves according to a preset first cleaning period, and controlling the blowback air source nozzles to clean the filter cartridges through the opened diaphragm solenoid valves includes:
step 301, diaphragm electromagnetic valves are sequentially opened according to the sequence of numbers from small to large, and after the diaphragm electromagnetic valves stay for a first preset time period, the diaphragm electromagnetic valves are closed, wherein the opening time interval of two adjacent diaphragm electromagnetic valves is a second preset time period, and the first cleaning cycle is the sum of the first preset time period and the second preset time period.
Step 302, after each group of diaphragm solenoid valves perform one opening and closing operation, acquiring a first pressure difference, and determining whether the first pressure difference is smaller than a normal threshold value, wherein the first pressure difference is the pressure difference between the outside of the filter cartridge and the pipe orifice of the clean air outlet pipe after each group of diaphragm solenoid valves perform one opening and closing operation.
The mode of cleaning the filter cartridge according to the preset first cleaning period is suitable for the situation with lower pressure difference, at this time, two situations may exist, one is that the amount of dust adsorbed on the surface of each filter cartridge is equivalent, but a certain amount of dust is accumulated on the surface of each filter cartridge, so that the pressure difference measured by the pressure difference controller is larger than an abnormal threshold value; in the other case, the filter cartridge with a larger amount of dust is cleaned, and the other filter cartridge with a smaller amount of dust is cleaned, so that the pressure difference is within the normal range.
Step 303, determining an execution result according to the judgment condition in the step 302, wherein if the first pressure difference is smaller than a normal threshold, each group of the diaphragm solenoid valves is closed, and if the first pressure difference is not smaller than the normal threshold, the operation in the step 301 is executed again.
In this step, the normal threshold value is a maximum value of a pressure difference between the outside of the filter cartridge and the pipe orifice of the clean air outlet pipe in a state where the air filter can normally operate, and if the first pressure difference is smaller than the normal threshold value, it indicates that the pressure difference between the outside of the filter cartridge and the pipe orifice of the clean air outlet pipe is effectively reduced after one set of diaphragm solenoid valves performs one opening and closing operation, and it is not necessary to clean the filter cartridge corresponding to a subsequent diaphragm solenoid valve, and therefore, each set of diaphragm solenoid valves is closed, so that each filter cartridge of the air filter enters a normal operating state. And if the first pressure difference is not less than the normal threshold value, continuing to execute the opening and closing operation of the next group of diaphragm electromagnetic valves.
Referring to the work flow chart shown in fig. 4, the simultaneously opening the diaphragm solenoid valves according to the preset second cleaning period and controlling the blowback air source nozzles to clean each filter cartridge through the opened diaphragm solenoid valves includes:
and step 401, simultaneously opening each group of the diaphragm electromagnetic valves, and closing each group of the diaphragm electromagnetic valves after the diaphragm electromagnetic valves stay for a third preset time period.
And 402, acquiring a second pressure difference, and judging whether the second pressure difference is smaller than an alarm threshold value, wherein the second pressure difference is the pressure difference between the outside of the filter cartridge and the pipe orifice of the clean air outlet pipe after the step 401 is executed.
The mode of cleaning the filter cartridge according to the preset second cleaning period is suitable for the situation with larger pressure difference, at the moment, more dust is adsorbed on the surface of the filter cartridge corresponding to each group of the diaphragm solenoid valves, and therefore, each group of the diaphragm solenoid valves are simultaneously opened.
Step 403, if the second pressure difference is smaller than the alarm threshold, according to the received manual operation, opening a diaphragm solenoid valve corresponding to the manual operation, and controlling a blowback air source nozzle to clean each filter cartridge through the opened diaphragm solenoid valve, and if the second pressure difference is not smaller than the alarm threshold, after a fourth preset time period, re-executing the operation of the step 401, where the second cleaning cycle is the sum of the third preset time period and the fourth preset time period.
In this step, if the second pressure difference is smaller than the alarm threshold, it indicates that after each set of diaphragm solenoid valves simultaneously performs one opening and closing operation, the pressure difference between the outside of the filter cartridge and the pipe orifice of the clean air outlet pipe is effectively reduced, and at this time, the filter cartridge does not need to be continuously cleaned in a mode of cleaning the filter cartridge according to a preset second cleaning period, and only the filter cartridge needs to be cleaned according to the received manual operation. If the second pressure difference is not less than the alarm threshold value, the situation that more dust is still adsorbed on the surface of the filter cylinder is indicated, and therefore, all groups of diaphragm electromagnetic valves are opened again.
Referring to a work flow chart shown in fig. 5, the opening, according to the received manual operation, the diaphragm solenoid valve corresponding to the manual operation and controlling the blowback air source nozzle to clean each filter cartridge through the opened diaphragm solenoid valve includes:
step 501, according to the received manual operation, membrane electromagnetic valves corresponding to the manual operation are opened, each group of membrane electromagnetic valves stays for a fifth preset time period after being opened, and the membrane electromagnetic valves are closed after the staying time is over.
In this step, the manual operation may control the opening and closing of each set of diaphragm solenoid valves, and thus, the fifth preset time period is controlled by the received manual operation.
The mode of cleaning the cartridge upon receipt of manual operation is applicable to two situations, the first being a pressure differential between an abnormal threshold and an alarm threshold, and the second being a pressure differential greater than a threshold limit. In the first case, the surface of the filter cartridge adsorbs relatively more dust, but in general, the air filter still can work normally, and the mode of cleaning the filter cartridge by received manual operation can filter the filter cartridge corresponding to each group of membrane solenoid valves under the condition of not influencing the normal dust-containing air filtration of the air filter. In the second case, the surface of the filter cartridge adsorbs more dust and the normal operation of the air filter is seriously affected, in this case, besides the cleaning of the filter cartridge, it is necessary to check whether there is a filter cartridge which cannot operate normally, and if so, it is necessary to replace the filter cartridge or a filter screen arranged on the filter cartridge in time.
And 502, acquiring a third pressure difference, and judging whether the third pressure difference meets a switching condition, wherein the third pressure difference is the pressure difference between the outside of the filter cylinder and the pipe orifice of the clean air outlet pipe after the diaphragm solenoid valve is closed.
Step 503, if the third pressure difference meets a switching condition, switching a mode for cleaning the filter cartridges according to an interval where the third pressure difference is located, wherein if the third pressure difference is smaller than an abnormal threshold, sequentially opening the diaphragm solenoid valves according to a preset first cleaning period, and controlling the back-flushing air source spray head to clean each filter cartridge through the opened diaphragm solenoid valves, and if the third pressure difference is between a limit threshold and an alarm threshold, simultaneously opening the diaphragm solenoid valves according to a preset second cleaning period, and controlling the back-flushing air source spray head to clean each filter cartridge through the opened diaphragm solenoid valves; if the third pressure difference does not meet the switching condition, after a sixth preset time interval, the operation of step 501 is executed again.
When the pressure difference is greater than the threshold, a group of diaphragm solenoid valves may be selected at will for cleaning the filter cartridge during manual operation, and if the third pressure difference does not change significantly after the programmable controller receives the manual operation and performs one opening and closing operation, it indicates that a filter cartridge that may not work normally may exist in the filter cartridge corresponding to the group of diaphragm solenoid valves, or, when the operation of step 501 is re-performed, the group of diaphragm solenoid valves is still selected for cleaning the filter cartridge, and it is verified again whether the filter cartridge corresponding to the group of diaphragm solenoid valves can work normally.
In general, the diaphragm solenoid valve selected when the operation of step 501 is executed again is different from the diaphragm solenoid valve selected last time, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning the filter cartridge quickly and effectively.
