Description

Method for improving grape field soil
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ecological recycling of grape branches and organic fertilizers, in particular to a method for improving soil of a grape field.
Background
Agricultural wastes such as crop straws, fruit tree branches and tendrils, livestock and poultry manure and the like are used as important fuels and biogas raw materials by farmers. However, with the continuous improvement of the living standard in rural areas, the energy sources such as liquefied gas and electricity gradually replace the traditional biomass energy sources, and the traditional cooking application of straw substances such as crops and the like gradually has no market. The most important biomass energy source materials such as crop straws, fruit tree branches and tendrils, livestock and poultry manure and the like become wastes in eyes of farmers, and no good treatment mode exists, so that rural environment pollution is caused at one time, and resource waste is caused.
In recent years, the production of the facility grape industry in China keeps continuously increasing, and chemical fertilizers and pesticides make important contributions. However, excessive and improper fertilizer application for symptoms cannot be realized reasonably and timely, the utilization rate of fertilizer and pesticide is not high, a series of problems of soil hardening, acidification, pesticide residue toxicity, increase of drug resistance (drug resistance) of diseases and pests, occurrence of secondary pests, environmental pollution, ecological balance destruction and the like are brought, and the quality safety and the agricultural ecological environment safety of facility grapes in China are seriously threatened. Therefore, the traditional mode that the facility grapes are excessively dependent on chemical fertilizers and pesticides needs to be changed, on the premise of stable yield and yield increase, chemical fertilizer and pesticide substitution technology and related product research and development are vigorously developed, the efficient utilization of chemical fertilizers and the conversion from traditional chemical control to modern green control are promoted, the input and use of chemical pesticides in production are reduced, the sustainable development that the yield and the quality of agricultural products are safe and the agricultural ecological environment is protected in a coordinated mode is realized, the agricultural production cost is reduced, cost saving and efficiency increasing of farmers are promoted, and the invention provides the grape field soil improvement method for realizing the purposes.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a method for improving the soil of a grape field to solve the technical problems.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a method for improving soil of a grape field, the method comprising the steps of:
(1) the grape branches cut off in winter and spring are collected and recovered;
(2) crushing grape branches in a crushing area by using a crusher to crush the grape branches into crushed branches with the length of less than 3 cm;
(3) after the crushing is finished, the mixture is piled in a fermentation area in a centralized manner for composting;
(4) then, taking sheep manure as a main material, taking crushed grape branches, straws, weeds, bean cakes and wheat bran as fillers in a proportion of 70 percent, taking the crushed grape branches, the straws, the weeds, the bean cakes and the wheat bran as fillers in a proportion of 25 percent, then adding 2-5 percent of diammonium phosphate, adding humus soil, humic acid, plant ash, a nitrogen fertilizer, a phosphate fertilizer and a potash fertilizer, and adding water for uniformly mixing;
(5) adding about 1-3% of lime powder, and adjusting the pH value to be neutral;
(6) adding a microbial agent into the prepared material according to the ratio of 4000: 1, adding the mixture into a material stirring mixer for mixing, and composting after the humidity is about 60%;
(7) finally, covering and fermenting through a plastic film;
(8) repeatedly turning the turner and the pile turner every other day;
(9) in a fermentation tank, the temperature rises after stacking for 2 days, the materials are odorless after 2 days, become fluffy and loose after 3 days, and emit fragrance after 2 days, the decomposed organic fertilizer is soft black brown, and can become fertilizer after 10-15 days;
(10) finally, sampling the fermented sheep manure organic fertilizer for physical and chemical index detection;
(11) after the organic fertilizer is qualified through inspection, the fermented organic fertilizer can be directly applied to an orchard;
(12) in spring ploughing or autumn ploughing, methods such as ditching, bar application or hole application are often adopted for deep ploughing into the soil;
(13) the grape furrows are about 50cm away from the root system, the furrows are 30-50cm in width and 40-50cm in depth, and the furrows are applied in a soil layer kept in a wet state so as to be beneficial to the mutual fusion of soil and fertilizer and play a role in fertilizing the soil and supplying nutrients required by crops;
(14) applying 500 kg of the sheep manure organic fertilizer to each mu of land; the applied organic fertilizer is easy to form humus, thereby promoting the formation of granular structure and improving soil structure and ploughability.
As a further optimization of the scheme, the composting area in the step (3) is selected to be open and has an area of 100-200m2The specific size can be adjusted according to the compost branch waste.
As a further optimization of the scheme, the water content collected by the sheep manure is about 55-70%, the sheep manure is grabbed by hands, water marks are formed on finger seams, and no water drops drop downwards.
As a further optimization of the scheme, the materials in the step (6) are uniformly and thoroughly mixed, so that one material is tightly held by a hand, and the watermark is seen through finger joints without dripping, and the materials are scattered when falling to the ground.
As a further optimization of the scheme, in the step (7), when the central temperature of the fermentation pile reaches 70 ℃ or above, the pile needs to be turned over in time, so that sufficient oxygen supply is ensured to be obtained inside.
Has the advantages that:
the invention provides a method for improving the soil of a grape field, which comprises the steps of crushing grape waste branches pruned in winter and spring and fermenting livestock and poultry manure, so that the resource utilization rate is improved, agricultural wastes are made into organic fertilizers and applied to the grape field, the application of chemical fertilizers can be reduced, the soil structure is improved, the water and fertilizer retention capacity of the soil is improved, and the loss of nutrients is reduced. The grape branch recycling technology provided by the invention not only improves the soil structure and increases soil organic matters, but also can avoid the incineration of the grape branches, reduce the application of fertilizers, reduce the production cost and improve the quality of the grapes.
In the poultry manure, the sheep manure is an organic fertilizer with the highest content of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, and the sheep manure is a good organic fertilizer after fermentation, so that the sheep manure can be used as the fertilizer, the soil quality can be improved, the land hardening can be prevented, and the economic value is good.
