空气净化器又称“空气清洁器”、空气清新机、净化器,是指能够吸附、分解或转化各种空气污染物例如PM2.5、粉尘、花粉、甲醛之类的装修污染、细菌、过敏原等,有效提高空气清洁度的产品,主要分为家用、商用、工业、楼宇。空气净化器中有多种不同的技术和介质,使它能够向用户提供清洁和安全的空气。常用的空气净化技术有:吸附技术、负离子技术、催化技术、光触媒技术、超结构光矿化技术、HEPA高效过滤技术、静电集尘技术等;材料技术主要有:光触媒、活性炭、合成纤维、HEPA高效材料、负离子发生器等。现有的空气净化器多采为复合型,即同时采用了多种净化技术和材料介质。
人们在室内活动的时间较长,空气净化器作为净化室内空气的有效方式,应用越来越广泛。目前市场上的空气净化器功能单一,操作不便,净化空气的效率低,在精确监测和全面控制的方面智能化程度不够,且能监测到和处理的污染物种类少、检测空气质量的数据不准确,不高效、不节能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种空气净化器的控制***,解决了现有技术中存在的空气净化器控制***能监测到和处理的污染物种类少、检测空气质量的数据不准确的问题。
本发明所采用的技术方案是,一种空气净化器的控制***,包括空气净化器本体,空气净化器本体出风口处固定安装有负离子发生器,空气净化器本体的进风口设置在出风口下部,进风口处固定安装空气过滤装置;出风口处还安装有空气质量检测装置;空气净化器本体上端还固定安装有加湿器和水箱,水箱上固接液位计和报警器;还包括设置在空气净化器本体上的控制面板,设置在空气净化器本体内的无线通讯模块和主控器;负离子发生器、空气过滤装置、空气质量检测装置、加湿器、控制面板和无线通讯模块均与主控器相连。

空气净化器本体的进风口包括两个,进风口均设置在出风口正下方且与出风口垂直设置。
空气过滤装置包括静电驻极式滤网和活性炭滤网,静电驻极式滤网安装在活性炭滤网的外侧。
空气质量检测装置包括甲醛传感器,VOC传感器,温湿度传感器,PM2.5传感器,臭氧检测传感器。
臭氧检测传感器连接语音提示器,当臭氧检测传感器检测到臭氧含量超标时,语音提示器发出警示。
无线通讯模块包括5G通讯模块和信号转换器,主控器通过5G通讯模块和信号转换器与智能终端相连。

本发明中通过负离子发生器定时运行,向净化后的空气中定时释放负离子,增加空气中的负离子含量,使人们感到心情舒畅;通过出风口处安装的空气质量检测装置全面精确检测出风口的空气质量,保证净化空气的质量,当臭氧检测传感器检测到臭氧含量超标,语音提示器发出警示,提醒用户半小时内不要靠近出风口;通过主控器控制定时打开加湿器增加空气湿润度,通过所述水箱上固接的液位计,及时监测水位,水位过低时报警器发出警示,提醒人们加水;采用静电驻极式滤网和活性炭滤网双重过滤,净化效果好;进风口和出风口均设置为两个,净化效率高;主控器通过5G通讯模块和信号转换器与智能终端相连,可实现远程控制,出门时忘记关闭空气净化器,可通过智能终端远程控制关闭,回家前也可提前打开空气净化器保证室内的空气质量状况。
