Background
The oil-water separator in the sewage treatment system mainly separates oil or other organic matters which are insoluble in water and light in weight from water. The existing sewage treatment equipment has poor filtering capability on grease, and the separated grease cannot be well collected and stored, so that once the maintenance is not in time, grease overflow can happen, and troubles are brought to treatment work.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: an integrated grease separating, collecting and storing device mainly comprises a first cabin body, a second cabin body and a third cabin body, wherein the top of the first cabin body is provided with a first window; the first partition plate is fixedly arranged in the middle of the first cabin body, so that a first space is formed in the first cabin body below the first partition plate, a grease collector extending upwards is arranged in the middle of the first partition plate, the interior of the grease collector is communicated with the first space, and a second window is arranged on the side wall of the grease collector in a penetrating manner; the second partition plate is in sealing fit with the first window, and a second space is formed in the first cabin body through the first partition plate; a heat generating device disposed within the first space; and one end of any one of the first liquid pipes penetrates into the first space, and the end far away from the first space is communicated with the liquid outlet end of the sewage device.
Preferably, the first space is arranged in a taper manner, and a second liquid pipe penetrating to the outside of the first cabin body is arranged at the bottom of the first space; and a third liquid pipe penetrating to the outside of the first cabin body is arranged at the bottom of the second space.
Preferably, the top of the first cabin body is provided with a surface treatment mechanism, and the surface treatment mechanism is used for scraping grease on the inner wall of the second space.
Preferably, a supply device is arranged at the bottom of the first cabin, and a water outlet pipe of the supply device penetrates through the inner wall of the first cabin and extends outwards.
Preferably, the liquid level detection device is further included and is used for detecting the liquid level height in the second space.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the oil-water mixed liquid enters the first space through the first liquid pipe and is emulsified under the action of the heating device, the emulsified oil enters the second space through the second window on the oil collector and is condensed into oil on the inner wall of the second space, and then is collected at the bottom of the second space to form the oil, and in addition, the oil-water mixed liquid in the first liquid pipe is continuously fed, the lighter oil floats on the uppermost layer of the liquid level, and then overflows into the second space through the second window. The second liquid pipe is used for discharging sediment at the bottom of the first space, and the third pipeline is used for discharging grease in the second space. The surface treatment mechanism can be a brush scraper, a chemical agent sprayer, a physical heater and the like and is mainly used for cleaning grease on the inner wall of the second space. The supply device is used for outputting the moisture in the bottom layer of the first space outwards.

4. The integrated grease separation collection reservoir of claim 1 wherein: the bottom of the first cabin body is provided with a supply device, and the output end of the supply device penetrates through the inner wall of the first cabin body and extends outwards.
