Chinese patent "an adjustable orthopedics rehabilitation and exercise device", publication No. CN 108479016A; the invention discloses an adjustable orthopedic rehabilitation exercise device, which is characterized in that the elastic force of a telescopic spring is adjusted through a spring clamp, part of the elastic force limited by the spring clamp is not adjustable, and the part of the elastic force not limited by the spring clamp is adjustable, so that the adjustable orthopedic rehabilitation exercise device can adapt to exercisers with different recovery degrees, the elastic force of the telescopic spring can be flexibly adjusted according to the recovery degrees of the exercisers, the exercise effect can be ensured, the exerciser cannot be injured, in addition, the height adjusting function of a seat is also added, and the function of the rehabilitation exercise device is enriched. Namely, the technical scheme and the function of flexibly adjusting the elastic force of the extension spring according to the recovery degree of an exerciser are disclosed.
Chinese patent "a five-degree-of-freedom wearable ankle rehabilitation walking device and its use method", publication No. CN 108338896A; and Chinese patent No. CN108420678A, a four-degree-of-freedom power-assisted ankle rehabilitation parallel device and a use method thereof; the technical proposal and the functions are at least provided with the auxiliary functions of meeting the change freedom degree of different types of ankle rehabilitation training, avoiding the waste of mechanical materials and enabling patients to carry out ankle rehabilitation training and normal walking during the treatment period, and the like; and have simple structure at least, practice thrift manufacturing cost, use and resume more convenient and high-efficient, easily accomodate technical scheme and functions such as conveniently carrying to the patient.
According to the patents and the existing products for orthopedic rehabilitation training, the prior art comprises the technical scheme and the technical effects of adjusting the stress and performing four-degree-of-freedom and five-degree-of-freedom training during orthopedic rehabilitation training.
During rehabilitation training of the legs or ankles of a patient, the stress of the legs or ankles needs to be adjusted according to the injury degree or the difference of the rehabilitation degree; however, the difference of the force-receiving direction and the adjustment of the force-receiving direction required in the rehabilitation process, which are caused by factors such as the degree of injury, the position of the injured part, and the degree of recovery in the rehabilitation process, and the difference of the force-receiving direction and the adjustment of the force-receiving direction required in the rehabilitation process when the legs and ankles are injured, are also required; namely, when the leg or the ankle or both the leg and the ankle of the patient need rehabilitation training, the required stress magnitude and stress direction are required in the rehabilitation training process.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an orthopedic rehabilitation training device which has the function of meeting the corresponding requirements on the required stress magnitude and stress direction in the rehabilitation training process when the legs or ankles or the legs and the ankles of a patient need rehabilitation training simultaneously through the functions of fixing and adjusting a seat, a training disc, a pedal plate and a spring sleeve.

the spring set is characterized in that the spring set comprises springs, the springs are sleeved on the pedals, the spring set comprises springs, the springs are sleeved on the springs, the spring set comprises springs, the springs are sleeved on the springs, the springs are sleeved on; meanwhile, the distance between the position of the lantern ring B on the training disc and the central position is also influenced;

Further, the fixed adjusting seat comprises a fixed seat A and a fixed seat B; two stepped through holes A and two threaded blind holes A are respectively formed in the fixing seat A and the fixing seat B; the fixing seat A and the fixing seat B are fixedly installed by the threaded connection of the two bolts A and the threaded blind hole A through the stepped through hole A;
the fixing seats A and B are convenient to detach and mount.
Furthermore, two sides of the bottom of the fixed adjusting seat are respectively provided with a fixed block; mounting holes are formed in the two fixing blocks; a bolt and a nut are matched in the mounting hole; the fixed block and the mounting hole are used for being conveniently mounted on the ground, side plates beside a bed, walls and other places which are convenient for orthopedic rehabilitation training.
Further, the lantern ring B fixed on one side surface of the training disc is positioned at a non-central position on one side surface of the training disc; the distance between the position of the lantern ring B on the training disc and the center position of the lantern ring B enables the stress magnitude in the rehabilitation training to be in a certain proportional relation with the elastic force generated by the spring.
Further, a bearing is fixed on the peripheral side surface of the central shaft of the training disc.
Furthermore, the other end of the central shaft of the training disc is provided with a notch matched with the connecting shaft; a connecting shaft is fixedly arranged in the notch of the central shaft through a bolt B; the notch has the advantages that the connecting shaft and the central shaft are not prone to sideslip, stability and firmness of the product are improved, and long-term use is facilitated, and loss is not prone to occurring.
Further, the pedal plate is of a rectangular frame structure; both sides of the pedal are fixed with cylinders; threaded blind holes B are formed in the outer side surfaces of the cylinders; a part of a bolt C is connected with the inner thread of the threaded blind hole B; the distance between the inner side of the nut of the bolt C and the outer side surface of the cylinder is not less than the thickness of the connecting shaft;
the pedal plate is in a rectangular frame structure, so that the foot can generate downward pressure on the pedal plate and can also generate upward, upward and forward, upward and backward forces on the pedal plate.
Furthermore, a step through hole B matched with the pedal is formed in the other end of the connecting shaft; the step through hole B and the pedal plate are fixedly installed through a bolt D.
Further, the lantern ring A and the lantern ring B are both of circular ring structures; a surface of the fixed adjusting seat, which is fixed with a lantern ring A, and a surface of the training disc, which is fixed with a lantern ring B, are both provided with threaded blind holes C; the inner surface of the lantern ring A is matched on the peripheral side surface of a bolt E in threaded connection with the threaded blind hole C; the inner surface of the lantern ring B is matched on the peripheral side surface of a bolt F in threaded connection with the threaded blind hole C;
the spring has the advantage of being convenient for sleeving the two ends of the spring on the lantern ring A and the lantern ring B respectively.
Further, a gasket A is sleeved between the lantern ring A and the bolt E; a gasket B is sleeved between the lantern ring B and the bolt F; the two ends of the spring sleeved on the lantern ring A and the lantern ring B are not easy to fall off.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
by the aid of the fixed adjusting seat, the training disc, the pedal plate and the spring, when the legs or ankles or the legs and the ankles of a patient need to be rehabilitated, the device has the function of meeting the corresponding requirements on the required stress magnitude and stress direction in the rehabilitation training process.
Of course, it is not necessary for any product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1-9, the present invention relates to an orthopedic rehabilitation training device, which comprises a fixed adjusting seat 1, a training plate 2, a pedal 3 and a spring set;
the fixed adjusting seat 1 is a fixed support used for adjusting the stress size and stress direction during orthopedic rehabilitation training; a lantern ring A101 is arranged on one side surface of the fixed adjusting seat 1 in a circumferential array mode;
the fixed adjusting seat 1 is used for being placed on the ground or a bed edge or a seat and the like; when the lantern ring A101 at different positions on the fixed adjusting seat 1 is connected with the lantern ring B201 on the training disc 2 through the spring 4, the directions of the forces used by the feet when the pedal 3 is stepped to rotate for one circle are changed; the change rate of the adjustment angle of the stress direction has a proportional relation with the number of the lantern rings A101 of the circumferential array on the fixed adjustment seat 1;
the spring 4 in the spring set is different in elastic coefficient, so that the force required by the foot to be used when the pedal 3 is stepped on to rotate for one circle is gradually increased and then gradually decreased, and the maximum value of the force required by the foot to be used is also influenced by the elastic coefficient; meanwhile, the distance between the position of the collar B201 on the training disc 2 and the central position is also influenced;
a lantern ring B201 is fixed on one side surface of the training disc 2; the other side surface of the training disc 2 is fixed with a central shaft 202; the other end of the central shaft 202 is fixedly provided with a connecting shaft 203; the other end of the connecting shaft 203 is fixedly provided with a pedal 3;
the fixed adjusting seat 1 is provided with a circular through hole 102 matched with a central shaft 202 of the training disc 2; the circular through hole 102 is rotationally matched with the central shaft 202;
the spring set comprises at least two springs 4 with different elastic coefficients; two ends of the spring 4 are respectively sleeved on the peripheral side surfaces of the lantern ring A101 and the lantern ring B201; .
Preferably, the fixed adjusting seat 1 comprises a fixed seat a103 and a fixed seat B104; two step through holes A105 and two thread blind holes A are respectively formed in the fixing seat A103 and the fixing seat B104; the fixing seat A103 and the fixing seat B104 are fixedly installed by two bolts A106 which pass through the stepped through hole A105 and are in threaded connection with the threaded blind hole A;
the fixing seats A103 and B104 are used for facilitating disassembly and assembly.
Preferably, two sides of the bottom of the fixed adjusting seat 1 are respectively provided with a fixed block 107; mounting holes 108 are formed in the two fixing blocks 107; a bolt and a nut are matched in the mounting hole 108; the fixing block 107 and the mounting hole 108 are used for being conveniently mounted on the ground, a bedside side plate, a wall and the like for orthopedic rehabilitation training.
Preferably, the fixed ring B201 on one side of the training plate 2 is in a non-central position on one side of the training plate 2; the distance between the position of the ring B201 on the training plate 2 and the central position is also such that the force applied during the rehabilitation training is proportional to the elastic force generated by the spring.
Preferably, a bearing 204 is fixed to the peripheral side surface of the central shaft 202 of the training disc 2.
Preferably, the other end of the central shaft 202 of the training disc 2 is provided with a notch 205 which is matched with the connecting shaft 203; a connecting shaft 203 is fixedly arranged in a notch 205 of the central shaft 202 through a bolt B; the notch 205 has the functions of enabling the connecting shaft 203 and the central shaft 202 not to easily generate side slipping, improving the stability and firmness of the product and being beneficial to long-term use and not easy to lose.
Preferably, the footrest 3 is a rectangular frame structure; both sides of the pedal 3 are fixed with columns 301; threaded blind holes B are formed in the outer side surfaces of the cylinders 301; a part of a bolt C302 is connected in the thread blind hole B through internal threads; the distance between the inner side of the nut of the bolt C302 and the outer side surface of the cylinder 301 is not less than the thickness of the connecting shaft 203;
the pedal 3 has a rectangular frame structure, so that the foot can not only generate downward pressure on the pedal 3, but also generate upward, upward forward, upward backward and other forces on the pedal 3.
Preferably, the other end of the connecting shaft 203 is provided with a step through hole B206 matched with the pedal plate 3; the step through hole B206 is fixedly mounted to the pedal 3 by a bolt D.
Preferably, the lantern ring A101 and the lantern ring B201 are both circular ring structures; a threaded blind hole C is formed in one surface, fixed with the lantern ring A101, of the fixed adjusting seat 1 and one surface, fixed with the lantern ring B201, of the training disc 2; the inner surface of the collar A101 is fitted on the peripheral side surface of the bolt E109 screwed with the threaded blind hole C; the inner surface of the collar B201 is fitted on the peripheral side surface of the bolt F110 screwed with the threaded blind hole C;
the spring has the advantage that two ends of the spring 4 are conveniently sleeved on the lantern ring A101 and the lantern ring B201 respectively.
Preferably, a gasket A111 is sleeved between the lantern ring A101 and the bolt E109; a gasket B112 is sleeved between the lantern ring B201 and the bolt F110; both ends of the spring 4 fitted over the collars a101 and B201 are not easily detached.
