As shown in fig. 1-3, the present application is directed to a powered toothbrush 10.
The power toothbrush 10 includes a toothbrush head 100 and a handle 200, a control module 700, and a contact sensor module 600. The power toothbrush 10 includes a toothbrush head 100 and a handle 200, a control module 700. The handle 200 has a grip area for palm grip, the grip area is provided with a touch sensor module 600, and the touch sensor module 600 is connected with the control module 700 such that the control module 700 activates the electric toothbrush 10 when the touch sensor module 600 is triggered.
Specifically, when the electric toothbrush 10 is used, the user needs to hold the handle 200 with his/her hand, and the region where the handle 200 is held by the palm of the hand is referred to as a holding region. The touch sensor module 600 is disposed in the region of the grip region such that the palm of the user's hand can touch the grip region and thus the grip region when the electric toothbrush 10 is in use. Thus, the control module 700 monitors the state of the touch sensor module 600 to know that the touch sensor module 600 is triggered, i.e., in a touched state, and thus the control module 700 determines that the handle 200 of the electric toothbrush 10 is held by the palm, and the user needs to use the electric toothbrush 10, and the control module 700 starts the electric toothbrush 10. Meanwhile, when the user uses the electric toothbrush 10, the palm releases the handle 200, and the touch sensor module 600 is separated from the touched state, i.e., is not triggered, and the control module 700 controls the electric toothbrush 10 to be turned off. Thus, the electric toothbrush 10 is automatically activated after the user holds the electric toothbrush 10; the user puts down the electric toothbrush 10 after using up, and the electric toothbrush 10 is automatically turned off, so that the electric toothbrush 10 is more convenient to use.
It should be noted that the electric toothbrush 10 further includes a battery 300 and a vibration motor 400, the battery 300 is connected to the vibration motor 400, the control module 700 and the contact sensor module 600, and the connections between the respective components may be made through a flexible circuit board 500. The toothbrush head 100 includes a stem 110 and bristles 120.
The touch sensor module 600 includes at least two touch sensors, i.e., a first touch sensor 610 and a second touch sensor 620. The two touch sensors are disposed on the handle 200, and when the first touch sensor 610 and the second touch sensor 620 are simultaneously triggered, i.e., both sensors are in a touched state, the touch sensor module 600 is in a triggered state, and the electric toothbrush 10 is activated. Meanwhile, when the electric toothbrush 10 is changed from the on state to the off state, the contact sensor module 600 is in the non-activated state and the electric toothbrush 10 is turned off only when the first contact sensor 610 and the second contact sensor 620 are not activated at the same time, i.e., both sensors are in the non-contacted state together. By providing two touch sensors, the power toothbrush 10 can be turned on and off more accurately. It should be understood that the touch sensor module 600 also includes three or more touch sensors.
The first contact sensor 610 and the second contact sensor 620 are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the handpiece 200. The handle 200 is generally elongated, and the first touch sensor 610 and the second touch sensor 620 are disposed opposite to each other by uniformly distributing the two touch sensors in a circumferential direction. The palm of the user is held to surround the handle 200, and whether the handle 200 is held by the palm can be more accurately judged through the arrangement, so that the abnormal starting of the electric toothbrush 10 caused by the mistaken touch of the first contact sensor 610 and the second contact sensor 620 is effectively avoided. It should be understood that when there are three contact sensors, the three contact sensors are also evenly distributed in the circumferential direction.
The first touch sensor 610 and the second touch sensor 620 each include a metallic conductive strip that extends along the length of the handpiece 200. By providing the touch sensor as a metal conductive sheet extending in the length direction of the handle 200, the user can more conveniently and sensitively trigger the touch sensor when holding the handle 200 using the electric toothbrush 10.
The electric toothbrush 10 further includes a start switch 800, the start switch 800 is connected to the control module 700, and the start switch 800 is used to turn on or off the power supply of the electric toothbrush 10. The start switch 800 may be a touch switch, a toggle switch, or a push switch, and is not limited in this respect. In the embodiment, the start switch 800 is a touch pad, and the power of the electric toothbrush 10 can be turned on and off by touch, when the start switch 800 is turned on, the components of the electric toothbrush 10 are powered on, and when the start switch 800 is turned off, the components of the electric toothbrush 10 are powered off. By providing the start switch 800, the electric toothbrush 10 is more convenient and safer to use. It should be noted that the function of the start switch 800 is not limited thereto, and it is preferably a multi-function touch switch, which can control the toothbrush body to operate in a preset operation mode, where the preset operation mode includes at least one of a power-on mode, a tooth brushing mode, an electric quantity reminding mode, a charging mode, a sterilization mode, a spin-drying mode, and a power-off mode.
The electric toothbrush 10 further includes a timing unit connected to the control module 700, such that when the touch sensor module 600 is changed from the triggered state to the non-triggered state, the timing unit calculates the time of the non-triggered state of the touch sensor module 600, and when the time of the non-triggered state of the touch sensor module 600 exceeds a preset time, the timing unit sends a signal to the control module 700, and the control module 700 turns off the power of the electric toothbrush 10. When the palm of the user is separated from the handle 200, the touch sensor module 600 is changed from the triggered state to the non-triggered state, the timing unit starts timing, the duration time of the non-triggered state is calculated, and when the duration time of the non-triggered state exceeds the preset time, the control module 700 turns off the power supply. In one embodiment, the predetermined time is 30 seconds. Within 30 seconds, the touch sensor module 600 is in an unfired state, at which time the electric toothbrush 10 is in a standby state. Within 30 seconds, when the contact sensor module 600 is triggered, the control module 700 controls the electric toothbrush 10 to start; when the power of the electric toothbrush 10 is turned off after more than 30 seconds, the electric toothbrush 10 is not activated even though the touch sensor module 600 is touched at this time. The power to the electric toothbrush 10 can be turned on by activating the switch 800. In this way, during use of the electric toothbrush 10, the electric toothbrush 10 can be temporarily put down to receive water, rinse the mouth, and the like, and then the electric toothbrush 10 can be picked up for further use. Meanwhile, after the electric toothbrush 10 is used up, when the power supply of the electric toothbrush 10 is forgotten to be turned off through the starting switch 800, the power supply of the electric toothbrush 10 can be automatically turned off after the preset time, so that the touch sensor module is effectively prevented from being in a triggering state due to the fact that other objects touch the sensor module, and the electric toothbrush 10 is started by mistake.
The electric toothbrush 10 further includes a speaker unit, which is connected to the control module 700. In this way, the electric toothbrush 10 plays a role of reminding the user, for example, when the touch sensor module 600 is triggered, the speaker may emit a "power on" sound of the electric toothbrush 10, when the touch sensor module 600 enters a standby state until a preset time is exceeded, the electric toothbrush 10 turns off the power, and at this time, the speaker may emit a "power off" sound, and the like. Therefore, the starting reminding function for the user can be realized, and the use is more convenient.
The present application also contemplates a method of using the electric toothbrush 10. The using method mainly comprises the following steps: the touch sensor module 600 is triggered, the control module 700 detects that the touch sensor module 600 is in a triggered state, and the control module 700 starts the electric toothbrush 10; when the contact sensor module 600 changes from the activated state to the deactivated state, the control module 700 detects that the contact sensor module 600 is in the deactivated state and the control module 700 turns off the electric toothbrush 10.
When the user uses the electric toothbrush 10, the user holds the handle 200 with the palm of the hand, and touches the touch sensor module 600, so that the touch sensor module 600 is in a triggered state. The control module 700 monitors the state of the touch sensor module 600 to know that the touch sensor module 600 is triggered, i.e., in a touched state, so that the control module 700 determines that the handle 200 of the electric toothbrush 10 is held by the palm, the user needs to use the electric toothbrush 10, and the control module 700 starts the electric toothbrush 10.
The touch sensor module 600 is triggered, including both the first touch sensor 610 and the second touch sensor 620 included in the touch sensor module 600; the contact sensor module 600 changes from the activated state to the deactivated state, including at least either one of the first contact sensor 610 and the second contact sensor 620 changing to the deactivated state. The handle 200 is provided with two touch sensors, and when the first touch sensor 610 and the second touch sensor 620 are simultaneously triggered, that is, both sensors are in a touched state, the touch sensor module 600 is in a triggered state, and the electric toothbrush 10 is started.
When the contact sensor module 600 changes from the activated state to the deactivated state, the control module 700 detects that the contact sensor module 600 is in the deactivated state, and the step of the control module 700 turning off the power toothbrush 10 further comprises: when the touch sensor module 600 is changed from the trigger state to the non-trigger state, the timing unit calculates the duration of the non-trigger state of the touch sensor module 600, and when the duration of the non-trigger state of the touch sensor module 600 exceeds a preset time, the timing unit sends a turn-off signal to the control module 700, and the control module 700 turns off the electric toothbrush 10.
