5) adding purified water into the white spirit obtained in the step 4) until the alcohol content of the white spirit is 42%, so as to obtain a nerve-soothing and health-preserving beverage;
6) cleaning and drying the container, putting the material into the clean and dry container, and covering the bottle cap;
7) checking whether the container has leakage and foreign matter;
8) and (6) packaging.
In particular, steps 4) to 6) all need to be operated in a clean zone.
Control group 4
A nerve-soothing health-preserving beverage is prepared from the following raw materials: 30g of American ginseng, 10g of longan pulp, 20g of medlar, 10g of tuckahoe and 1000ml of 60-degree white spirit.
The preparation method of the nerve-soothing and health-preserving beverage comprises the following steps as shown in figure 1:
1) 30g of American ginseng, 10g of longan pulp, 20g of medlar and 10g of tuckahoe are crushed into particles, and the particles are soaked in 1000mL of 60-degree white spirit, then 0.1g of cellulase is added, and the mixture is placed for 30 days;
2) after soaking, filtering and separating the white spirit and the medicinal materials by using a 200-mesh screen; keeping the separated white spirit at 50 ℃ for 3 h;
3) adding 200g of rock sugar into 200ml of purified water for dissolving for later use;
4) adding the rock sugar solution obtained in the step 3) into the white spirit obtained in the step 2), uniformly stirring, and filtering by using a 0.45-micrometer microporous filter membrane;
5) adding purified water into the white spirit obtained in the step 4) until the alcohol content of the white spirit is 42%, so as to obtain a nerve-soothing and health-preserving beverage;
6) cleaning and drying the container, putting the material into the clean and dry container, and covering the bottle cap;
7) checking whether the container has leakage and foreign matter;
8) and (6) packaging.
In particular, steps 4) to 6) all need to be operated in a clean zone.
Control group 5
A nerve-soothing health-preserving beverage is prepared from the following raw materials: 30g of American ginseng, 10g of longan pulp, 20g of medlar, 20g of mulberry and 1000ml of 60-degree white spirit.
The preparation method of the nerve-soothing and health-preserving beverage comprises the following steps as shown in figure 1:
1) 30g of American ginseng, 10g of longan pulp, 20g of medlar and 20g of mulberry, wherein the American ginseng is crushed into particles, soaked in 1000mL of 60-degree white spirit, then 0.1g of cellulase is added, and placed for 30 days;
2) after soaking, filtering and separating the white spirit and the medicinal materials by using a 200-mesh screen; keeping the separated white spirit at 50 ℃ for 3 h;
3) adding 200g of rock sugar into 200ml of purified water for dissolving for later use;
4) adding the rock sugar solution obtained in the step 3) into the white spirit obtained in the step 2), uniformly stirring, and filtering by using a 0.45-micrometer microporous filter membrane;
5) adding purified water into the white spirit obtained in the step 4) until the alcohol content of the white spirit is 42%, so as to obtain a nerve-soothing and health-preserving beverage;
6) cleaning and drying the container, putting the material into the clean and dry container, and covering the bottle cap;
7) checking whether the container has leakage and foreign matter;
8) and (6) packaging.
In particular, steps 4) to 6) all need to be operated in a clean zone.
Control group 6
Without adding the medicinal materials, 1000mL of 60-degree white spirit is mixed with 200g of rock candy and 200mL of purified water, and then the purified water is added to adjust the mixed solution to 42% of alcohol content.
Control group 7
Without addition of the crude drug, the same amount of purified water as in example 1 and 200g of rock candy were added.
The nerve-soothing and health-preserving beverage prepared in the examples and the comparative examples is subjected to the following experiment process:
300 volunteers needing to improve the sleep quality are randomly selected, wherein 240 males and 60 females exist, the age interval is 25-65 years old, the volunteers are averagely divided into 10 groups, and the proportion of males and females in each group is the same.
Volunteers had the following conditions:
1. difficulty in falling asleep, the time for falling asleep exceeds 30 minutes;
2. the sleep is maintained to be disordered, and the number of awakenings is more than or equal to 2;
3. the total sleep time is less than 6 hours.
Exclusion criteria
1. Patients with a history of allergy;
2. patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular disease, liver disease, kidney disease and hemopoietic system, and diabetes;
3. pregnant, lactating women, and abnormal liver function;
4. patients with other liver and viscera diseases
The treatment drugs of examples 1 to 3 and control groups 1 to 7 were administered to 10 volunteers at a daily dose of 43mL, and the delayed time to sleep and the sleep time of the volunteers were recorded at night, and the data are shown in Table 1. The effective rates of 10 volunteers in examples 1-3 and control groups 1-7 as therapeutic drugs after continuous administration for one month are shown in Table 2.

As can be seen from Table 1, the tranquilizing and health-preserving drinks of examples 1-3 are significantly more people who sleep at night than the controls 1-7, and the time for the volunteers to fall asleep is the least and the time for the volunteers to sleep is the longest, compared with the controls 1-7. In comparison with example 1, the control group 1 had one less American ginseng; compared with the control group 2 in example 1, the amount of the Chinese wolfberry is reduced; compared with the control group 3 in the example 1, the longan pulp is reduced by one; in the control group 4, one mulberry was consumed compared with example 1; in the control group 5, one species of Poria cocos was reduced as compared with example 1. Although the control groups 1 to 5 had better sleep-aiding effect than the control groups 6 to 7, the results were also far less favorable than those of example 1. The formula of the nerve-soothing and health-preserving beverage in the embodiment 1 is an optimal formula, and the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials of the American ginseng, the longan pulp, the wolfberry fruit, the mulberry and the poria cocos adopted in the nerve-soothing and health-preserving beverage in the embodiments 1-3 are scientifically compatible, so that the nerve-soothing and health-preserving beverage has a good sleep improving effect.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby, and any insubstantial changes and substitutions made by those skilled in the art based on the present invention are within the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. The nerve-soothing health-preserving beverage is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of American ginseng, 5-20 parts of arillus longan, 10-30 parts of wolfberry fruit, 10-30 parts of mulberry, 5-20 parts of poria cocos and a plurality of parts of white spirit.
2. The nerve-soothing health-preserving beverage as claimed in claim 1, wherein 30 parts of American ginseng, 10 parts of longan aril, 20 parts of wolfberry fruit, 20 parts of mulberry fruit, 10 parts of poria cocos and a plurality of parts of white spirit.
3. The nerve-soothing health-preserving beverage as claimed in claim 1, further comprising 200 parts of a flavoring agent, wherein the flavoring agent comprises one or more of brown sugar, rock candy, sucrose and maltose.
4. The nerve-soothing health-preserving beverage according to claim 1, wherein the white spirit is 60-80 ° white spirit.
5. The nerve-soothing and health-preserving beverage according to claim 1, wherein the white spirit is prepared from 1000 parts by weight.
6. The preparation method of the nerve-soothing and health-preserving beverage according to any one of claims 1 to 5, which comprises the following steps:
1) soaking radix Panacis Quinquefolii, arillus longan, fructus Lycii, Mori fructus, and Poria in Chinese liquor, adding cellulase 0.01% of the total amount of Chinese liquor, and standing for 30 days;
2) after soaking, filtering and separating out white spirit and medicinal materials;
3) heating the white spirit separated in the step 2) to 50-60 ℃, and preserving heat for 2-3 h;
4) adding a flavoring agent into the white spirit obtained in the step 3), and uniformly stirring;
5) adding purified water into the white spirit obtained in the step 4) until the alcohol content of the white spirit is 35-53 percent, and obtaining the nerve-soothing and health-preserving drink;
6) and (4) filling the nerve-soothing health-preserving beverage into a container and packaging.
7. The method for preparing the nerve-soothing and health-preserving beverage as claimed in claim 6, wherein in the step 1), the American ginseng and the tuckahoe are coarsely crushed into particles.
8. The preparation method of the nerve-soothing health-preserving beverage according to claim 6, wherein in the step 4), the flavoring agent is dissolved in purified water, and the mass ratio of the purified water to the flavoring agent is 10: 1.
9. the preparation method of the nerve-soothing and health-preserving beverage as claimed in claim 6, wherein in the step 2), a 200-mesh screen is adopted for filtering.
