Abstract
The invention relates to an oil-based silver paste for an automobile water-based paint and the automobile water-based paint, and belongs to the technical field of paints. (4) and after stirring for 30min, adding 0.2 part of thickening agent and 20 parts of distilled water into the reaction kettle to adjust the system viscosity, thereby obtaining the automobile water-based silver powder coating.
Example 2
The oily silver paste for the automobile water-based paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40 parts of oily silver powder with the particle size of 25 mu m, 10 parts of passivator, 10 parts of coating additive and 40 parts of propylene glycol methyl ether.

(1) adding 40 parts of propylene glycol methyl ether and 50 parts of oily silver powder with the particle size of 25 mu m into a reaction kettle, adjusting the pH to 8.5 by using N, N-dimethylethanolamine, controlling the rotating speed to be 500-600 r/min, and uniformly mixing for 10 min;
(2) respectively adding 10 parts of passivator and 10 parts of coating auxiliary agent into a reaction kettle, increasing the rotating speed to 1000-1500 r/min, and fully and uniformly mixing for 30 min;
(3) and taking out the prepared passivated oily silver paste, and sealing for later use to obtain the passivated oily silver paste.

(2) slowly adding 13 parts of film-forming assistant, 1 part of silane coupling agent and 0.2 part of anti-settling agent into a reaction kettle;
(3) stirring for 10min, adjusting the pH of the system to 8.4 by using N, N-dimethylethanolamine, adding 15 parts of passivated oily silver paste into the reaction kettle, and increasing the rotating speed to 1000-1300 r/min;
(4) and after stirring for 30min, adding 0.2 part of thickening agent and 20 parts of distilled water into the reaction kettle to adjust the system viscosity, thereby obtaining the automobile water-based silver powder coating.
Example 3
The oily silver paste for the automobile water-based paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60 parts of oily silver powder with the particle size of 10 mu m, 25 parts of passivator, 25 parts of coating additive, 15 parts of isooctanol and 15 parts of propylene glycol methyl ether.

Comparative example 1
The preparation method of the automobile water-based paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40 parts of water-based acrylic emulsion, 12 parts of water-based amino resin, 6 parts of water-based silver powder, 0.3 part of defoaming agent, 0.3 part of wetting agent, 12 parts of film-forming assistant, 0.2 part of anti-settling agent, 1 part of thickening agent, 27 parts of distilled water and 1 part of silane coupling agent.

(1) sequentially adding 40 parts of water-based acrylic emulsion and 12 parts of water-based amino resin into a reaction kettle, controlling the rotating speed to be 600-;
(2) slowly adding 12 parts of film-forming assistant, 1 part of silane coupling agent and 0.2 part of anti-settling agent into a reaction kettle;
(3) stirring for 10min, adjusting the pH of the system to 8.5 by using N, N-dimethylethanolamine, adding 6 parts of aqueous silver powder into the reaction kettle, and increasing the rotating speed to 1000-1300 r/min;

The automobile water-based silver powder coatings prepared in example 1, example 2, example 3 and comparative example 1 were tested, and the test results are shown in the following table 1:

Tests on the water-based silver powder coatings for automobiles prepared in the embodiments 1, 2, 3 and 1 show that the problems of flatulence and gelling caused by chemical reaction of oil-water mixture are solved by adding the passivated oil-based silver powder into the water-based paint, and the phenomena of flatulence, gelling and layering do not occur in a 50 ℃ heat storage test; the oily silver powder is used for replacing the water-based silver powder, so that the metallic effect is obviously enhanced in the appearance of the paint, the problems of poor covering power and fullness are solved, and the preparation cost per kilogram is reduced by 3-5 yuan. Therefore, compared with the existing water-based silver paint in the market, the invention has better economic value.
