The products of examples 1 to 8 were subjected to a product performance index test:

as can be seen from the above table 1, in the examples 2-8, compared with the example 1, the prepared finished paint has good storage stability, the glossiness of 67, the surface drying speed of 67, the hardness of 67, the impact resistance and the silver powder arrangement property by selecting the waterborne self-crosslinking acrylic emulsion with good wrapping property and matching with the proper waterborne polyurethane emulsion.

The water-based acrylic silver paint for mechanical equipment according to claim 1, wherein: the water-based acrylic silver paint comprises, by mass, 40-70 parts of water-based self-crosslinking acrylic emulsion, 1-10 parts of water-based polyurethane emulsion, 1-7 parts of conventional auxiliary agent, 1-5 parts of cosolvent, 1-6 parts of film-forming auxiliary agent, 0.01-0.3 part of anti-settling agent, 3-10 parts of aluminum paste, 0.1-2 parts of anti-flash rust agent, 0.1-2 parts of thickening agent and 10-35 parts of deionized water.
3. The water-based acrylic silver paint for mechanical equipment according to claim 1, wherein: the pH value of the water-based self-crosslinking acrylic emulsion is 7.0-9.0, and the TG value is 20-40 ℃;
the pH value of the aqueous polyurethane emulsion is 7.0-9.0, and the solid content is 30%.
