Description
Technical Field
The present application claims priority based on japanese patent application No. 2018-168966, which was filed on 9/10/2018, and the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
The present invention relates to a storage unit structure of a vehicle capable of storing articles.
Background
As a vehicle storage unit, a structure in which a recess for storing an article is closed by an openable and closable lid member, and a structure in which a front face of the recess is covered with a net are known (see japanese patent No. 6331908 and japanese patent No. 4666800).
In the storage portion structure described in japanese patent No. 6331908, a recess for storing articles is formed at a front end portion of an inter-seat storage box below an instrument panel, and an opening of the recess is openably and closably closed by a lid member. The cover member is rotatably supported by a side edge portion of the recess of the inter-seat storage box.
In the storage portion structure described in japanese patent No. 4666800, a concave portion for storing articles is provided on a side surface of an inter-seat storage box below an instrument panel, and a net is attached to a front surface of a lower half area of the concave portion. In the case of adopting this storage section structure, the falling and running out of the article stored in the concave section are restricted by the net.
Disclosure of Invention
In the storage unit structure described in japanese patent No. 6331908, since the opening of the recess is closed by a rotatable lid member, the installation space is easily occupied in a wide range due to the relation of installing the rotating mechanism. Therefore, the vehicle in which the housing portion structure can be provided is limited to a relatively large vehicle. In addition, in the case of adopting this storage portion structure, since the movement of the article stored in the recess cannot be stably restricted, there is a fear that the stored article touches the inner surface of the recess or the cover member, or the article is damaged, or a contact sound (abnormal noise) is generated.
In the storage section structure described in japanese patent No. 4666800, the net restricts the falling or running out of the article stored in the concave section, so that the installation space can be made small. However, even when the storage unit structure described in japanese patent No. 4666800 is adopted, the movement of the article stored in the recess cannot be stably restricted. Therefore, the stored article may come into contact with the inner surface of the recess, damage the article, or generate an abutting sound.
An aspect of the present invention provides a vehicle storage unit structure that has a simple structure that does not occupy a large installation space and that can suppress damage to stored articles and the occurrence of contact noise.
The vehicle storage unit structure of the present invention adopts the following structure.
(1) A vehicle storage structure according to an aspect of the present invention is a vehicle storage structure disposed in a lower region of an instrument panel, the vehicle storage structure including: a base sheet having an outer edge portion supported by the instrument panel; and a bag sheet to which left and right edges and lower edges of the bag sheet are joined on a vehicle rear side of the base sheet, and which forms a bag portion that is open on an upper side.
According to the aspect (1), the article can be stored in the bag portion formed of the base sheet and the bag sheet from the upper side. The article stored in the pocket is held so as to be sandwiched between the base sheet and the pocket sheet. Therefore, the movement of the stored article is restricted by the base sheet and the bag sheet, and damage to the article, generation of contact noise, and the like can be suppressed.
(2) In the aspect (1) described above, the lower region of the instrument panel may include a recessed portion recessed toward the vehicle front side, and the pocket portion may be disposed inside the recessed portion.
According to the aspect (2) described above, since the pocket portion is disposed inside the recessed portion, the amount of projection of the article from the instrument panel in the state where the article is accommodated in the pocket portion can be suppressed.
(3) In the aspect (2) described above, it is preferable that the bag sheet is disposed so as to be accommodated inside the recess in the depth direction, at least in a state where no article is accommodated in the bag portion.
According to the aspect (3), since the bag sheet does not protrude from the recessed portion in a state where the bag portion does not contain the article, for example, when the passenger traverses behind the bag portion, the feet of the passenger can be prevented from coming into contact with the bag portion.
(4) In addition to any one of the aspects (1) to (3), a core plate extending substantially in the vehicle width direction may be disposed in an upper region of the bag sheet, and the core plate may be covered with the bag sheet.
According to the aspect (4) described above, since the core plate is disposed in the upper region of the bag sheet, the bag sheet is restrained from protruding toward the vehicle rear side by the core plate when the article is stored in the bag portion. Therefore, even in a state where the bag portion contains the article, when the passenger traverses behind the bag portion, the feet of the passenger can be prevented from contacting the bag portion.
(5) In the aspect (1) to (4) above, at least one of the base sheet and the bag sheet may be formed of a flexible member that is capable of flexural deformation in a substantially front-rear direction of the vehicle.
According to the aspect (5), since at least one of the base sheet and the bag sheet is formed of the flexible member, even when the thickness of the article stored in the bag portion is large or the shape of the article is irregular, the article can be reliably stored in the bag portion.
(6) In addition to any one of the aspects (1) to (5), a terminal connection port for an electric article may be disposed at a position of the instrument panel located above the pocket portion.
According to the aspect (6), the electric equipment such as the portable information terminal can be connected to the terminal connection port via the connection cable, and the electric equipment can be stored in the pocket portion in this state. In this case, a part of the connection cable can be housed in the pocket together with the electric article. Therefore, when this configuration is adopted, the sagging of the connection cable can be eliminated, and the connection cable can be prevented from being caught by the feet of the passenger.
According to the aspect of the present invention, since the article can be inserted into the pocket portion formed by the base sheet and the pocket sheet from the upper side and sandwiched by the base sheet and the pocket sheet, it is possible to suppress damage to the article, generation of contact noise, and the like, which are caused by a random collision of the stored article, with a simple configuration without occupying a large installation space.

An instrument panel 10 is disposed in front of a front seat in a vehicle interior, and various instruments, an audio operation unit, an air conditioning operation unit, and the like are provided on the instrument panel 10. In the figure, reference numeral 2 denotes a steering wheel disposed in front of the driver's seat, and reference numeral 3 denotes a floor in the vehicle interior.
The instrument panel 10 includes a front design wall 10a rising toward the front seat side (vehicle rear side), and an upper wall 10b extending from an upper end portion of the front design wall 10a toward the vehicle front side. The measuring instruments, the audio operation unit, the air conditioning operation unit, and the like are mainly provided on the front design wall 10 a. Further, a box-shaped lower extension portion 10c extending downward from the front design wall 10a to a vicinity of the floor panel 3 extends in a central region in the vehicle width direction of the front design wall 10 a. Main wall 10c-1 of lower extension portion 10c facing the vehicle rear side is inclined downward and forward. The main wall 10c-1 is provided with a terminal connection port 30 such as a USB port and a bag-shaped storage portion 31 for storing an article.
Further, an inter-seat storage box 11 is provided between the driver seat and the passenger seat, not shown. The inter-seat storage box 11 is formed in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape long in the front-rear direction. The inter-seat bank 11 is disposed at a position facing the main wall 10c-1 of the lower extension portion 10c of the instrument panel 10 with a walk-through space 12 interposed therebetween. That is, the inter-seat console box 11 is disposed apart from the rear side of the lower extension portion 10c of the instrument panel 10, and a passage space 12 through which a passenger can pass is secured between the lower extension portion 10c and the inter-seat console box 11.
On the upper surface of the front portion side of the seat storage box 11, an operation switch 13 (operation device) of an in-vehicle device such as an operation switch of a transmission, a parking switch of a vehicle, and the like is provided. Further, a recess 14 for accommodating articles is provided on the upper surface of the rear portion side of the seat box 11.
Fig. 3 is an enlarged view of lower extension 10c of instrument panel 10 of fig. 1. In addition, fig. 4 is a sectional view taken along line IV-IV of fig. 3, and fig. 5 is a sectional view taken along line V-V of fig. 3.
As shown in fig. 4, the frame portion 16a of the outer panel 16 has a substantially U-shaped cross section intersecting the direction along the peripheral edge of the main wall 10 c-1. The frame portion 16a is provided with an inner inclined surface 16a-2 inclined toward the vehicle front side continuously inside a roof surface 16a-1 projecting to the maximum extent toward the vehicle rear side. In the upper region of the outer plate 16, a terminal installation plate portion 16b is disposed adjacent to the inner end of the inner inclined surface 16 a-2. In the lower region of the outer panel 16, the inner end of the inner inclined surface 16a-2 forms the opening 15 of the outer panel 16.
The inner panel 17 includes a rectangular frame-shaped flange portion 17a attached to the peripheral edge portion of the opening 15 of the outer panel 16, and a recessed portion 17b provided continuously to the inner peripheral edge portion of the flange portion 17 a. The recessed portion 17b is formed such that the central region is recessed toward the vehicle front side. In the inner panel 17, the recessed portion 17b is disposed inside the opening 15 in a state where the flange portion 17a is assembled to the peripheral edge portion of the opening 15 of the outer panel 16. The bottom wall of the recessed portion 17b is located on the vehicle front side of the opening 15 of the outer panel 16.
The recessed portion 17b of the inner panel 17 forms a recessed portion 28 recessed toward the vehicle front side together with the inner inclined surface 16a-2 of the frame portion 16a on the outer panel 16 side. The recess 28 is recessed toward the vehicle front side with respect to the outer edge portion of the main wall 10 c-1.
A bag portion 20 having the base sheet 18 and the bag sheet 19 as main elements is attached to the inner panel 17. In the present embodiment, the base sheet 18 and the bag sheet 19 are formed of a flexible cloth material such as a woven material or a knitted material. The housing portion 31 of the present embodiment is constituted by the bag portion 20, the inner plate 17 that supports the bag portion 20, and the like.
The material of the base sheet 18 and the bag sheet 19 is not limited to a cloth material, and may be resin, leather, synthetic leather, or the like. However, at least one of the base sheet 18 and the bag sheet 19 is preferably formed of a flexible member that can be flexibly deformed in the vehicle front-rear direction.
The base sheet 18 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape as a whole, and the outer peripheral edge of the base sheet 18 is integrally attached to the rectangular frame-shaped flange portion 17a of the inner panel 17. Since the inner panel 17 is inclined downward toward the vehicle front side as shown in fig. 5, the base sheet 18 integrally attached to the inner panel 17 is also inclined downward toward the vehicle front side in the same manner.
The bag sheet 19 is formed into a substantially rectangular shape having a shorter vertical dimension than the base sheet 18. The bag sheet 19 is arranged to overlap the surface of the base sheet 18 toward the vehicle rear, and the left and right edges and the lower edge of the bag sheet 19 are joined to the substantially lower half region of the base sheet 18. Thereby, the bag portion 20 having the opening 20a at the upper side is formed by the base sheet 18 and the bag sheet 19. The base sheet 18 and the bag sheet 19 are joined by sewing or the like, for example.
A band-shaped core plate 21 extending substantially in the vehicle width direction is disposed in an upper region of the bag sheet 19. The core material plate 21 is made of, for example, a resin plate.
The core sheet 21 is covered with the bag sheet 19 folded back at the upper end portion. Thereby, the upper region of the bag sheet 19 is reinforced by the band-shaped core plate 21, and excessive deformation toward the vehicle rear side is suppressed.
As shown in fig. 4, the base sheet 18 of the present embodiment is attached to the flange portion 17a of the inner panel 17 such that the central region in the vehicle width direction is concavely curved toward the vehicle front side. Thus, a gap for easily inserting the article 29 is ensured between the surface of the base sheet 18 toward the vehicle rear and the bag sheet 19. In an initial state in which the pocket 20 does not contain the article 29, a sufficient gap is secured between the central region of the base sheet 18 and the recessed portion 17b of the inner panel 17. Therefore, when the article 29 is inserted into the pocket portion 20, the central region of the base sheet 18 can be deformed toward the vehicle front side.
The bag portion 20 is disposed in a region that is inside the recess 28 when viewed from the front. The bag sheet 19 is disposed so as to be housed inside the recess 28 in the depth direction, at least in a state where the article 29 is not housed in the bag portion 20.
As described above, the housing portion 31 of the present embodiment includes the base sheet 18 having the outer edge portion supported by the lower extension portion 10c of the instrument panel 10, and the bag sheet 19 having the left and right side edges and the lower edge joined to the base sheet on the vehicle rear side of the base sheet 18, and the bag portion 20 having an opening on the upper side is formed by the base sheet 18 and the bag sheet 19. Therefore, in the housing portion 31 of the present embodiment, the article 29 can be inserted into the pocket portion 20 formed by the base sheet 18 and the pocket sheet 19, and the article 29 can be sandwiched and held from the front and back by the base sheet 18 and the pocket sheet 19. Therefore, when the storage unit 31 of the present embodiment is used, it is possible to suppress damage to the article 29, generation of contact noise, and the like, which are caused by a crash of the stored article 29, with a simple configuration that does not occupy a large installation space.
In addition, in the housing portion 31 of the present embodiment, a recess 28 that is recessed toward the vehicle front side is provided in the lower extension portion 10c of the instrument panel 10, and the pocket portion 20 is disposed inside the recess 28. Therefore, the protrusion of the article 29 and the bag sheet 19 from the main wall 10c-1 can be suppressed in a state where the article 29 is housed in the bag portion 20.
In particular, in the housing portion 31 of the present embodiment, the bag sheet 19 constituting the bag portion 20 is disposed so as to be housed inside the recess 28 in the depth direction at least in a state where the article 29 is not housed in the bag portion 20. Therefore, at least in a state where the bag portion 20 does not contain the article 29, the bag sheet 19 does not protrude from the main wall 10c-1 of the lower extension portion 10 c. Therefore, for example, when a passenger traverses the passing space 12 behind the bag portion 20, the feet of the passenger can be prevented from coming into contact with the bag portion 20.
In the housing portion 31 of the present embodiment, the core plate 21 extending substantially in the vehicle width direction is disposed in the upper region of the bag sheet 19, and the core plate 21 is covered with the bag sheet 19. Therefore, when the bag portion 20 contains the article 29, the bag sheet 19 can be prevented from protruding toward the vehicle rear side by the core plate 21. Therefore, in a state where the article 29 is stored in the bag portion 20, when the passenger traverses the passing space 12 behind the bag portion 20, the passenger's feet and the like can be prevented from coming into contact with the bag portion 20 and the article 29.
In the housing portion 31 of the present embodiment, the base sheet 18 and the bag sheet 19 are formed of flexible members that can be flexibly deformed in the substantially front-rear direction of the vehicle. Therefore, even when the thickness of the article 29 stored in the pocket 20 is large or the shape of the article 29 is irregular, the article 29 can be reliably stored in the pocket 20. In the present embodiment, both the base sheet 18 and the bag sheet 19 are made of flexible members, but substantially the same effect can be obtained if at least one of the base sheet 18 and the bag sheet 19 is made of a flexible member.
In the case of the housing portion 31 of the present embodiment, the terminal connection port 30 for the electric article is disposed at a position above the bag portion 20 of the lower extension portion 10 c. Therefore, the electric goods such as the portable information terminal can be connected to the terminal connection port 30 by the connection cable, and the electric goods can be directly stored in the bag portion 20 in this state. In addition, in the housing portion 31 of the present embodiment, a part of the connection cable can be housed in the pocket portion 20 together with the electric article. Therefore, when the housing section 31 of the present embodiment is used, the connection cable can be prevented from sagging, and the connection cable can be prevented from being caught by the feet of the passenger.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various design changes can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
