本发明涉及冷链运输技术领域,具体涉及一种级联式相变蓄冷箱板结构及其制备方法和蓄冷箱,蓄冷箱板结构包括由内向外依次设置的相变材料板、保温板和聚氨酯板,所述相变材料板为由石蜡和改性二氧化硅复合形成的复合相变材料板,所述相变材料板、保温板和聚氨酯板通过级联式耦合封装,本发明采用复合相变材料板,能够有效解决蓄冷剂相变潜热低,存在过冷现象和容易发生相分离等问题,从而显著的延长保温时间,实现冷链运输的高效、节能和环保;本发明的箱板结构的制备方法,其工艺简单,方便制备;本发明的蓄冷箱采用前述的箱板结构,整体导热系数低、蓄热密度大、保温时间长。

本发明涉及冷链运输技术领域,特别是涉及一种级联式相变蓄冷箱板结构及其制备方法和蓄冷箱。
背景技术
随着冷冻食品和医药制剂需求的快速增长,冷链运输的发展在近几年也开始快速发展。现有技术为了满足冷藏运输的低温要求,大多选择使用冷藏运输车、冷藏罐、冷藏箱、冰袋或其他温控设备,进行运输过程中的温度控制,现有技术采用的冷藏运输车是使用主动制冷的方式进行调控温度,其消耗了额外的能量,而冷藏罐、冰袋和蓄冷箱主要是使用热防护的方式实现热存储和热绝缘以延长保温时间,采用主动制冷的方式,能耗大,导致运输成本高,因此目前比较常见的冷藏运输主要选用热防护方式将温度保持在可接受的范围内,其只需在夜间使用非高峰电力进行充冷,即可实现长时间和长跨度的冷链运输,具有高效,安全,低成本的特点,研究和优化此类冷链运输箱对提高冷链运输的安全性和效率具有显著积极作用。
目前冷链运输中使用的蓄冷箱,通常是利用相变材料进行温度调控,目前的蓄冷箱选用的相变材料多为固-液相变材料,主要包括无机物(无机盐,水合无机盐等)和有机物(醇,酸和脂肪烃等)二大类,与无机物相变储能材料相比,有机物相变储能材料不仅腐蚀性小,而且在相变过程中几乎没有过冷和分相的缺点,但有机物相变储热材料导热系数普遍较低,稳定性差(易氧化或高温升华),存在可燃性,从而降低了储热***效能及其应用。
鉴于上述技术问题,有必要提供一款新的蓄冷箱,以更好地解决上述技术问题。

进一步地,所述保温板由若干块保温材料板制成,保温材料板之间分布有空气层。
进一步地,所述保温板由挤塑型聚苯乙烯(XPS)、真空保温板(VIP)或聚苯乙烯泡沫(EPS)材料中的任一种制成。
进一步地,所述相变材料板的表面由铝箔袋进行封装。
上述级联式相变蓄冷箱板结构的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:组装聚氨酯板,将聚氨酯板用电子密封胶进行拼接组装,作为外层封装结构;
步骤二:组装保温板,作为中层保温结构;
步骤三:制备相变材料板,先将有机硅烷0.1-1g放入100ml质量比为1:1的乙醇/水混合溶液中,加入50-100g二氧化硅粉末,通入氮气搅拌20min,过滤后烘干粉体得到改性二氧化硅,将制得的改性二氧化硅和石蜡按1:4的质量比进行混合,在搅拌器中以1000r/min的速度匀速搅拌1h,得到石蜡/改性二氧化硅复合相变材料,再将石蜡/改性二氧化硅复合相变材料,制备成相变材料板,置于最内层;
步骤四:将制备好的聚氨酯板、保温板及相变材料板,进行级联式耦合封装,即得用于冷链运输的级联式相变蓄冷箱板结构。
进一步地,
步骤一中,将聚氨酯板拼接组装成箱体外层封装结构后,需要在内外表面覆盖铝箔层;
步骤二中,组装保温结构时,无需排除板间空气;
步骤三中,制备石蜡/改性二氧化硅复合相变材料板,需要将复合相变材料用铝箔袋进行封装,再真空压缩为相变材料板。
进一步地,步骤三中,所述有机硅烷为3-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、3-氨丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷、N-2-氨乙基-3-氨丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷、N-(2-氨乙基)-3-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、3-二乙烯三胺基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、N-苄基-N'-[3-(三甲氧基硅基)丙基]乙二胺盐酸盐、乙烯基苄基氨乙基氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷盐酸盐、3-巯丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷、3-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三乙氧基硅烷、2-(3,4-环氧环己烷基)乙基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、正十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷、正十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷和3-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三(三甲基硅氧基)硅烷中的任一种或任几种;所述石蜡为熔点是-10℃、-5℃、0℃、5℃和10℃石蜡中任一种或任几种。
一种蓄冷箱,包括箱体和箱盖,箱体内设有容置槽,所述箱体和箱盖分别由若干如上述的级联式相变蓄冷箱板结构拼接组成,箱盖采用嵌合结构与箱体连接。
进一步地,所述蓄冷箱整体按体积百分比计,所述聚氨酯板占5.4%~6.1%,所述保温板占5.3%~5.9%,所述复合相变材料板占15.6~16.1%,所述容置槽占73.7%~71.9%。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1.本发明的级联式相变蓄冷箱板结构,包括由内向外依次设置的相变材料板、保温板和聚氨酯板,所述相变材料板为由石蜡和改性二氧化硅复合形成的复合相变材料板,所述相变材料板、保温板和聚氨酯板通过级联式耦合封装,其结构简单,设计合理,外置聚氨酯板用于整体结构的支撑,提高机械强度的同时起到隔绝热量作用,中间保温板进行隔热保温,内部复合相变材料板由石蜡/改性二氧化硅复合相变材料作为蓄冷剂,主要用于蓄热保温,改性二氧化硅封装解决了石蜡相变时的体积膨胀大和液态流动性问题,同时降低了材料的整体导热系数,采用复合相变材料板,能够有效解决蓄冷剂相变潜热低,存在过冷现象和容易发生相分离等问题,从而达到冷链储存和运输的冷藏温度范围要求,将相变材料板与保温板叠加,不仅降低了导热系数,而且获得了较大的潜热储热能力,从而显著的延长保温时间,实现冷链运输的高效、节能和环保。
2.本发明的箱板结构制备方法,简便、高效、安全,制备容易,生产成本低廉,具有较高的应用可行性,可满足工业化的生产需求。
3.本发明的蓄冷箱,包括箱体和箱盖,箱体内设有容置槽,所述箱体由若干上述的级联式相变蓄冷箱板结构拼接组成,箱盖采用嵌合结构与箱体连接,整体导热系数低、蓄热密度大,有效装载量高,在所需温度范围内保温时间长达72h以上,在医药、食品等方面的冷链运输领域具备广泛的应用前景。

具体实施方式
除非特别说明,本发明采用的试剂、设备和方法为本技术领域常规市购的试剂、设备和常规使用的方法,下面将结合附图和较佳实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
参见图1,本实施例所述的级联式相变蓄冷箱板结构,包括由内向外依次设置的相变材料板1、保温板2和聚氨酯板3,所述相变材料板1为由石蜡和改性二氧化硅复合形成的复合相变材料板1,所述相变材料板1、保温板2和聚氨酯板3通过级联式耦合封装,本发明结构简单,设计合理,在箱体内侧通过设置复合相变材料板1,并在复合相变材料板1与外侧聚氨酯板3之间设置保温板2,外置聚氨酯板3用于整体结构的支撑,提高机械强度的同时起到隔绝热量作用;中间保温板2选取低导热的保温材料进行隔热保温;内部复合相变材料板1由石蜡/改性二氧化硅复合相变材料作为蓄冷剂,主要用于蓄热保温,改性二氧化硅封装解决了石蜡相变时的体积膨胀大和液态流动性问题,同时降低了材料的整体导热系数,能够有效解决蓄冷剂相变潜热低,存在过冷现象和容易发生相分离等问题,从而达到冷链储存和运输的冷藏温度范围要求,此外,将相变材料板1与保温板2叠加,不仅降低了导热系数,而且获得了较大的潜热储热能力,从而显著的延长保温时间,实现冷链运输的高效、节能和环保。
具体地,本实施例中,所述聚氨酯板3的表面包覆有铝箔层,更具体地,所述铝箔层厚度为0.2cm,通过包覆铝箔层可以提高箱板结构的机械强度。
具体地,本实施例中,所述保温板2由若干保温材料板制成,保温材料板之间分布有空气层,保温材料板之间的空气层,其可作为空气热阻提升整体保温效果。
具体地,本实施例中,所述保温板2由挤塑型聚苯乙烯(XPS)、真空保温板2(VIP)或聚苯乙烯泡沫(EPS)材料中的任一种制成,在本实施例中,所选取的保温材料导热系数低,能有效隔绝热量从而降低箱体壁面的热通量,增强保温隔热效果。
具体地,本实施例中,所述相变材料板1的表面由铝箔袋进行封装,通过铝箔袋进行封装,在封装结构稳固的同时,不会影响箱板结构内热量的传递效果。
本实施例所述的级联式相变蓄冷箱板结构的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:将聚氨酯板3用电子密封胶进行拼接组装,作为蓄冷箱的箱体外层封装结构,并在内外表面覆盖铝箔层,具体地,选取边长为1.8m、厚度为1.8cm的聚氨酯板3,用电子密封胶进行拼接组装,作为外层封装结构,内外表面覆盖0.2cm厚的铝箔层以提高机械强度;
步骤二:将若干块保温材料组装到一起,组装成保温板2,然后装入步骤一中的箱体外层封装结构,具体地,保温板2选取若干块边长为1.764m、厚度为1.8cm的正方形挤塑型聚苯乙烯(XPS)板,在组装时无需排除挤塑型聚苯乙烯(XPS)板的板间空气,板间空气可作为空气热阻提升整体保温效果;
步骤三:制备相变材料板1,先将有机硅烷0.1-1g放入100ml质量比为1:1的乙醇/水混合溶液中,加入50-100g二氧化硅粉末,通入氮气搅拌20min,过滤后烘干粉体得到改性二氧化硅,将制得的改性二氧化硅和石蜡按1:4的质量比进行混合,在搅拌器中以1000r/min的速度匀速搅拌1h,得到石蜡/改性二氧化硅复合相变材料,再将石蜡/改性二氧化硅复合相变材料,制备成复合相变材料板1,置于最内层,具体地,其中,有机硅烷为3-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、3-氨丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷、N-2-氨乙基-3-氨丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷、N-(2-氨乙基)-3-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、3-二乙烯三胺基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、N-苄基-N'-[3-(三甲氧基硅基)丙基]乙二胺盐酸盐、乙烯基苄基氨乙基氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷盐酸盐、3-巯丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷、3-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三乙氧基硅烷、2-(3,4-环氧环己烷基)乙基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、正十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷、正十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷、3-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三(三甲基硅氧基)硅烷中一种或几种的组合;本实施例选取的有机硅烷可以浸润二氧化硅表面,对二氧化硅进行改性,增大二氧化硅对石蜡的吸附量,增大复合材料的相变焓,其中,石蜡优选熔点为-10℃、-5℃、0℃、5℃、10℃的石蜡中一种或几种的组合;本实施例选取的石蜡相变材料具有相变潜热大、过冷程度低的优点,因此具有优异的蓄热保温能力和温度管控作用,更具体地,石蜡熔点为5℃,铝箔袋的厚度为0.2mm,封装后真空压缩为边长为1.728m,厚度为5.4cm的正方形复合相变材料板1,置于蓄冷箱的最内层,
步骤四:将制备好的聚氨酯板3、保温板2及相变材料板1,进行级联式耦合封装,即得用于冷链运输的级联式相变蓄冷箱板结构。
采用上述级联式相变蓄冷箱板结构的蓄冷箱,包括箱体和箱盖,箱体内设有容置槽,所述箱体和箱盖分别由若干上述的级联式相变蓄冷箱板结构拼接组成,箱盖采用嵌合结构与箱体连接,本实施例中的蓄冷箱,盖板上采用嵌合结构,突出的部分可用于增强箱体密封性,其设计合理,蓄冷箱整体导热系数低、蓄热密度大、保温效果好。
具体地,所述蓄冷箱整体按体积百分比计,所述聚氨酯板3占5.4%~6.1%,所述保温板2占5.3%~5.9%,所述复合相变材料板1占15.6~16.1%,所述容置槽占73.7%~71.9%,本实施例这样的设置,保温效果好,有效装载量高,在医药、食品等方面的冷链运输领域具备广泛的应用前景。
实施例2
在实施例1的基础上,本实施例中的石蜡的熔点为-5℃。
实施例3
在实施例1的基础上,本实施例中的保温板2选用若干块真空保温板2组装。
实施例4
在实施例1的基础上,本实施例中选取六块边长为2m、厚度为2cm的聚氨酯板3用电子密封胶进行拼接组装作为外层封装结构,内外表面覆盖上2mm的铝箔以提高机械强度。
将实施例1-4中制成的蓄冷箱进行性能测试,测试结果如表1所示:

由表一可以看出,本发明的蓄冷箱整体导热系数低、蓄热密度大,在所需温度范围内保温时间长达72h以上,在医药、食品等方面的冷链运输领域具备广泛的应用前景。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (10)
1.一种级联式相变蓄冷箱板结构,其特征在于,包括由内向外依次设置的相变材料板、保温板和聚氨酯板,所述相变材料板为由石蜡和改性二氧化硅复合形成的复合相变材料板,所述相变材料板、保温板和聚氨酯板通过级联式耦合封装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种级联式相变蓄冷箱板结构,其特征在于,所述聚氨酯板的表面包覆有铝箔层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种级联式相变蓄冷箱板结构,其特征在于,所述保温板由若干块保温材料板制成,保温材料板之间分布有空气层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种级联式相变蓄冷箱板结构,其特征在于,所述保温板由挤塑型聚苯乙烯(XPS)、真空保温板(VIP)或聚苯乙烯泡沫(EPS)材料中的任一种制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种级联式相变蓄冷箱板结构,其特征在于,所述相变材料板的表面由铝箔袋进行封装。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的一种级联式相变蓄冷箱板结构的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:组装聚氨酯板,将聚氨酯板用电子密封胶进行拼接组装,作为外层封装结构;
步骤二:组装保温板,作为中层保温结构;
步骤三:制备相变材料板,先将有机硅烷0.1-1g放入100ml质量比为1:1的乙醇/水混合溶液中,加入50-100g二氧化硅粉末,通入氮气搅拌20min,过滤后烘干粉体得到改性二氧化硅,将制得的改性二氧化硅和石蜡按1:4的质量比进行混合,在搅拌器中以1000r/min的速度匀速搅拌1h,得到石蜡/改性二氧化硅复合相变材料,再将石蜡/改性二氧化硅复合相变材料,制备成相变材料板,置于最内层;
步骤四:将制备好的聚氨酯板、保温板及相变材料板,进行级联式耦合封装,即得用于冷链运输的级联式相变蓄冷箱板结构。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种级联式相变蓄冷箱板结构的制备方法,其特征在于,
步骤一中,将聚氨酯板拼接组装成箱体外层封装结构后,需要在内外表面覆盖铝箔层;
步骤二中,组装保温结构时,无需排除板间空气;
步骤三中,制备石蜡/改性二氧化硅复合相变材料板,需要将复合相变材料用铝箔袋进行封装,再真空压缩为相变材料板。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种级联式相变蓄冷箱板结构的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤三中,所述有机硅烷为3-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、3-氨丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷、N-2-氨乙基-3-氨丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷、N-(2-氨乙基)-3-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、3-二乙烯三胺基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、N-苄基-N'-[3-(三甲氧基硅基)丙基]乙二胺盐酸盐、乙烯基苄基氨乙基氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷盐酸盐、3-巯丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷、3-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三乙氧基硅烷、2-(3,4-环氧环己烷基)乙基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、正十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷、正十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷和3-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三(三甲基硅氧基)硅烷中的任一种或任几种;所述石蜡为熔点是-10℃、-5℃、0℃、5℃和10℃石蜡中任一种或任几种。
9.一种蓄冷箱,包括箱体和箱盖,箱体内设有容置槽,其特征在于,所述箱体和箱盖分别由若干如权利要求1-5任一项所述的级联式相变蓄冷箱板结构拼接组成,箱盖采用嵌合结构与箱体连接。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种蓄冷箱,其特征在于,所述蓄冷箱整体按体积百分比计,所述聚氨酯板占5.4%~6.1%,所述保温板占5.3%~5.9%,所述复合相变材料板占15.6~16.1%,所述容置槽占73.7%~71.9%。
