7. A method for cleaning the apparatus for producing an aqueous plastic paint according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the cleaning method comprises the steps of:
(1) after the production of the water-based paint is finished, immediately spraying a certain amount of purified water to flush the reaction kettle cylinder body and the dispersion disc by using a high-pressure cleaning machine after the reaction kettle cylinder body is discharged, and flushing most of the water-based paint remained on the inner wall of the reaction kettle cylinder body and the dispersion disc to form water-based paint aqueous solution to be stored in the reaction kettle cylinder body;
(2) opening a ball valve at the bottom of the reaction kettle cylinder body, collecting the aqueous paint solution in the reaction kettle cylinder body by using a cleaning solution collecting container, marking the aqueous paint solution on the cleaning solution collecting container, and reserving the aqueous paint solution as a production raw material of the same kind of aqueous paint at the next time;
(3) then, putting tap water into the reaction kettle cylinder body by using a high-pressure cleaning machine, carefully cleaning the inner wall of the reaction kettle cylinder body and the dispersion disc, wherein the cleaned tap water meets the wastewater discharge standard and can be directly discharged.
8. The cleaning method for the water-based plastic paint production equipment as claimed in claim 7, wherein the controller automatically controls the cleaning of the reaction kettle cylinder and the dispersion disc, and the specific cleaning steps are as follows:
in the step (1), after the production of the water-based paint is finished, the controller controls the ball valve at the bottom of the reaction kettle cylinder to be opened, after the reaction kettle is discharged, the liquid level device sends a signal to the controller, the controller controls the ball valve at the bottom of the reaction kettle cylinder to be closed, opens the three-way valve of the high-pressure cleaning machine and is communicated with the purified water container, simultaneously opens the cleaning switch of the high-pressure cleaning machine, sprays purified water to flush the reaction kettle cylinder and the dispersion disc, washes off most of water-based paint remained on the inner wall of the reaction kettle cylinder and the dispersion disc, forms water-based paint aqueous solution to be stored in the reaction kettle cylinder, when the sprayed purified water reaches a set amount, the electronic flowmeter sends a signal to the controller, and the controller controls the cleaning switch of the high;
in the step (2), the cleaning solution collecting container is placed below the ball valve at the bottom of the reaction kettle cylinder body, the ball valve is opened by the controller, the aqueous paint solution in the reaction kettle cylinder body is collected and marked on the cleaning solution collecting container, and the aqueous paint solution is reserved as a production raw material of the same aqueous paint at the next time;
in the step (3), the controller opens a three-way valve of the high-pressure cleaning machine and is communicated with a tap water pipe, a cleaning switch of the high-pressure cleaning machine is opened simultaneously, tap water is put into the reaction kettle cylinder body, the inner wall of the reaction kettle cylinder body and the dispersion disc are carefully cleaned, and the cleaned tap water meets the wastewater discharge standard and can be directly discharged.
9. The cleaning method of an apparatus for manufacturing an aqueous plastic paint according to claim 7 or 8, wherein in the step (1), the amount of purified water is at least 5 kg; in the step (2), the using amount of tap water is at least 60 kg.
