Abstract
The invention relates to an electricity stealing prevention ammeter with a zero line dropping metering function, which is connected between a power grid power supply line and a power grid user load, does not need to be additionally provided, and realizes the zero line dropping metering electricity stealing prevention function completely through a hardware circuit and a software program in the ammeter. When a user maliciously takes out the zero line terminal wiring of the electric meter and makes a short circuit outside, the electric meter is in a zero line falling state, the electric meter is powered off, but the user load can work normally. The invention can effectively prevent electricity stealing accidents under the state of zero line loss.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the electric power measurement technology of a power grid, in particular to an anti-electricity-theft single-phase electric energy meter with a zero line dropping measurement function. The combination of the hardware circuit and the software program of the meter can effectively prevent the occurrence of electricity stealing accidents. The embodiment of the invention particularly relates to an intelligent single-phase meter which can still realize metering communication under the condition of electricity stealing when a zero line is dropped.
Background
The technical scheme of the invention meets the specification: IEC62052-11, IEC62053-21, and IEC 62056-61.
The electric meter is an electric measuring device capable of measuring and transmitting the electricity consumption of users in an electric power system, and mainly obtains current and voltage analog quantity signals by sampling the current and the voltage of a power line of the electric power system in an analog quantity mode and then processes the analog quantity signals to obtain data information. Currently, for a single-phase electric meter, the performance of the equipment has been continuously improved and optimized, but problems are generated, for example, the cost of the electric meter itself is continuously increased, the design is complicated, some functions are not effectively used, and meanwhile, most electric meters do not have the function of preventing electricity stealing. The technical scheme only reflects that whether the electricity stealing accident happens or not is judged by detecting whether the L line has current or not after the electricity meter is powered off, but the problems of electricity meter power failure reasons and normal metering cannot be really solved. At the same time, the technical principle of the circuit has an uncertainty that the different situations of electricity stealing are not completely considered, that is, the electricity stealing does not only damage the zero line, for example, reverse connection or short circuit occurs, and the circuit loses the described function.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the technical defects and provides the intelligent single-phase meter which does not need any external device, can detect whether an electricity stealing accident occurs or not after the electricity meter is powered off normally or in a state of entering a zero line maliciously and has a punishment metering function.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the electric meter is connected between a power grid power supply line and a power grid user load, and the improvement design of the invention is as follows: when the ammeter is in normal power failure or a user maliciously causes the ammeter to enter a zero line falling state, the inside of the ammeter can still judge whether a power stealing accident occurs by detecting whether current exists in an L line, and the ammeter has a punitive metering function; the period for detecting whether the L line has current or not and the punitive charging standard can be defined by programs.

FIG. 1A is a schematic diagram of a normal wiring state of an electricity meter;
FIG. 1B is a schematic diagram of the zero line dropping state of the electric meter;
FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of the principle of the anti-electricity-theft electric meter with L-line current detection and punishment metering function after the electric meter is powered off or in the state of zero line loss.
Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1A, 1B and 2, in a normal state of the electric meter, in a power failure state or a zero line loss state, the electric meter can detect whether current exists in the L line by matching an internal hardware circuit of the electric meter with a software program. The hardware circuit is provided with a super capacitor, the super capacitor is charged by +5V of a power supply in a power-on state of the electric meter, the electric meter enters a zero line falling state after power failure of the electric meter or maliciously by a user, the super capacitor supplies power to the metering circuit, whether current exists in an L line or not is detected, and punitive metering is started if the current exists in the L line. The detection period is set by a software program, the detection of whether the current exists in the L line is conventionally carried out every 15min, the detection time is about 2s, and the super capacitor can be used for three-day detection.
Claims (3)
1. The improved design of the zero line-dropping metering electricity stealing prevention ammeter is characterized in that: the hardware circuit is provided with a super capacitor, the super capacitor is charged by a power supply +5V in a power-on state of the electric meter, the electric meter enters a zero line falling state after power failure of the electric meter or malicious users, the super capacitor supplies power to the metering circuit, whether current exists in an L line or not is detected, and punitive metering is started if the current exists in the L line. The detection period is set by a software program, the detection of whether the current exists in the L line is conventionally carried out every 15min, the detection time is about 2s, and the super capacitor can be used for three-day detection.
2. The zero-line-drop metering electricity larceny prevention ammeter according to claim 1, which is improved in that: after the ammeter loses the power, still detectable L line has the electric current, and then judges whether to have the phenomenon of stealing electricity.
3. The zero-line-drop metering electricity larceny prevention ammeter according to claim 1, which is improved in that: after the ammeter is powered down, the period for detecting whether the L line has current or not and punitive charging standard can be defined by programs.
