Abstract
The invention relates to the field of reflectors, in particular to a reflector structure of a steering lamp, wherein the reflector comprises a reflector body, and a lamp hole for installing a bulb is formed in the reflector body; and a shading rib is arranged at the edge of one side of the lens body, which is close to the dipped headlight. The invention discloses a reflector structure of a turn light, which can shield the reflector by adding a light shielding rib and avoid the influence of other light rays on light rays reflected by the reflector.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of reflectors, in particular to a reflector structure of a turn light.
Background
Generally, the space of a lamp cavity of a steering lamp of an automobile is small, when the steering lamp works, the temperature of the lamp cavity is gradually increased, and the lamp cavity is damaged;
in addition, the structure of the general design of the existing car lamp structure is compact, and in order to avoid the mutual interference influence of light rays between adjacent bulbs, a novel reflector structure capable of solving the problem of light beam interference between adjacent bulbs is needed at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a novel reflector structure capable of solving the problem of light beam interference between adjacent bulbs.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
a reflector structure of a turn light comprises a reflector body, wherein a lamp hole for installing a bulb is formed in the reflector body; and a shading rib is arranged at the edge of one side of the lens body, which is close to the dipped headlight.
The length of the shading rib is not more than the length of the side edge of the lens body close to the dipped headlight; the vertical section of the shading rib is trapezoidal; the size of one end of the shading rib close to the lens body is larger than that of one end of the shading rib far away from the lens body.
The corners of the shading ribs are arc corners; the shortest distances from the two ends of the shading rib to the central axis of the lamp hole are the same.
The lens body is made of polycarbonate.
The lamp hole is provided with a connecting ring, and the connecting ring and the lamp hole are coaxially arranged; the connecting ring extends towards the direction far away from the inner side of the lens body.
The connecting ring is provided with a positioning arc-shaped ring; the inner diameter of the positioning arc-shaped ring is larger than that of the connecting ring.
The positioning arc-shaped ring is obliquely arranged at one end far away from the mirror body.
The outer side surface of the mirror body is of a step-shaped structure.
The invention has the advantages that:

A reflector structure of a turn signal lamp comprises a reflector body 1, wherein a lamp hole 11 for installing a bulb is formed in the reflector body 1; a shading rib 2 is arranged at the edge of the side, close to the dipped headlight, of the mirror body 1; the invention discloses a reflector structure of a turn light, which can shield the reflector by adding a light shielding rib 2 and avoid the influence of other light rays on light rays reflected by the reflector.
Preferably, the length of the light shielding rib 2 is not more than the length of the lens body 1 close to the side of the dipped headlight; the vertical section of the shading rib 2 is trapezoidal; the size of one end of the shading rib 2 close to the lens body 1 is larger than that of one end far away from the lens body 1; due to the arrangement, the contact connection between the shading rib 2 and the mirror body 1 is extremely large, and the connection strength between the shading rib 2 and the mirror body 1 is ensured; meanwhile, the trapezoidal structure can ensure shading and reduce the volume and area occupied by the shading ribs 2.
Preferably, in the present invention, the corner of the shading rib 2 is a circular arc; due to the arrangement, the end part of the shading rib 2 is in an arc mechanism, so that edges and corners at the edge of the shading rib 2 are avoided; the problem of interference when the transmitting mirror and other parts are installed is reduced; damage to adjacent components during installation is also avoided; the shortest distances from the two ends of the shading rib 2 to the central axis of the lamp hole 11 are the same; the design is such that the shading ribs 2 have symmetry in shading the bulb.

Preferably, in the present invention, the lamp hole 11 is provided with a connection ring 12, and the connection ring 12 is arranged coaxially with the lamp hole 11; the connecting ring 12 extends towards the direction far away from the inner side of the lens body 1; the connecting ring 12 plays a role in reverse positioning, and the arrangement of the connecting ring 12 is equivalent to the extension of the length of the lamp hole 11, so that the bulb installation is convenient to guide.
Preferably, the connecting ring 12 is provided with a positioning arc-shaped ring 13; the inner diameter of the positioning arc-shaped ring 13 is larger than that of the connecting ring 12; the arrangement is such that a platform structure is formed between the positioning arc-shaped ring 13 and the connecting ring 12, which facilitates the positioning of the rest parts.
