In one embodiment, the rolling part 322 may be a roller, a ball, or the like, which is capable of rotating, and is not limited herein.
In one embodiment, the rolling portion 322 is a fluency strip disposed opposite the evacuation gap 11 and movably disposed within the evacuation gap 11. The fluency strip may be housed in the escape gap 11 in the original state, or may be located below the escape gap 11, and preferably does not contact the empty tray 1, and when the empty tray 1 is transferred, the rolling portion 322 is rotated out from the escape gap 11, and drives the empty tray 1.
In one embodiment, the avoidance gap 11 is plural, the plural avoidance gaps 11 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the first carrier line 10, the rolling parts 322 are plural, and the plural rolling parts 322 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the plural avoidance gaps 11 to drive the empty tray 1 to be separated from the first carrier line 10 by the plural rolling parts 322. A spitting mechanism 30 includes a driving part 31 and a flipping unit 32, and the flipping unit 32 secures a rotating frame 321 and a plurality of rolling parts 322 provided on the rotating frame 321, thereby stably lifting the empty tray 1.
In one embodiment, the rotating frame 321 is a U-shaped frame, and the two rolling parts 322 are respectively disposed at two ends of the U-shaped frame.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 19 to 21, the first carrier line 10 is a roller conveying line, the roller conveying line includes a plurality of first rollers 12, and an avoidance gap 11 is formed between two adjacent first rollers 12; the driving portion 31 is disposed below the first carrier line 10, and at least a portion of the flipping component 32 is disposed opposite to the avoiding gap 11 and is movable in the avoiding gap 11.
In one embodiment, the two ends of the first roller 12 are respectively mounted on the frame 40 through the first support 15 and the second support 16, and one end of the first roller 12 is a driving end, i.e. the power source ensures that the first roller 12 rotates relative to the frame 40 by driving one end of the first roller 12, so that the first roller 12 drives the empty tray 1 to move.
In one embodiment, the first carrier line 10 has a function of conveying the empty tray 1, that is, after the empty tray 1 is conveyed to a predetermined position, it is moved to the second carrier line 20 by the tray ejecting mechanism 30.
As shown in fig. 20, a plurality of avoiding gaps 11 are formed between the plurality of first rollers 12, and the first carrier line 10 further includes: the first supporting plate 13, and a part of the avoidance gaps 11 in the plurality of avoidance gaps 11 are selectively corresponding to the first supporting plate 13 or the overturning assembly 32.
In one embodiment, considering that the number of the first rollers 12 is multiple, that is, the avoidance gap 11 is multiple, but not every avoidance gap 11 corresponds to the turning assembly 32, the first supporting plate 13 can be arranged in the avoidance gap 11 which does not correspond to the turning assembly 32 to shield the avoidance gap 11, and this arrangement can prevent an object or a human body from mistakenly extending into the avoidance gap 11.
In one embodiment, the first supporting plate 13 is a detachable member, i.e. can be added according to the requirement, and certainly can be detached when the turnover assembly 32 needs to be added, so that the whole design can meet the requirements of different customers, and the universality of the device is improved.
In one embodiment, the first support plate 13 is detachably arranged in the clearance gap 11; wherein, first layer board 13 includes the holding tank, and the notch of holding tank is towards empty tray 1, and the tank bottom place plane of holding tank is higher than the bottom of first roller 12. The first supporting plate 13 arranged in the middle of the avoidance gap 11 is visual and higher, and the safety guarantee is more reliable.
In one embodiment, the carrier further comprises: the frame 40, the first bearing line 10 and the second bearing line 20 are both arranged on the frame 40, the driving part 31 is hinged on the frame 40, and the turnover assembly 32 is hinged on the frame 40; wherein, the driving part 31 comprises a push rod 311, and the flipping component 32 is hinged on the push rod 311 to drive the flipping component 32 to rotate relative to the frame 40 when the push rod 311 extends and retracts. When the driving portion 31 drives the push rod 311 to extend, the flipping unit 32 rotates with respect to the frame 40 to rotate upward, thereby disengaging the empty tray 1 from the flipping unit 32.
In one embodiment, the flipping-over assembly 32 is provided on the frame 40 by a first hinge assembly 33, the driving part 31 is provided on the frame 40 by a second hinge assembly 34, and the flipping-over assembly 32 is also provided on the push rod 311 by one second hinge assembly 34.
As shown in fig. 12 and 15, the first hinge assembly 33 includes a first base 331, a first rotating shaft 332, a first bearing 333, and a first snap spring 334, the first base 331 is disposed on the frame 40, the flip assembly 32 is disposed on the first rotating shaft 332, the first rotating shaft 332 is rotatably disposed relative to the first base 331 through the first bearing 333, and the first snap spring 334 is used for limiting the first rotating shaft 332.
As shown in fig. 12 and 16, the second hinge assembly 34 includes a second base 341, a second rotating shaft 342, a second bearing 343, and a second snap spring 344, wherein the second snap spring 344 is used for limiting the second rotating shaft 342, and the second bearing 343 is an articulation bearing. Wherein, the second hinge assembly 34 is two, the second base 341 of one second hinge assembly 34 is disposed on the frame 40, the second bearing 343 is connected to the driving part 31, so that the second bearing 343 is rotatably disposed relative to the second base 341 through the second rotating shaft 342, the second base 341 of the other second hinge assembly 34 is disposed on the push rod 311, and the second bearing 343 is connected to the flip assembly 32.
In one embodiment, the first and second shafts 332, 342 are machined.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the second carrying line 20 includes a slide carriage 21, the slide carriage 21 is disposed obliquely to the first carrying line 10, and an upwardly inclined end of the slide carriage 21 is close to the first carrying line 10, so that after the empty pallet 1 is driven by the turnover assembly 32 to be separated from the first carrying line 10, the turnover assembly 32 and the slide carriage 21 are both tilted upward, so that the empty pallet 1 is moved from the turnover assembly 32 to the slide carriage 21, in order to enable the empty pallet 1 to rapidly slide down from the turnover assembly 32, and the turnover angle β of the turnover assembly 32 is not too large, the slide carriage 21 is disposed, and when the empty pallet 1 enters the slide carriage 21, the slide carriage 21 is also disposed obliquely, so that the moving speed of the empty pallet 1 can be accelerated.
In one embodiment, the second carrier wire 20 further comprises: a plurality of rotating parts 22, wherein the plurality of rotating parts 22 are arranged on the sliding slide plate 21 at intervals and can be rotatably arranged relative to the sliding slide plate 21, so that when the empty tray 1 is contacted, the empty tray 1 drives the rotating parts 22 to rotate; wherein, one side of the slide carriage 21 far away from the first bearing line 10 is provided with a stopping part which is used for contacting with the empty tray 1 so as to limit the empty tray 1 to be separated from the slide carriage 21. The rotation part 22 can reduce the friction force of the empty pallet 1, the rotation part 22 can be a roller, a ball, etc., and the slide carriage 21 and the rotation part 22 can be selected from fluency strips.
In one embodiment, the rotating part 22 is a power-assisted mechanism, and the power-assisted mechanism adopts power-assisted mechanisms such as fluency strips, non-standard design pulleys, non-standard frames and bearings mounted on rotating shafts; the boosting mechanism is supported by a sheet metal structure and machined parts, and the supporting structure is fixed by a sliding groove bolt nut and a bolt nut structure fixedly connected with the sliding groove bolt nut.
In one embodiment, at least part of the stopper is a buffer. The frame 40 is provided with a stopping part for preventing the empty pallet 1 from separating from the slide carriage 21, and the buffer part can relieve the impact force of the empty pallet and the slide carriage. Wherein, the blocking portion may comprise a rubber pad, a spring pad, etc.
As shown in fig. 6, the conveying table 100 is provided with a detector 120, and the detector 120 is used for determining whether a disc pickup operation is performed in the first disc pickup port 110. The detector 120 is used for determining whether an arm extends into the first tray taking port 110, and if so, the turning assembly 32 cannot turn over to avoid clamping the arm. The detector 120 is a protector. The detector 120 may be an infrared detector, a laser detector, or a visual detector as long as position information of the human body can be acquired. The detector 120 may be plural and arranged along the extending direction of the first pick-up port 110.
As shown in fig. 11, a side of the first carrier wire 10 away from the second carrier wire 20 is provided with a first detector 14; a second detector 23 is arranged on a side of the second carrier wire 20 remote from the first carrier wire 10. The first detector 14 may be provided to determine whether the empty tray 1 is moved into position and whether the empty tray 1 is disposed on the first carrying line 10, and the second detector 23 may be provided to determine whether the empty tray 1 is moved into position and whether the empty tray 1 is disposed on the second carrying line 20. By the mutual association of the first detector 14 and the second detector 23, the transition of the empty tray 1 on the first carrier line 10 and the second carrier line 20 can be accurately achieved. The first detector 14 and the second detector 23 may be plural.
In one embodiment, the first detector 14 and the second detector 23 may be infrared detectors, laser detectors, or visual detectors as long as position information of the empty tray 1 can be acquired.
As shown in fig. 17 and 18, the luggage table 60 includes: the table surface 61, the table surface 61 and the conveying line 50 are arranged in parallel; a power-assisted rotating part 62, wherein the power-assisted rotating part 62 is rotatably arranged relative to the table surface 61, the power-assisted rotating part 62 is used for contacting with the empty tray 1, and after the empty tray 1 is loaded with luggage, the empty tray 1 moves to the conveying line 50 along the power-assisted rotating part 62; wherein, the moving direction of the empty pallet 1 along the power-assisted rotating part 62 and the moving direction of the empty pallet 1 along the conveying line 50 have a preset included angle. After the empty pallet 1 is taken out from the second carrier line 20, it is placed on the assist turning portion 62, and after the baggage is put in, the pallet is pushed to enter the conveyor line 50 along the assist turning portion 62.
In one embodiment, the luggage table 60 further includes: the falling prevention part 63 is arranged on one side, away from the conveying line 50, of the table board 61, and protrudes out of the upper surface of the table board 61 so as to prevent the empty tray 1 from being separated from the table board 61; wherein, the falling prevention part 63 and the power-assisted rotation part 62 are arranged at intervals. The falling prevention section 63 mainly places the empty tray 1 to fall by the passenger side.
In one embodiment, the luggage table 60 further includes: the limiting part 64 is arranged by protruding the upper surface of the table board 61 and is positioned at the end part of the table board 61, and the limiting part 64 and the power-assisted rotating part 62 are arranged at intervals; wherein, the anti-falling part 63 extends along the length direction of the table board 61, and the limiting part 64 extends along the width direction of the table board 61. The limiting part 64 mainly prevents the empty tray 1 from falling off from two ends of the table board 61, and the falling-preventing part 63 and the two limiting parts 64 limit three moving directions of the empty tray 1, so that the tray can be ensured to enter the conveying line 50 along the power-assisted rotating part 62.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, a rotating member 65 is provided between the table 61 and the conveyor line 50, and the empty pallet 1 on the power-assisted rotating portion 62 is moved to the conveyor line 50 by the rotating member 65. The power assisted turning part 62 may be a roller, a ball, a roller, etc. The power-assisted rotating part 62 may be provided on any one of the conveying table 100 and the tidying platform 200.
In one embodiment, the power assisted rotation portion 62 may be a roller, a ball, or the like. Only the turning function thereof needs to be ensured.
In one embodiment, the assisted rotation portion 62 is a roller, and the assisted rotation portion 62 is mounted to the table 61 by a first mounting member 66, and the table 61 is mounted to the frame 40 by a second mounting member 67.
In one embodiment, the table 61 is made of phenolic resin, stainless steel, tempered glass, or the like; the middle part of the table board 61 adopts a hollow structure which is provided with a rectangular hole, a square hole, a circular hole and the like and is used for pre-installing the power-assisted rotating part 62. The power-assisted rotating part 62 is a power-assisted mechanism, a power-assisted roller, a universal rolling ball, a bonded friction-reducing high molecular batten, a plurality of rollers and the like are convenient for pushing articles such as trays and luggage, and the power-assisted mechanism is embedded below the tidying table board, so that the appearance is attractive and tidy. The arrangement table afterbody increases prevents spacing strip of swift current (dropproof portion 63), and the material adopts: phenolic resin, aluminum alloy, toughened glass, stainless steel, POM and the like, which need to be fixed and slide backwards in consideration of the planar freedom of the push tray and the luggage, so that the objects are prevented from falling down and injuring passengers and being damaged; establish spacing strip (spacing portion 64) on mesa 61, spacing strip available material: wear-resistant materials such as aluminum alloy, stainless steel, toughened glass, PP, POM and the like. The power-assisted mechanism is supported by a sheet metal structure and a machined part, and the supporting structure (the first mounting part 66) is fixed by a sliding groove bolt nut and a fixedly connected bolt nut structure; the limiting strip is supported by a sheet metal structure and a machined part, and the supporting structure (the second mounting part 67) is fixed by a bolt and nut structure of a sliding groove and a bolt and nut structure fixedly connected with the sliding groove.
As shown in fig. 19 and 20, the conveying line 50 includes: a plurality of second rollers 51, wherein the plurality of second rollers 51 are rotatably arranged for conveying the empty tray 1; and a second pallet 52, wherein the second pallet 52 is arranged below the second roller 51 or between two adjacent second rollers 51. The second pallet 52 is provided to prevent the baggage from falling between two adjacent second rollers 51.
In one embodiment, the second palette 52 is detachably disposed between two adjacent second rollers 51; the second support plate 52 comprises a holding groove, the notch of the holding groove faces the empty tray 1, the plane of the groove bottom of the holding groove is higher than the bottom of the second support plate 52, and when the luggage falls down, the luggage can be conveniently taken out from the holding groove.
In one embodiment, the two ends of the second roller 51 are respectively mounted on the frame 40 through a third support 53 and a fourth support 54, and one end of the second roller 51 is a driving end, i.e. the power source ensures that the second roller 51 rotates relative to the frame 40 by driving one end of the second roller 51, so that the second roller 51 drives the tray containing the luggage to move.
In one embodiment, the first support plate 13 and the second support plate 52 are made of stainless steel, carbon steel spray, hard polymer material, engineering plastic, etc.; the first supporting plate 13 and the second supporting plate 52 are formed by segmented sheet metal tailor welding, integral tailor welding, one-time injection molding, plastic suction molding and the like; the first supporting plate 13 and the second supporting plate 52 are fixed by bolts, a plug-in structure, a bolt combination, and the like.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the tray sorting apparatus further includes: a first shielding plate 70, the first shielding plate 70 being disposed at the first ends of the conveying table 100 and the tidying platform 200 for closing the first ends of the first carrier line 10, the conveying line 50 and the second carrier line 20; a second shielding plate 71, wherein the second shielding plate 71 is arranged at the second end of the tidying platform 200 for closing the second end of the second carrying line 20; the first shielding plate 70 and the second shielding plate 71 are disposed in a replaceable manner, so that the first shielding plate 70 is disposed at the second ends of the conveying table 100 and the arranging platform 200, and the second shielding plate 71 is disposed at the first end of the arranging platform 200.
In one embodiment, the first and second shielding plates 70 and 71 are two plates that can be interchanged, i.e., the positions of the first and second shielding plates 70 and 71 can be determined according to the outlet direction of the conveying line 50. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, when the outlet of the conveying line 50 is the first end, the first shielding plate 70 is disposed at the second end of the conveying line 50. Accordingly, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, when the outlet of the conveying line 50 is the second end, the first shielding plate 70 is disposed at the first end of the conveying line 50. This design can conveniently realize the demand of different direction of delivery, and can guarantee that the corresponding position of transfer chain 50 and luggage platform 60 does not change.
In one embodiment, the tray sorting apparatus further comprises: a frame 40, on which the first carrier line 10, the conveyor line 50, the second carrier line 20, and the luggage table 60 are disposed; the third shielding plate 72, the third shielding plate 72 is arranged at the first side of the frame 40, and the first tray taking port 110 is arranged on the third shielding plate 72; the fourth shielding plate 73, the fourth shielding plate 73 is arranged at the second side of the frame 40, and the second disk taking port 210 is arranged on the fourth shielding plate 73; one end of the third shielding plate 72 is connected to the first shielding plate 70, and the other end of the fourth shielding plate 73 is connected to the first shielding plate 70 and the second shielding plate 71, respectively. The conveying platform 100 and the tidying platform 200 are both built on a frame 40, and the frame 40 is composed of a cross beam 41 and a vertical column 42.
In one embodiment, the frame 40 carries all of the mechanical, electrical, detection, switches, buttons, housing panels (various shutters), organizer, etc., so that the frame 40 has sufficient strength. The frame 40 is formed by connecting aluminum sections, and the upright columns 42 and the cross beams 41 are connected by corner connectors or bolts according to comprehensive consideration of space, stress and the like.
In one embodiment, the passenger side is provided with a second tray taking opening 210, the lower edge of the second tray taking opening 210 is lower than the lower return roller surface (the upper surface of the first roller 12), the left and right sides of the second tray taking opening 210 are close to the upright posts 42 at the two sides, and the upper edge of the second tray taking opening 210 is close to the table surface 61 to the greatest extent; a first tray taking opening 110 is arranged on the side of the security inspector, the lower edge of the first tray taking opening 110 is lower than the surface of the lower return roller, the left side edge and the right side edge of the first tray taking opening 110 are close to the upright post 42, and the upper edge of the first tray taking opening 110 is close to the conveying line 50 to the greatest extent; the first disc taking opening 110 and the second disc taking opening 210 are of arc-shaped corner structures, so that sharp corners are prevented from hurting people.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 22, the operation of the tray collating device (starting with 01, passing through 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, and finally looping back to 01 from 06 or 08): the conveying line 50 is a baggage conveying unit, the first carrying line 10 is an automatic empty tray returning unit, and can take trays from A, B two sides, the side A (security inspector side) is provided with two tray taking ports A1 and A2 (a first tray taking port 110), and the side B (passenger side) is provided with a large opening (a second tray taking port 210). The tray space is got to the key outstanding of big open structure design, and the operation is comfortable convenient more. The passengers take out the empty tray 1 near the knee height by themselves, the empty tray 1 is placed on an article sorting table (luggage table 60), luggage articles and the like are placed into the empty tray 1 and pushed to a tray conveying position (conveying line 50), and the rollers (second rollers 51) automatically convey the luggage articles to a specified position after diffuse reflection electric induction is in place. After the safety inspection is finished, passengers take the luggage articles of the luggage by themselves, the empty tray 1 enters the lower automatic return unit, and the automatic tray discharging mechanism (the tray discharging mechanism 30) sends the empty tray to a waiting tray taking position (the second bearing line 20) after the empty tray is in place.
The tray arranging device is a large-opening bidirectional tray taking arranging position integrating automatic return of empty trays, automatic tray discharge, automatic conveying after loading the trays with luggage, tray sliding prevention and backward sliding, a work cycle position detection system and switching of a tray taking mode, and can be used in combination with a luggage article RFID radio frequency identification technology.
The tray arranging device has the advantages of stable performance, reasonable structure, reliable use, low use cost, simple maintenance, moderate requirement on maintenance technology specialty during use, long service life, no special material in the aspect of material, no pollution and environmental protection, and pushes luggage conveying of airports, subways, passenger stations and the like to a new era. The material conveying device is compatible with a conveyor, an article machine, a CT machine and the like, is suitable for material conveying in the logistics conveying industry, the E-commerce industry, the metallurgy industry, the heavy industry and the like, has a good market space, is wide in application range and has a good economic value.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a security inspection system, which includes a security inspection device and a tray sorting device, where the tray sorting device is the above tray sorting device.
In one embodiment, the first carrier line 10 is used to receive empty pallets 1 returned after a security check, and the conveyor line 50 is used to feed baggage into the security check device for security check. Wherein, the security inspection device comprises a security inspection article machine or a CT host machine.
The security inspection system integrates the luggage platform 60 and the conveying line 50, and the empty tray 1 positioned on the first bearing line 10 can be transferred to the second bearing line 20 through the tray discharging mechanism 30, so that an S-shaped bending die section in the prior art is omitted, half space of the S-shaped bending die section is saved, cost is reduced by half, and the problems of tray scraping, unsmooth walking and the like are avoided.

1. A tray organizer, comprising:
a transfer table (100), the transfer table (100) comprising a first carrier line (10) and a transfer line (50), the first carrier line (10) being located below the transfer line (50), the first carrier line (10) being for carrying empty trays (1), the transfer line (50) being for transferring empty trays (1) loaded with baggage;
the sorting platform (200), the conveying platform (100) is arranged adjacent to the sorting platform (200), the sorting platform (200) comprises a second bearing line (20) and a luggage platform (60), the second bearing line (20) is positioned below the luggage platform (60), the second bearing line (20) is used for bearing an empty tray (1), and the luggage platform (60) is used for placing the empty tray (1) to be loaded with luggage;
the conveying table (100) is provided with a first tray taking port (110) so as to obtain empty trays (1) on the first bearing line (10) through the first tray taking port (110), and the arranging platform (200) is provided with a second tray taking port (210) so as to obtain empty trays (1) on the second bearing line (20) through the second tray taking port (210).
2. The tray collating device according to claim 1, wherein the first tray taking port (110) is provided on a side of the conveying table (100) away from the collating platform (200), and the second tray taking port (210) is provided on a side of the collating platform (200) away from the conveying table (100);
wherein the first disk taking port (110) and the second disk taking port (210) are arranged oppositely.
3. The tray collating device according to claim 2, wherein the first tray taking port (110) is plural, the plural first tray taking ports (110) are provided at intervals in a longitudinal direction of the first carrying line (10), and/or the second tray taking port (210) is one.
4. The tray sorting device according to claim 3, wherein the first tray taking port (110) is plural, each of the first tray taking ports (110) can take out one empty tray (1) at a time, the second tray taking port (210) is one, and the second tray taking port (210) can take out a plurality of empty trays (1) at a time;
wherein the number of the second disk taking openings (210) capable of taking out the empty trays (1) simultaneously is equal to the number of the first disk taking openings (110).
5. The tray organizer of any one of claims 1-4, further comprising:
the tray spitting mechanism (30) comprises a driving part (31) and a turnover assembly (32), wherein the driving part (31) is in driving connection with the turnover assembly (32) so as to drive the turnover assembly (32) to rotate relative to the first bearing line (10) and enable the empty tray (1) on the first bearing line (10) to be separated from the first bearing line (10) and move to the second bearing line (20) along the turnover assembly (32).
6. A pallet collating apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the tray ejecting mechanism (30) is adapted to be disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the empty pallets (1) so that the flipping unit (32) will be positioned on the first carrying line (10) and the empty pallets (1) corresponding to the first pick-up ports (110) will be moved onto the second carrying line (20) and the empty pallets (1) will be corresponding to the second pick-up ports (210).
7. The pallet collating apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the first carrying line (10) is a roller conveyor line including a plurality of first rollers (12), and an avoidance gap (11) is formed between two adjacent first rollers (12);
the driving part (31) is arranged below the first bearing line (10), and at least part of the overturning component (32) is arranged opposite to the avoiding gap (11) and can move in the avoiding gap (11).
8. A pallet collating apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the second carrier line (20) includes:
landing slide carriage (21), landing slide carriage (21) slope in first bear weight of line (10) setting, just the one end of landing slide carriage (21) tilt up is close to first bear weight of line (10), in order upset subassembly (32) drive empty tray (1) breaks away from behind first bear weight of line (10), upset subassembly (32) with the equal tilt up of landing slide carriage (21), make empty tray (1) by upset subassembly (32) remove extremely landing slide carriage (21).
9. The tray collating device according to claim 5, wherein a detector (120) is provided on the conveying table (100), the detector (120) being configured to determine whether there is a tray taking operation in the first tray taking port (110).
10. The pallet collating device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the luggage table (60) includes:

a power-assisted rotating part (62), wherein the power-assisted rotating part (62) is rotatably arranged relative to the table board (61), the power-assisted rotating part (62) is used for contacting with the empty tray (1), and after the empty tray (1) is loaded with luggage, the empty tray (1) moves to the conveying line (50) along the power-assisted rotating part (62);
the moving direction of the empty tray (1) along the power-assisted rotating part (62) and the moving direction of the empty tray (1) along the conveying line (50) form a preset included angle.
11. The pallet collating apparatus of claim 10, wherein the luggage table (60) further includes:
the falling prevention part (63) is arranged on one side, away from the conveying line (50), of the table top (61), and protrudes out of the upper surface of the table top (61) so as to prevent the empty tray (1) from being separated from the table top (61);
wherein the falling prevention part (63) and the power-assisted rotation part (62) are arranged at intervals.
12. The pallet collating apparatus of claim 11, wherein the luggage table (60) further includes:
the limiting part (64) is arranged to protrude out of the upper surface of the table board (61) and is located at the end part of the table board (61), and the limiting part (64) and the power-assisted rotating part (62) are arranged at intervals;
the falling prevention part (63) extends along the length direction of the table board (61), and the limiting part (64) extends along the width direction of the table board (61).
13. A pallet collating apparatus according to claim 10, wherein a rotating member (65) is provided between the table surface (61) and the conveyor line (50), and the empty pallet (1) on the power-assisted rotating portion (62) is moved to the conveyor line (50) by the rotating member (65).
14. The pallet collating apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the conveyor line (50) includes:
a plurality of second rollers (51), wherein the plurality of second rollers (51) are rotatably arranged for conveying the empty tray (1);
a second supporting plate (52), wherein the second supporting plate (52) is arranged below the second roller (51) or between two adjacent second rollers (51).
15. The tray organizer of any one of claims 1-4, further comprising:
a first shutter (70), said first shutter (70) being arranged at a first end of said conveying table (100) and of said collating platform (200) for closing a first end of said first carrying line (10), of said conveying line (50) and of said second carrying line (20);
a second shutter (71), said second shutter (71) being arranged at a second end of said organizer platform (200) for closing a second end of said second carrier line (20);
wherein the first shielding plate (70) and the second shielding plate (71) are arranged in a replaceable manner, so that the first shielding plate (70) is arranged at the second ends of the conveying table (100) and the arranging platform (200), and the second shielding plate (71) is arranged at the first end of the arranging platform (200).
16. The pallet collating apparatus of claim 15, further comprising:
a frame (40), on which the first carrying line (10), the conveying line (50), the second carrying line (20) and the luggage table (60) are all disposed;
a third shielding plate (72), wherein the third shielding plate (72) is arranged on the first side of the frame (40), and the first dish taking port (110) is arranged on the third shielding plate (72);
a fourth shielding plate (73), wherein the fourth shielding plate (73) is arranged at the second side of the frame (40), and the second disc taking port (210) is arranged on the fourth shielding plate (73);
one end of the third shielding plate (72) is connected with the first shielding plate (70), and two ends of the fourth shielding plate (73) are respectively connected with the first shielding plate (70) and the second shielding plate (71).
17. A security system comprising a security device and a tray organizer, wherein the tray organizer is according to any one of claims 1 to 16.
