1. A medicinal and edible prescription for treating kidney-yang deficiency comprises: ginseng, sealwort, desertliving cistanche, astragalus, polygonatum, spina date seed and medlar, and is characterized in that: the following components in parts by weight are as follows:
ginseng: 5-10 parts;
rhizoma polygonati: 20-40 parts;
cistanche deserticola: 20-30 parts of a solvent;
astragalus root: 20-30 parts of a solvent;
fragrant solomonseal rhizome: 10-20 parts;
wild jujube seed: 20-30 parts of a solvent;
wolfberry fruit: 20-30 parts of a solvent;
auxiliary materials: 0-600 parts.
2. The medicinal and edible prescription for treating kidney-yang deficiency according to claim 1, comprising: ginseng, sealwort, desertliving cistanche, astragalus, polygonatum, spina date seed and medlar, and is characterized in that: the following components in parts by weight are as follows:
ginseng: 10 parts of (A);

cistanche deserticola: 20;
astragalus root: 30 parts of (1);

6. A preparation method of a medicine-food homologous prescription for treating kidney-yang deficiency is characterized in that: including but not limited to a preparation method of a wine, a preparation method of granules, a preparation method of capsules and a preparation method of capsules.
7. The preparation method of the medicine-food homologous prescription for treating kidney-yang deficiency, according to claim 6, is characterized in that: the preparation method of the wine comprises the following steps:
step 1- -crushing: crushing the raw materials;
step 2- -foaming: slowly adding white spirit into the crushed raw materials in the step 1, wherein the weight of the white spirit is 1-3 times of the total weight of the raw materials, uniformly stirring, and standing for 25 min;
step 3, percolation: and (3) filling the fully expanded raw materials foamed in the step (2) into a percolation cylinder in batches, flattening after each dosing, covering the percolation cylinder with filter paper, after the medicine powder is filled, opening a percolation liquid outlet, adding 40-50% of white spirit until air bubbles in the cylinder are completely removed, closing a piston, pouring the outflow percolation liquid into the cylinder, continuously adding 40-50% of white spirit until the surface of the medicine powder is immersed for 6-10cm, covering and standing for 20-28h, percolating at the speed of 1ml per minute, and collecting and combining the percolation liquid to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine preparation.

step 1- -crushing: crushing the raw materials;
step 2- -foaming: slowly adding white spirit into the crushed raw materials in the step (1), wherein the weight of the white spirit is 1-3 times of the total weight of the raw materials, uniformly stirring, and standing for 25-35 min;
step 3, percolation: filling the wetted and expanded medicinal powder obtained in the step 2 into a percolation cylinder in parts, flattening after each administration, covering the percolation cylinder with filter paper, after the medicinal powder is filled, opening a percolation outlet, adding 40-50% of white spirit until air bubbles in the cylinder are completely eliminated, closing a piston, pouring the outflow percolation liquid into the cylinder, continuously adding 40-50% of white spirit until the surface of the medicinal powder is immersed for 6-10cm, covering and placing for 20-28h, percolating at the speed of 1ml per minute, collecting and combining the percolation liquid, concentrating the percolation liquid under reduced pressure to 60-70 ℃, mixing the percolation liquid with thick paste with the relative density of 1.32-1.35, granulating the thick paste, 20% of starch and 20% of paste powder, and drying to obtain the starch-based particle.

step 1- -crushing: crushing the raw materials;
step 2- -foaming: slowly adding white spirit into the crushed raw materials in the step (1), wherein the weight of the white spirit is 1-3 times of the total weight of the raw materials, uniformly stirring, and standing for 25-35 min;
