The invention provides a management system for shared office, which can be realized based on a smart phone terminal or a computer terminal such as a PC.

It should be noted that the implementation of the sharing system may be based on a pre-installed application program on the smart phone, such as an APP like a sharing housekeeping or based on a WeChat applet. The management system provided by the invention is operated directly based on the WeChat applet, and has the advantages that a user does not need to additionally install an APP or find a website to perform related operations, and more importantly, the payment and account saving functions of the WeChat can be directly utilized, the business and the service related to payment in the shared office can be realized on line in real time, and the management and response efficiency and the experience degree of the shared office are improved.

In addition, the implementation mode needs smaller development requirements and operation cost, so that the popularization and the promotion of an energy-saving and efficient office mode of shared office can be further promoted.

Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a management system for shared offices. The system may include at least an information presentation unit 1022, an association processing unit 1024, a payment unit 1026, and a user management unit 1028.

Fig. 1 is a block diagram showing a configuration of a management system of a shared office in one embodiment. The above-described respective constituent elements will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1.

First, the information display unit 1022 is configured to determine and display target information according to a preset office space database.

In a particular embodiment, the office space database may include information contained throughout the shared office space that is of interest to potential users of the shared office rental service, such as office space building and configuration information, office space reservation status, office space pictures, and the like.
