In addition, in conjunction with the above description of the bill inquiring unit, in an alternative embodiment, step S10710 may further include steps S1092-S1096 as shown in fig. 8, which is described below in conjunction with fig. 8. FIG. 8 shows a flow chart of steps for implementing a billing query in another embodiment.
In step S1092, a bill query request is received, where the bill query request includes the information of the user to be queried.
In step S1094, the user information to be queried is verified according to a preset user database.
In step S1096, when the user information to be queried passes the verification, determining payment record information associated with the user information to be queried in a preset background data management system according to the bill query request.
Since the steps required for implementing the system have been described and exemplified in the related units and modules, no further description is given here for the method proposed based on the system and the steps included in the method.
FIG. 9 is a diagram illustrating an internal structure of a computer device in one embodiment. The computer device may specifically be a terminal, and may also be a server. As shown in fig. 9, the computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a communication module, a presentation module, a processing module, which are connected by a system bus. Wherein the memory includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium of the computer device stores an operating system and may also store a computer program that, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to implement the management method of the present shared office. The internal memory may also store a computer program, and when the computer program is executed by the processor, the computer program may cause the processor to execute the management method of the present shared office. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 6 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is proposed, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program which, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of:
determining target information according to a preset office space database and displaying the target information;
acquiring association request information sent aiming at the target information, and generating a target payment instruction according to the association request information;
generating a payment interface of a numerical value corresponding to the target payment instruction so that the sender of the reservation request information pays through the payment interface;
in the case that payment completion is detected, determining a sender of the reservation request information as an authorized user and adding the authorized user to a preset user database;
and detecting the request sent by the authorized user and responding.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is proposed, in which a computer program is stored which, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to carry out the steps of:
determining target information according to a preset office space database and displaying the target information;
acquiring association request information sent aiming at the target information, and generating a target payment instruction according to the association request information;
generating a payment interface of a numerical value corresponding to the target payment instruction so that the sender of the reservation request information pays through the payment interface;
in the case that payment completion is detected, determining a sender of the reservation request information as an authorized user and adding the authorized user to a preset user database;
and detecting the request sent by the authorized user and responding.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above when the program is executed. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present application. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Claims (10)

1. The management system for shared offices is characterized by comprising an information display unit, an association processing unit, a payment unit and a user management unit;
the information display unit is used for determining and displaying target information according to a preset office space database;
the association processing unit is used for acquiring association request information sent aiming at the target information, generating a target payment instruction according to the association request information and sending the target payment instruction to the payment unit;
the payment unit is used for generating a payment interface of a numerical value corresponding to the target payment instruction through a preset third-party application after receiving the target payment instruction so as to enable the sender of the association request information to complete payment;
the user management unit is used for determining a sender of the reservation request information for completing payment as an authorized user under the condition of detecting that the payment is completed, adding the authorized user to a preset user database, and detecting and responding to a request sent by the authorized user.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the subscriber management unit comprises a subscription subunit, the subscription subunit comprising an acquisition module, an approval module, and an authorization module;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a reservation request aiming at a shared space, and determining target shared space information, target reservation time and/or target users to be approved according to the reservation request;
the approval module is used for determining the bookable limit information of the target user to be approved according to the preset user database;
the authorization module is used for judging whether the target user to be approved meets the reservation condition or not according to the information of the reserved limit, and under the condition that the reservation condition is met, a preset access control device is started in the target reservation time to open a shared space corresponding to the target shared space information to the target user to be approved.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the payment unit further comprises a bill inquiry subunit comprising a receiving module, a verification module, and a determination module, wherein:
the receiving module is used for receiving a bill inquiry request, wherein the bill inquiry request comprises the information of a user to be inquired;
the verification module is used for verifying the user information to be inquired according to a preset user database;
and the determining module is used for determining payment record information associated with the user information to be inquired in a preset background data management system according to the bill inquiry request under the condition that the verification module passes the verification.
4. The system of claim 1, further comprising a visitor processing unit comprising a visitor invitation module, a visitor authentication module;
the visitor invitation module is used for acquiring visitor invitation application information sent by the authorized user and determining legal visitor information according to the visitor invitation application information;
the visitor verification module is used for detecting visitor information to be verified, verifying the visitor information to be verified according to the legal visitor information, and starting a preset access control device under the condition that verification is passed.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein the user management unit further comprises a commodity purchasing subunit, the commodity purchasing subunit comprising a commodity information acquisition module, an order generation module, and a shipment module;
the commodity information acquisition module is used for acquiring commodity information through a preset scanning device and determining information of commodities to be paid according to the acquired commodity information;
the order generating module is used for determining target order information according to the information of the commodity to be paid and sending the target order information to the payment unit;
the delivery module is used for acquiring the order state information of the target order information returned by the payment unit and starting a preset delivery device under the condition that the order state information meets preset delivery conditions.
6. A management method for shared offices, based on the system of claims 1-5, characterized in that the method comprises:
determining target information according to a preset office space database and displaying the target information;
acquiring association request information sent aiming at the target information, and generating a target payment instruction according to the association request information;
generating a payment interface of a numerical value corresponding to the target payment instruction so that the sender of the reservation request information pays through the payment interface;
in the case that payment completion is detected, determining a sender of the reservation request information as an authorized user and adding the authorized user to a preset user database;
and detecting the request sent by the authorized user and responding.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein detecting and responding to the request sent by the authorized user comprises:
acquiring a reservation request aiming at a preset shared space, wherein the reservation request comprises target shared space information, target reservation time and/or target users to be approved;
determining the bookable limit information of the target user to be approved according to the preset user database;
and judging whether the target user to be approved meets the reservation condition or not according to the information of the reserved limit, and opening a shared space corresponding to the information of the target shared space to the target user to be approved by starting a preset access control device within the target reservation time under the condition that the target user to be approved meets the reservation condition.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein detecting and responding to the request sent by the authorized user further comprises:
receiving a bill inquiry request, wherein the bill inquiry request comprises user information to be inquired;
verifying the user information to be inquired according to a preset user database;
and under the condition that the user information to be inquired passes the verification, determining payment record information associated with the user information to be inquired in a preset background data management system according to the bill inquiry request.
9. A readable storage medium storing a computer program which, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of the method according to any one of claims 6 to 8.
10. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program that, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of the method according to any one of claims 6 to 8.
