Background
Along with the rapid development of automobile technology, the expansion and configuration of the whole automobile function are continuously enriched and improved, and higher requirements are also put forward on the software development of the controller. In a traditional development mode, if one or more functions are added to a controller, a part number may need to be newly added, the part number is increased, and a series of challenges such as assembly of a production line, spare part management, replacement of parts after sale, cost and the like are brought. The whole vehicle software configuration technology is introduced into a vehicle Body Controller (BCM) of a Chery A3 vehicle model in 2008 for the first time. 1. the configuration information of the summarizing software is manually collected, the whole vehicle code is manually calculated, and the risk of miscalculation exists. And (4) importing the codes into a manufacturing MES system, manually scanning and configuring the two-dimensional codes by a production line, and if configuration information written into the controller is wrong, possibly causing the function abnormality of the whole vehicle. The whole process is manually operated, and various risks of manual misoperation exist;

3. the software configuration coding data and the document are manually managed, effective system management is lacked, and after-sale replacement and related departments are difficult to inquire and are difficult to trace.
