Abstract
The invention provides a software configuration method of a vehicle control unit, optimizes the software configuration technology of the vehicle control unit and is beneficial to improving the production automation. The software configuration method ensures the rapid and smooth transmission of the software configuration information of the whole vehicle by determining the transmission flow from research and development to production and the work responsibility of related departments and establishing the flow, thereby meeting the development requirement of the project of the whole vehicle; the software configuration technology of the controller is introduced into a software configuration management system, the era of paper transmission is distinguished, the software configuration is uploaded and input in different specialties, and the system automatically generates codes and automatically transmits the codes to an MES (manufacturing execution system); the offline equipment automatically acquires the configuration information, software configuration can be realized by scanning the VIN code, and the production efficiency is improved in a full-process automation mode.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile software calibration, in particular to a software configuration method of a vehicle control unit.
Background
Along with the rapid development of automobile technology, the expansion and configuration of the whole automobile function are continuously enriched and improved, and higher requirements are also put forward on the software development of the controller. In a traditional development mode, if one or more functions are added to a controller, a part number may need to be newly added, the part number is increased, and a series of challenges such as assembly of a production line, spare part management, replacement of parts after sale, cost and the like are brought. The whole vehicle software configuration technology is introduced into a vehicle Body Controller (BCM) of a Chery A3 vehicle model in 2008 for the first time. After the technology is successfully implemented on the A3 vehicle type, the technology is also successfully popularized and implemented on the vehicle types such as the subsequent Airui 7 vehicle type, the Swiss 5 vehicle type and the like. Due to the introduction of the whole vehicle software configuration technology, the flexibility and the adaptability of the development of the controller software are greatly improved. In the past, before the on-line software configuration of old vehicle types is not realized, all professional controller samples are distinguished through part numbers, different configurations reach hundreds of part numbers, and are distinguished through manual means, so that the risk of wrong assembly exists in a production line; after the software configuration of the whole vehicle controller is implemented, the part number can be effectively reduced by 80 percent, and the phenomenon of wrong assembly of the production line is reduced to a great extent.
However, in the course of implementation of the above-mentioned several vehicle-type projects, several obvious disadvantages are also found, including:
1. the configuration information of the summarizing software is manually collected, the whole vehicle code is manually calculated, and the risk of miscalculation exists. And (4) importing the codes into a manufacturing MES system, manually scanning and configuring the two-dimensional codes by a production line, and if configuration information written into the controller is wrong, possibly causing the function abnormality of the whole vehicle. The whole process is manually operated, and various risks of manual misoperation exist;
2. the information is allocated to the professional paper surface transmission, different departments participate in the layer-by-layer transmission, the process is complicated,
3. the software configuration coding data and the document are manually managed, effective system management is lacked, and after-sale replacement and related departments are difficult to inquire and are difficult to trace.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a software configuration method of a vehicle control unit, which optimizes the software configuration technology of the vehicle control unit and is beneficial to improving the production automation.
The software configuration method of the vehicle control unit provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
A. the technical management department of the pre-research institute compiles a difference list, and a BOM manager issues a difference list or a finished automobile information transmission list and an engineering configuration list to compile finished automobile software configuration information for an automobile body electronic department of a product technology center;
B. the product technology center vehicle body electronic part starts a corresponding vehicle model software configuration task in a software configuration management system according to a configuration table and vehicle model information issued by a project group;
C. the product department issues the software configuration information of each controller corresponding to the vehicle body to the software configuration management system according to the vehicle type information issued by the software configuration management system mail;
D. the vehicle body electronic part of the product technology center compiles a vehicle type assembly code difference part list and sends the list to the pre-research technology management part;
E. the pre-research technology management department reviews and files the list information of the vehicle type assembly line code difference pieces submitted by the vehicle body electronic department of the technology center;
F. the pre-research technology management part provides a corresponding relation table of the material number of the whole vehicle and the serial number of the vehicle type according to the planned logistics part of the manufacturing center and maintains the corresponding relation table in an MES (manufacturing execution system);
G. the manufacturing center production planning department prints a configuration table containing the configuration information of the whole vehicle software.
According to the software configuration method of the vehicle control unit, the process is established to ensure the rapid and smooth transmission of the vehicle software configuration information by determining the transmission process from research and development to production and the work responsibility of related departments, so that the vehicle project development requirement is met; the software configuration technology of the controller is introduced into a software configuration management system, the era of paper transmission is distinguished, the software configuration is uploaded and input in different specialties, and the system automatically generates codes and automatically transmits the codes to an MES (manufacturing execution system); the offline equipment automatically acquires the configuration information, software configuration can be realized by scanning the VIN code, and the production efficiency is improved in a full-process automation mode.

Further, the EAI transmits all the intermediate table contents of the software configuration management system to the MES according to the preset frequency, deletes the intermediate table of the software configuration system after the transmission is finished, and continuously retains the contents of the intermediate table if the transmission is not successful. Therefore, the software configuration management system can automatically record historical data information such as the development process of the whole vehicle software configuration, the manual management cost is reduced, and the tracing is convenient.
Specifically, the predetermined frequency is 12 hours per interval.
Furthermore, in order to realize research, development, production and after-sale diagnosis software configuration database sharing and facilitate tracing, the software configuration management system is provided with an inquiry window, and the inquiry authority of the inquiry window is open.

Referring to fig. 2, the software configuration management system of the present invention is connected to the MES system through an EAI interface, and transmits software configuration information at least including a vehicle configuration code, a vehicle model flow code, and vehicle model information to the MES system. The MES system is connected with the production line equipment through a network. Setting the time once a day as 12:00 by the EAI according to the set frequency, transmitting again at an interval of twelve hours, transmitting all the intermediate table contents of the software configuration management system to the MES, deleting the intermediate table of the software configuration system after the transmission is finished, and continuing to reserve the intermediate table contents if the transmission is not successful. Therefore, the software configuration management system can automatically record historical data information such as the development process of the whole vehicle software configuration, the manual management cost is reduced, and the tracing is convenient.
As a preferred embodiment, in order to implement research and development, production, and after-sales diagnosis software configuration database sharing, which is convenient to trace back, the software configuration management system is provided with an inquiry window, and the inquiry authority of the inquiry window is open.
Preferably, the vehicle software configuration information includes controller information, the controller information at least includes part number information and configuration information of a vehicle type, and the configuration information of the vehicle type includes vehicle VIN code, OBD, vehicle type year, date and configured hardware information.
Preferably, the whole vehicle software configuration information is in an XML format.

1. A software configuration method of a vehicle control unit is characterized by comprising the following steps:
A. the technical management department of the pre-research institute compiles a difference list, and a BOM manager issues a difference list or a finished automobile information transmission list and an engineering configuration list to compile finished automobile software configuration information for an automobile body electronic department of a product technology center;
B. the product technology center vehicle body electronic part starts a corresponding vehicle model software configuration task in a software configuration management system according to a configuration table and vehicle model information issued by a project group;
C. the product department issues the software configuration information of each controller corresponding to the vehicle body to the software configuration management system according to the vehicle type information issued by the software configuration management system mail;
D. the vehicle body electronic part of the product technology center compiles a vehicle type assembly code difference part list and sends the list to the pre-research technology management part;
E. the pre-research technology management department reviews and files the list information of the vehicle type assembly line code difference pieces submitted by the vehicle body electronic department of the technology center;
F. the pre-research technology management part provides a corresponding relation table of the material number of the whole vehicle and the serial number of the vehicle type according to the planned logistics part of the manufacturing center and maintains the corresponding relation table in an MES (manufacturing execution system);
G. the manufacturing center production planning department prints a configuration table containing the configuration information of the whole vehicle software.

The software configuration method of the vehicle control unit according to claim 1, wherein the software configuration management system is connected to the MES system through an EAI interface, and the software configuration management system transmits software configuration information at least including a vehicle configuration code, a vehicle model assembly code, and vehicle model information to the MES system.
3. The software configuration method of the vehicle control unit according to claim 2, wherein the MES system is connected to a production line equipment network.

The software configuration method of the vehicle control unit according to claim 2, wherein the EAI transmits all contents of the intermediate table of the software configuration management system to the MES according to a preset frequency, deletes the intermediate table of the software configuration system after transmission is completed, and continues to retain the contents of the intermediate table if transmission is not successful.
5. The software configuration method for the hybrid vehicle controller according to claim 4, wherein the preset frequency is 12 hours per interval.
6. The software configuration method of the vehicle control unit according to claim 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5, wherein the software configuration management system is provided with an inquiry window, and the inquiry authority of the inquiry window is open.
