When the operating personnel on one side do not need to be bright and the operating personnel on the other side need to be lighted, the handle 6 is rotated to unscrew the operating personnel, the shading plate 3 is slid to the side part of the lampshade 2 on one side of the operating personnel without needing to be bright, and then the handle 6 is screwed down to enable the operating personnel to be fixedly clamped with the lampshade 2. At the moment, only one side of the lamp can emit light, so that one person can conveniently light and the other person can not see obvious light and does not interfere with each other.
Because this product simple structure is ingenious, and is with low costs, easy operation, convenient to use, and can satisfy two people's user demand, the suitability is better, is applicable to middle and low-end market and uses widely, ensures market share.
When the first sensor senses the light of the lamp body 7, the user knows that the lamp is in the lighting state, the lighting information is sent to the controller, and the controller receives the lighting information and sends the lighting information to the wireless communication device.
The wireless communication device wirelessly transmits the lighting information of the lamp to the server, and the server receives the lighting information of the lamp and starts to record the lighting time length of the lamp.
When the first sensor senses that the light of the lamp body 7 is off, the use state of the lamp is stopped, the stop information is sent to the controller, and the controller receives the stop information and sends the stop information to the wireless communication device.
The wireless communication device wirelessly transmits the stop information of the lamp to the server, and the server receives the stop information of the lamp and ends the timing.
By analogy, the server records the illumination time of the lamp in an accumulated mode, and when the illumination time exceeds forty thousand hours set by a manager, the server sends prompt information to the mobile terminal of a maintainer and reminds the maintainer to replace the maintenance lamp body 7.
As shown in fig. 5, when the operator slides the light shielding plate 3 through the handle 6, the operator touches and presses the tact switch 9, i.e., the second sensor knows that the handle 6 is operated by the operator, and sends the sliding information to the controller, and the controller receives the sliding information of the handle 6 and sends the sliding information to the wireless communication device.
The wireless communication device wirelessly transmits the slip information of the handle 6 to the server, and the server receives the slip information of the handle 6 and starts recording the number of slips.
By analogy, the server records the sliding times of the handle 6 of the lamp in an accumulated mode, and when the sliding times exceed five thousand times set by a manager, the server sends prompt information to the mobile terminal of a maintainer and reminds the maintainer of replacing the handle 6.
With respect to the above embodiment, the light shielding plate 3 may be designed outside the lamp housing 2, and the screw holes may be opened on the inner surface of the light shielding plate 3.
The number of the second sensors is three or four and is evenly distributed on the handle 6 to improve the perception rate, relative to the above embodiment.
After the technical scheme is operated for a period of time in a confidential mode, the feedback of field technicians has the advantages that:
the lamp comprises a lamp holder and a lampshade arranged at the top of the lamp holder, and further comprises a light screen movably connected with the lampshade, wherein a sliding groove is formed in the lampshade, a sliding block is arranged on the light screen, a handle is arranged on the sliding block, and the sliding block is in sliding fit with the sliding groove. According to the technical scheme, the light screen is in sliding connection with the lampshade, the position of the light screen is relatively stable, and the light shielding effect is stable; the position of the light screen can be adjusted, and the use is flexible and convenient; one person uses the lamp to work, and other people can effectively reduce the bright interference of the lamp.
And secondly, the lampshade is a light-transmitting lampshade which is in a hollow hemispherical shape, and the sliding groove is in an arc shape and is vertical to the bottom surface of the lampshade. And thirdly, the surfaces of the lampshade and the shading plate are cambered surfaces and are matched with each other in a sliding manner.
