Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of bridge inhaul cable sealing, in particular to a rainproof sealing device.
Background
The stay cable is a main bearing component of the stay cable bridge, and once the stay cable bridge fails, the bridge cannot be used. At present, the main defect of the stay cable is corrosion of an anchorage device part, and the corrosion of the anchorage device can cause the failure of the stay cable and harm the safe use of the bridge. In order to prevent the anchor part from being corroded, the anchor part of the stay cable is usually sealed by a rain cover and a protective cover. The existing inhaul cable rainproof cover is mostly in a two-half combined form, a splicing seam between the two inhaul cable rainproof covers is sealed by sealant, and the inhaul cable rainproof covers and the inhaul cable are sealed through a sealing ring.
In actual use, the sealing ring between the stay cable rain cover and the stay cable cannot be tightly attached, and rainwater permeates along the gap between the sealing ring and the stay cable; the sealant has poor displacement resistance and cannot bear the width change of the butt joint; the sealing ring and the sealant have poor aging resistance, and after the sealing ring and the sealant are used for a period of time, the sealing ring and the sealant are aged due to factors such as temperature difference change, solarization and the like, so that sealing failure is easily caused. The sealing effect of the rain cover is poor, the durability is difficult to guarantee, rainwater permeates into the interior of the rain cover along the butt joint seam and the inhaul cable, so that the anchorage device is corroded, and the safe use of the bridge is damaged.
