A steering synchronous wheel and a steering driven wheel are arranged on the vertical moving plate 91; the steering belt 92 is arranged on the vertical moving plate 91, and the steering belt 92 is tensioned on the steering synchronous wheel and the steering driven wheel; the bottom plate 93 is arranged below the vertical moving plate 91 through a steering support frame; the steering driver and the steering motor are arranged on the bottom plate 93 and are positioned below the vertical moving plate 91; the bottom end of the lifting screw rod 94 is connected with a steering motor, and the top end of the lifting screw rod is connected with a steering gate;
the guide screw 95 is vertically arranged between the vertical moving plate 91 and the bottom plate 93; the steering sensor is provided on the vertical moving plate 91. The steering sensor is in communication with the steering actuator. When the medicine basket passes through the steering device 9, the steering device 9 is in a sinking state initially, the medicine basket moves to turn to the device 9 to be lifted, specifically, the steering sensor senses the medicine basket, sends a signal to the steering driver, the steering driver drives the steering motor to move, the steering motor drives the lifting screw 94 to move upwards, so that the vertical moving plate 91 ascends along the guide screw 95, the medicine basket is lifted simultaneously, the synchronous wheel drives the driven wheel, and the steering belt 92 moves to drive the medicine basket to complete the operation of steering.
Referring to fig. 5, 6, 7 and 8, the frame-sending machine 1 includes a frame-sending machine housing 11, a lifting device 12, a horizontal displacement device 13, a basket supporting frame 14 and a sensor group.
A front door frame 161 is provided on the front surface of the engine case 11, a front door panel 16 is provided on the front door frame 161, side guards 17 are provided at the rear ends of the left and right side walls of the engine case 11, respectively, a vertical driver mounting bracket 18 is fixed between the left and right side walls of the engine case 11, and the vertical driver mounting bracket 18 is horizontally disposed.
The lifting device 12 comprises a vertical driver 121, a vertical platform 122, a vertical motor 123, a speed reducing motor 124, two vertical guide rails 125, two vertical connecting rods 126 and two vertical rotating blocks 127; two vertical guide rails 125 are provided on the inner surfaces of the left and right side walls of the engine case 11 in one-to-one correspondence, and a vertical slider 128 that moves up and down along each vertical guide rail 125 is provided; the vertical driver mount 18 is located below the vertical guide 125, and the vertical driver 121 is disposed on the vertical driver mount 18; the vertical platform 122 is vertically arranged, and the left and right sides of the vertical platform 122 are connected with the vertical sliders 128 on the two vertical guide rails 125 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, so that the vertical platform 122 can move up and down along the vertical guide rails 125; the vertical motor 123 is arranged in the middle of the upper part of the vertical platform 122, and the vertical driver 121 is connected with the vertical motor 123; the reduction motor 124 is fixed in the middle of the lower surface of the top plate of the hair box housing 11; the output end of the vertical motor 123 is connected with the speed reducing motor 124; the two vertical connecting rods 126 are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the vertical motor 123, the bottom ends of the two vertical connecting rods 126 are correspondingly connected with the vertical sliding blocks 128 on the two vertical guide rails 125 one by one, and the top ends of the two vertical connecting rods 126 are correspondingly connected with the two vertical rotating blocks 127 one by one; each vertical turning block 127 is connected to the reduction motor 124 through a vertical transmission shaft 129.
When the lifting device 12 works, the vertical driver 121 controls the vertical motor 123 to operate, the vertical motor 123 and the speed reducing motor 124 drive the corresponding vertical rotating block 127 to move through the vertical transmission shaft 129, so that the corresponding vertical connecting rod 126 makes a circular motion, the vertical connecting rod 126 drives the vertical sliding block 128 to move up and down along the vertical guide rail 125, and further drives the vertical platform 122 to move up and down along the vertical guide rail 125, thereby achieving the purpose of vertical displacement.
The horizontal displacement device 13 is arranged on the rear surface of the vertical platform 122, and the horizontal displacement device 13 comprises a controller 131, a horizontal motor 132, a horizontal driver 133, two horizontal guide rails 134, two horizontal rotating blocks 135 and two horizontal connecting rods 136; the controller 131, the horizontal motor 132 and the horizontal driver 133 are sequentially arranged on the rear surface of the vertical platform 122 from right to left, the horizontal driver 133 is respectively connected with the controller 131 and the horizontal motor 132, and the controller 131 mainly adjusts the horizontal displacement device; the two horizontal guide rails 134 are arranged on the rear surface of the vertical platform 122 one above the other, each horizontal guide rail 134 is provided with two horizontal sliding blocks 137, the two horizontal sliding blocks 137 are a left horizontal sliding block and a right horizontal sliding block respectively, and the left horizontal sliding block and the right horizontal sliding block move towards the middle or two sides simultaneously; the upper end and the lower end of the horizontal motor 132 are respectively provided with a horizontal transmission shaft; the two horizontal rotating blocks 135 are connected with the horizontal transmission shafts at the upper and lower ends of the horizontal motor 132 in a one-to-one correspondence; the two horizontal connecting rods 136 are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the horizontal motor 132, one ends of the two horizontal connecting rods 136 are correspondingly connected with the two horizontal rotating blocks 135, and the other ends of the two horizontal connecting rods 136 are correspondingly connected with one horizontal sliding block on the two horizontal guide rails 134.
The basket supporting frame 14 is composed of two frames, the two frames are a left side frame 141 and a right side frame 142 respectively, the left side frame 141 and the right side frame 142 are arranged behind the vertical platform 122, and the front end of the left side frame 141 and the front end of the right side frame 142 are connected with the left horizontal sliding block and the right horizontal sliding block on the two horizontal guide rails 134 in a one-to-one correspondence manner. Thus, when the horizontal displacement device 13 works, the horizontal driver 133 controls the horizontal motor 132 to operate, the horizontal motor 132 drives the corresponding horizontal rotating block 135 to move through the horizontal transmission shaft, so that the corresponding horizontal connecting rod 136 makes a circular motion, and the horizontal connecting rod 136 drives the corresponding horizontal sliding block 137 to displace along the horizontal guide rail 134, so as to drive the left side frame 141 and the right side frame 142 of the basket supporting frame 14 connected with the horizontal sliding block 137 to make a transverse inward and outward motion.
The left side frame 141 and the right side frame 142 have the same structure, and are respectively in an inverted right trapezoid shape, in which a vertical waist is disposed downward and a lower bottom is disposed forward.
The rear halves of the lower sides of the left and right frames 141 and 142 are respectively provided with a hooking part 143 bent inward, and the hooking part 143 is used for supporting the basket 100. The two frames of the basket supporting frame 14 are displaced in a lateral inward and outward direction, i.e., inward or outward simultaneously, to tighten or loosen the basket 100.
The sensor group comprises two displacement sensors 151 and an origin sensor 152, wherein the two displacement sensors 151 are arranged on the top end of the vertical platform 122 one by one and are respectively positioned right above the horizontal guide rail 134 on the upper side; the origin sensor 152 is provided on the front door frame 161 directly in front of one of the vertical guide rails 125. The two displacement sensors 151 are respectively communicated with the horizontal motor 132; origin sensor 151 is in communication with vertical motor 123.
When the two horizontal sliders 137 (i.e., the left horizontal slider and the right horizontal slider) move to the sensing regions of the corresponding displacement sensors 151, the displacement sensors 151 transmit signals to the horizontal motor 132, and the horizontal motor 132 stops operating. Primary sensor 151 is used to determine the initial position of elevator 12.
When the frame sending machine of the intelligent medicine basket transmission system works, the lifting device 12 can drive the horizontal displacement device 13 and the basket supporting frame 14 to move up and down through vertical displacement, and the horizontal displacement device 13 drives the two frames of the basket supporting frame 14 to do horizontal folding and unfolding movement through horizontal displacement. The horizontal displacement device 13 is provided on the rear surface of the vertical platform 122, the front ends of the left side frame 141 and the right side frame 142 of the basket supporting frame 14 are connected to the left horizontal slider and the right horizontal slider on the two horizontal guide rails 134 in a one-to-one correspondence, the basket supporting frame 14 clamps or drops the basket 100 by the horizontal displacement device 13, and the basket 100 is lifted by the lifting and lowering movement of the lifting and lowering device. The displacement of the lifting device 12 is determined by the vertical driver 121, and the vertical driver 121 controls the movements of the vertical motor 123 and the deceleration motor 124. The displacement of the horizontal displacement device 13 is determined by the horizontal motor 132, and the movement of the horizontal motor 132 is controlled by a command from the displacement sensor 151 sensing the position of the horizontal link 136. Thus, the work of distributing the medicine basket can be replaced by manpower, the work efficiency is greatly improved,
referring to fig. 9, 10, 11 and 12, the frame lifting machine 2 includes a frame lifting machine housing 21, an upper cover plate 22, an upper baffle plate 23, a lower baffle plate 24, a driving assembly and a lifting device, wherein:
the frame lifting machine shell 21 is of a box structure with an opening at the front end and openings at the upper end and the lower end, the bottom of the frame lifting machine shell 21 is provided with a plurality of balance support legs 211, an upper cover plate 22 is horizontally arranged between the left side wall and the right side wall of the frame lifting machine shell 21, the inner space of the frame lifting machine shell is divided into an upper part and a lower part by the upper cover plate 22, wherein the upper part is a driving component mounting space, and the lower part is a lifting device mounting space; an upper baffle 23 and a lower baffle 24 are provided one above the other at the front end opening of the frame lifter case 21, and the upper baffle 23 is located on the front side of the drive assembly installation space.
The driving assembly is mounted on the upper surface of the upper cover plate 22 within the driving assembly mounting space. The driving assembly comprises a supporting frame 251, a driver 252, a servo motor 253, a speed reducing motor 254, two rotating blocks 255 and two connecting rods 256; the supporting frame 251 is bridged on the upper end opening of the frame lifting machine shell 21; the driver 252, the servo motor 253 and the speed reducing motor 254 are respectively arranged on the upper cover plate 22, and the driver 252 is connected with the servo motor 253; the servo motor 253 is connected with the speed reducing motor 254; the speed reducing motor 254 is fixed on the lower surface of the supporting frame 251, and transmission shafts are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the speed reducing motor 254; the two rotating blocks 255 are connected with the transmission shafts 257 on the left and right sides of the speed reducing motor 254 in a one-to-one correspondence manner; the upper ends of the two connecting rods 256 are connected to the two turning blocks 255 in a one-to-one correspondence, and the lower ends of the two connecting rods 256 are connected to the lifting devices, respectively.
The lifting device is arranged in the lifting device mounting space and comprises two groups of lifting components which are arranged on the inner wall surfaces of the left side wall and the right side wall of the frame lifting machine shell 21 in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
Each set of lifting assemblies comprises a guide rail 261, a guide rail fixing plate 262, a middle stop cover plate 263, a sensor 264, two side cover plates 265 and two side fixing plates 266; the guide rails 261 are vertically arranged on the inner wall surfaces of the corresponding side walls of the frame lifting housing 21, a slide block 267 which slides up and down along each guide rail 261 is arranged on each guide rail 261, and guide rail alignment blocks 268 are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of each guide rail 261; the guide fixing plate 262 is connected with the sliding block 267; a plurality of middle stoppers 269 are sequentially arranged on the inner wall surface of the guide rail fixing plate 262 from top to bottom; the middle stopper cover plate 263 is sequentially provided with a plurality of middle stopper through holes from top to bottom, the middle stopper cover plate 263 is fixed on the inner wall surface of the guide rail fixing plate 263, and the plurality of middle stoppers 269 penetrate through the plurality of middle stopper through holes in a one-to-one correspondence manner; two side cover plates 265 are respectively arranged on the front and rear sides of the guide rail fixing plate 262, and each side cover plate 265 is connected with the inner wall surface of the corresponding side wall of the frame lifting machine shell 21; the two side fixing plates 266 are mounted on the inner wall surfaces of the two side cover plates 265 in a one-to-one correspondence; each side fixing plate 266 is sequentially provided with a plurality of side blocking blocks 260 from top to bottom; all the side stoppers 260 on one side fixing plate 266 and all the side stoppers 260 on the other side fixing plate 266 are arranged two by two symmetrically; the sensor 264 is disposed on an upper portion of one of the side fixing plates 266. The lower ends of the two connecting rods 256 are connected to the top ends of the guide fixing plates 262 of the two sets of lifting assemblies in a one-to-one correspondence.
According to the frame lifting machine of the intelligent medicine basket transmission system, the guide rail fixing plate 262, the middle stop block 269 and the middle stop block cover plate 263 of each group of lifting assembly form a whole; in operation, the driver 252 drives the servo motor 253 to move, the servo motor 253 drives the speed reduction motor 254 to operate, and along with the rotation of the transmission shaft 257, the corresponding rotating block 255 makes a circular motion to drive the corresponding connecting rod 256 to move, because the connecting rod 256 is directly connected with the guide rail fixing plate 262, the connecting rod 256 drives the guide rail fixing plate 262, the middle stop block 269 and the middle stop block cover plate 263 to integrally move up and down, and the positions of the side stop block 260, the side cover plate 265 and the side fixing plate 266 are not changed.
According to the frame lifting machine of the medicine basket conveying system, the driving assembly moves to drive the guide rail fixing plate 262, the middle stop piece 269 and the middle stop piece cover plate 263 of the lifting device to move downwards, the middle stop piece 269 rotates upwards when contacting the basket 100 and then returns to the horizontal state to clamp the left side and the right side of the basket 100, at the moment, the driving device drives the guide rail fixing plate 262, the middle stop piece 269 and the middle stop piece cover plate 263 of the lifting device to move upwards through the connecting rod 256, and finally the purpose of lifting the basket 100 is achieved. Each of the middle stoppers 269 has a side stopper 260 on the front and rear sides of the lower end thereof at the movement stop position. If the basket is already provided in the frame lifting machine, when the guide fixing plate 262, the middle stopper 269 and the middle stopper cover 263 are downwardly displaced, the basket 100 carried by the middle stopper 269 may touch the side stopper 260 and the basket 100 is caught by the side stopper 260, and the middle stopper 269 continuously moves downwardly.
The sensor 264 is provided on the upper portion of the side fixing plate 266, and when the basket 100 is saturated in the drawer, that is, when the basket 100 is lifted to the top position of the drawer, the sensor 264 senses the basket 100 to indicate that the drawer is full of the basket 100.
Referring to fig. 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17, the pre-prepared buffer device 3 includes a buffer housing 31, and a buffer transmission bracket 32, a buffer timing belt 33, a buffer cover 34, a buffer driving mechanism 35, a buffer reader 36, two buffer gates 37, 37' and three buffer sensors 38 disposed in the buffer housing 31.
The buffer housing 31 includes a longitudinal portion and a downwardly inclined portion provided at a rear end of the longitudinal portion; a front barrier 311 is provided on the front side of the longitudinal portion of the buffer housing 31, door panels 312 are provided on the left and right sides of the longitudinal portion of the buffer housing 31, and side barriers 313 are provided on the left and right sides of the inclined portion of the buffer housing 31.
The buffer transmission bracket 32 is of a frame structure, the buffer transmission bracket 32 includes a longitudinal section and a downward inclined section arranged at the rear end of the longitudinal section, and the buffer transmission bracket 32 is arranged in the buffer housing 31 through a support bracket 39. The number of the support brackets 39 is three, the three support brackets are sequentially arranged from front to back, and the heights of the three support brackets 39 are sequentially reduced from front to back. One of the support brackets 39 is arranged in the longitudinal section of the buffer housing 31 and is supported below the longitudinal section of the buffer transport bracket 32, and the other two support brackets 39 are arranged in tandem in the inclined section of the buffer housing 31 and are supported below the inclined section of the buffer transport bracket 32.
The front end, the middle part and the rear end of the buffer transmission bracket 32 are respectively provided with a roller 321, and the buffer synchronous belt 33 is tensioned on all the rollers 321 on the buffer transmission bracket 32; a buffer cover 34 is provided on top of the buffer transport carriage 32.
The buffer driving mechanism 35 is arranged in the longitudinal part of the buffer shell 31, the buffer driving mechanism 35 comprises a buffer driving support frame 351, a buffer driver 352, a buffer driving motor 353, a buffer synchronizing wheel 354 and a buffer tension wheel 355, and the top end of the buffer driving support frame 351 is connected with the longitudinal section of the buffer transmission bracket 32; the buffer synchronizing wheel 354 and the buffer tension wheel 355 are respectively arranged on the outer side wall of the buffer driving support frame 351; the buffer driver 352 and the buffer driving motor 353 are respectively arranged in the buffer driving support frame 351; the buffer driver 352 is connected with the buffer driving motor 353, the buffer driving motor 353 is connected with the buffer synchronizing wheel 354, and the buffer synchronizing wheel 354 and the buffer tensioning wheel 355 are respectively connected with the buffer synchronous belt 33. The number of the buffer tension wheels 355 is four, two buffer tension wheels 355 are arranged on the left side of the buffer driving motor 353, and the other two buffer tension wheels 355 are arranged on the right side of the buffer driving motor 353. Of the two buffer tension wheels 355 on each side of the buffer drive motor 353, one buffer tension wheel 355 is fixed on the outer side wall of the buffer drive support frame 351, and the other buffer tension wheel 355 is arranged on the outer side wall of the buffer drive support frame 351 in a manner of being capable of moving back and forth. The buffer tension wheel 355 functions to prevent the buffer synchronizing wheel 354 from loosening.
Two buffer gates 37, 37' are arranged one behind the other on the inclined section of the buffer transport carriage 32.
Each cache gate comprises a cache gate support frame 371, a cache gate fixing plate 372, a cache gate controller 373, a cache gate motor 374, a cache gate lifting rod 375, a cache gate baffle 376 and a cache gate cache cover plate 377, and the top end of the cache gate support frame 371 is connected with the inclined section of the cache transmission bracket 32; the buffer gate fixing plate 372 is arranged at the bottom end of the buffer gate support 371; the buffer gate controller 373 and the buffer gate motor 374 are respectively arranged on the buffer gate fixing plate 372 and positioned in the buffer gate support frame 371, and the buffer gate controller 373 is connected with the buffer gate motor 374; the bottom end of the cache gate lifting rod 375 is connected with the cache gate motor 374, and the top end is connected with the cache gate baffle 376; the buffer gate buffer cover plate 377 is arranged on the inclined section of the buffer transmission bracket 32; the buffer gate baffle is rotatably connected with the buffer gate buffer cover plate; the buffer gate baffle mounting hole is formed in the buffer gate buffer cover plate 377, and the buffer gate baffle 375 is rotatably arranged in the buffer gate baffle mounting hole.
A cache gate cache cover plate 377 of a cache gate 37' positioned at the rear part of the inclined section of the cache transmission bracket 32 is provided with a cache card reader mounting hole, and a cache card reader 36 is arranged in the cache card reader mounting hole.
The buffer cover 34 and the buffer gate buffer cover 377 of the two buffer gates 37 and 37' are sequentially arranged on the top of the buffer transmission bracket 32 from front to back.
One of the three buffer sensors 38 is disposed on the buffer cover plate 34 and above the buffer driving mechanism 35, and the buffer sensor 38 communicates with the buffer driver 352; the other two buffer sensors 38 are disposed on the buffer gate buffer cover 377 of the two buffer gates 37 in a one-to-one correspondence, and the buffer sensor on each buffer gate buffer cover 377 communicates with the corresponding buffer gate controller 373.
In the pre-prepared buffer device 3 of the intelligent medicine basket transmission system of the invention, the rear end of the inclined part of the buffer shell is connected with the rear transverse part of the transmission bracket 51. In the buffer driving mechanism 35, the buffer synchronous pulley 354 is a driving pulley, the idler wheel 321 and the buffer tension pulley 355 are driven pulleys, when a medicine basket needs to be buffered during operation, the steering device 9 on the outlet side of the frame lifting machine 2 turns, the buffer driver 352 drives the buffer driving motor 353 to rotate, the buffer driving motor 353 drives the buffer synchronous pulley 354 to rotate, and the buffer tension pulley 355 is driven by the idler wheel 321, so that the buffer synchronous pulley 354 starts to move, and the medicine basket on the buffer synchronous pulley 354 is driven by the buffer synchronous pulley. When a medicine basket passes through the rear cache gate 37 ', the cache sensor 38 on the cache gate 37' senses the medicine basket, the corresponding cache gate controller 373 drives the cache gate motor 374 to move, the cache gate motor 374 drives the cache gate lifting rod 375 to lift the cache gate baffle 376 to block the medicine basket, and meanwhile, the cache card reader 36 can identify a bar code on the medicine basket to realize information identification of the medicine basket; when an existing medicine basket is located at the position of the front cache gate 37 on the inclined section of the cache transmission support 32 and other medicine baskets are arranged on the cache synchronous belt 33, the rear cache gate 37' does not move, and when the medicine basket passes through the cache sensor 38 of the front cache gate 37, the cache sensor 38 sends a signal to the corresponding cache gate controller, the cache gate controller drives the motor, further drives the cache gate lifting rod, and the cache gate baffle 376 is lifted to block the medicine basket; when medicine baskets need to slide downwards, the buffer gate baffle 376 of the buffer gate 37 does not descend, and the baffle of the buffer gate 37 descends, so that the medicine baskets on the buffer gate 37' slide downwards along the buffer synchronous belt. In this way, the medicine baskets can be effectively transferred at intervals.
According to the intelligent medicine basket transmission system, medicine boxes are transmitted to a frame sending machine 1 through a transmission belt 6, the transmission belt is arranged below the frame sending machine 1 and used for transmission of medicine baskets, the medicine baskets are sent out by the frame sending machine 1 at the same time, the medicine baskets are moved to a specified position through a steering device 9 below the frame sending machine 1, so that the medicine boxes are transferred to the specified medicine baskets, the medicine baskets firstly pass through a frame lifting machine 2 along a transmission device 5, if the medicine baskets need to be lifted, a frame lifting process is carried out, then the medicine baskets pass through the steering device 9 on the outlet side of the frame lifting machine 2, and at the moment, a pre-configured cache device 3 (a process which is not required for the medicine baskets) is arranged at; conveyer 5 is equipped with the multistage transmission part, and every section all is equipped with gate 8, can reach medicine basket storage device 4 behind medicine basket process a plurality of sections conveyer, and medicine basket storage device 4 is used for keeping in medicine basket, and the staff can in time take away the medicine basket.
In conclusion, the intelligent medicine basket transmission system can realize distribution and transmission of medicine baskets and improve the working efficiency.

2. The intelligent basket transfer system of claim 1, wherein each gate comprises a gate support frame, a gate retaining plate, a gate cover plate, a gate stop, a gate controller, a gate motor, a gate lifting rod, a card reader, and a gate sensor, wherein:
the top end of the gate support frame is connected with the conveying support;
the gate fixing plate is arranged at the bottom end of the gate supporting frame;
the gate controller and the gate motor are respectively arranged on the gate fixing plate and positioned in the gate supporting frame, and the gate controller is connected with the gate motor;
the bottom end of the gate lifting rod is connected with the gate motor, and the top end of the gate lifting rod is connected with the gate baffle;
the gate cover plate is arranged on the conveying bracket;
the gate baffle is rotatably connected with the gate cover plate;
the card reader and the gate sensor are respectively arranged on the gate cover plate;
the gate sensor is in communication with the gate controller.
3. The intelligent medicine basket conveying system of claim 1, wherein the steering device comprises a vertical moving plate, a steering belt, a bottom plate, a steering driver, a steering motor, a steering gate, a lifting screw, a guiding screw and a steering sensor, wherein:

the steering belt is arranged on the vertical moving plate and is tensioned on the steering synchronous wheel and the steering driven wheel;
the bottom plate is arranged below the vertical moving plate through a steering support frame;
the steering driver and the steering motor are arranged on the bottom plate and are positioned below the vertical moving plate, and the steering driver is connected with the steering motor;
the bottom end of the lifting screw rod is connected with the steering motor, and the top end of the lifting screw rod is connected with the steering gate;
the guide screw rod is vertically arranged between the vertical moving plate and the bottom plate;
the steering sensor is disposed on the vertical moving plate.

the lifting device comprises a vertical driver, a vertical platform, a vertical motor, a speed reducing motor, two vertical guide rails, two vertical connecting rods and two vertical rotating blocks; the two vertical guide rails are correspondingly arranged on the inner surfaces of the left side wall and the right side wall of the frame shell one by one, and each vertical guide rail is provided with a vertical sliding block which moves up and down along the vertical guide rail; the vertical driver mounting bracket is positioned below the vertical guide rail, and the vertical driver is arranged on the vertical driver mounting bracket; the vertical platform is vertically arranged, and the left side and the right side of the vertical platform are connected with the vertical sliding blocks on the two vertical guide rails in a one-to-one correspondence manner; the vertical motor is arranged in the middle above the vertical platform, and the vertical driver is connected with the vertical motor; the speed reducing motor is fixed in the middle of the lower surface of the top plate of the frame sending machine shell; the output end of the vertical motor is connected with the speed reducing motor; the two vertical connecting rods are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the vertical motor, the bottom ends of the two vertical connecting rods are correspondingly connected with the vertical sliding blocks on the two vertical guide rails one by one, and the top ends of the two vertical connecting rods are correspondingly connected with the two vertical rotating blocks one by one; each vertical rotating block is connected with the speed reducing motor through a vertical transmission shaft;
the horizontal displacement device is arranged on the rear surface of the vertical platform and comprises a controller, a horizontal motor, a horizontal driver, two horizontal guide rails, two horizontal rotating blocks and two horizontal connecting rods; the controller, the horizontal motor and the horizontal driver are respectively arranged on the rear surface of the vertical platform, and the horizontal driver is respectively connected with the controller and the horizontal motor; the two horizontal guide rails are arranged on the rear surface of the vertical platform one above the other, two horizontal sliding blocks are arranged on each horizontal guide rail, and the two horizontal sliding blocks are a left horizontal sliding block and a right horizontal sliding block respectively; the upper end and the lower end of the horizontal motor are respectively provided with a horizontal transmission shaft; the two horizontal rotating blocks are connected with horizontal transmission shafts at the upper end and the lower end of the horizontal motor in a one-to-one correspondence manner; the two horizontal connecting rods are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the horizontal motor, one ends of the two horizontal connecting rods are correspondingly connected with the two horizontal rotating blocks one by one, and the other ends of the two horizontal connecting rods are correspondingly connected with the horizontal sliding blocks on the two horizontal guide rails one by one;
the support basket supporting frame consists of two frames, wherein the two frames are a left side frame and a right side frame respectively; the left side frame and the right side frame are arranged behind the vertical platform, and the front end of the left side frame and the front end of the right side frame are connected with the left horizontal sliding block and the right horizontal sliding block on the two horizontal guide rails in a one-to-one correspondence manner;
the sensor group comprises two displacement sensors and an origin sensor, and the two displacement sensors are arranged at the top end of the vertical platform in a left-right mode and are respectively positioned right above the horizontal guide rail on the upper side; the origin sensor is arranged on the mounting frame of the front door panel and is positioned right in front of one of the vertical guide rails.

the driving assembly is arranged on the upper surface of the upper cover plate and comprises a supporting frame, a driver, a servo motor, a speed reducing motor, two rotating blocks and two connecting rods; the supporting frame is bridged on an upper end opening of the frame lifting machine shell; the driver, the servo motor and the speed reducing motor are respectively arranged on the upper cover plate, and the driver is connected with the servo motor; the servo motor is connected with the speed reducing motor; the left side and the right side of the speed reducing motor are respectively provided with a transmission shaft; the two rotating blocks are connected with the transmission shafts on the left side and the right side of the speed reducing motor in a one-to-one correspondence manner; the upper ends of the two connecting rods are connected with the two rotating blocks in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the lower ends of the two connecting rods are respectively connected with the lifting device;
the lifting device is arranged in the lifting device mounting space and comprises two groups of lifting components which are mounted on the inner wall surfaces of the left side wall and the right side wall of the frame lifting machine shell in a one-to-one correspondence manner;
the lower ends of the two connecting rods are connected with the two groups of lifting assemblies in a one-to-one correspondence mode.
7. The intelligent medicine basket conveying system of claim 6, wherein each set of lifting assemblies comprises a guide rail, a guide rail fixing plate, a middle stop cover plate, a sensor, two side cover plates and two side fixing plates; wherein:
the guide rails are vertically arranged on the inner wall surfaces of the corresponding side walls of the frame lifting machine shell, and each guide rail is provided with a sliding block which slides up and down along the guide rail; the guide rail fixing plate is connected with the sliding block;
a plurality of middle stop blocks are sequentially arranged on the inner wall surface of the guide rail fixing plate from top to bottom;
the middle stop block cover plate is fixed on the inner wall surface of the guide rail fixing plate, and the middle stop blocks penetrate through the middle stop block through holes in a one-to-one correspondence manner;
the two side cover plates are respectively arranged at the front side and the rear side of the guide rail fixing plate, and each side cover plate is connected with the inner wall surface of the corresponding side wall of the frame lifting machine shell;
