Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of surfactants, in particular to a surfactant composition with high viscosity and high foam quantity.
Background
Surfactants are widely used in our lives, and their use is related to many aspects, such as shampoos, body washes, kitchen cleaners, hand cleaners, and the like. Since amino acid surfactants have excellent detergency and produce small and fine foams, they are increasingly used in washing and care products. However, since the amino acid surfactants are not easily thickened due to high hydrophilicity, it is difficult to thicken by adding amphoteric surfactants and nonionic surfactants only by conventional means, and thus many of the washing products using the amino acid surfactants have low viscosity, and thus, there is a need to solve these problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a surfactant composition with high viscosity and high foam quantity, which can be used as a thickening and foam increasing raw material of a washing and caring product and can improve the viscosity and the foam quantity of the washing and caring product.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is solved by the following technical scheme:
a high viscosity and high foam surfactant composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of amino acid surfactant, 3-7 parts of alkyl polyglycoside, 2-4 parts of palmitic acid, 2-5 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose, 5-8 parts of pectin, 0.2-0.3 part of foam stabilizer, 0.1-0.2 part of chelating agent, 0.01-0.0.02 parts of bactericide and 1-10 parts of water.
Specifically, the amino acid surfactant is selected from one of sodium cocoyl glutamate, disodium cocoyl glutamate, sodium lauroyl glutamate, sodium cocoyl glycinate, N-acyl sarcosine and N-acyl glutamate.
Specifically, the foam stabilizer is polypropylene glycol.
Specifically, the chelating agent is one selected from ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid and N-hydroxyethyl-ethylamine triacetic acid.
Specifically, the bactericide is methylisothiazolinone.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the surfactant composition provided by the invention can be used as a thickening and foaming raw material of a washing and protecting product, and can improve the viscosity and the foam quantity of the washing and protecting product.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific embodiments in order to provide a further understanding of the nature and technical means of the invention, as well as the specific objects and functions attained by the invention.
Example 1
A high viscosity and high foam surfactant composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of cocoyl sodium glutamate, 4 parts of alkyl polyglycoside, 3 parts of palmitic acid, 2 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose, 8 parts of pectin, 0.2 part of polypropylene glycol, 0.1 part of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid, 0.01 part of methylisothiazolinone and 5 parts of water.
And (3) testing:
weighing the components according to the mixture ratio, uniformly stirring to obtain a surfactant composition, weighing 10g of the surfactant composition for later use, adding 40g of AES into a 250ml beaker, adding a small amount of water into the beaker, stirring with a stirring device until the AES is dissolved, then adding 10g of the weighed surfactant composition, continuing stirring, adding water while stirring until the scale of the mixture in the 250ml beaker reaches 150ml, continuing stirring until the surfactant composition is completely dissolved, then testing the viscosity and the foam height (5g of sample) at 25 ℃, and recording as shown in the following table 1.
Example 2
A high viscosity and high foam surfactant composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of cocoyl sodium glutamate, 5 parts of alkyl polyglycoside, 2 parts of palmitic acid, 4 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose, 6 parts of pectin, 0.2 part of polypropylene glycol, 0.1 part of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid, 0.01 part of methylisothiazolinone and 5 parts of water.
