Abstract

本发明涉及一种L型数控海绵切割机,由门架、切割装置驱动机构、水平导轨、侧导轨、切割装置、刀带调节装置、振动裁切机构、滑块Ⅰ、滑块Ⅱ、滑块Ⅲ、工作台、控制装置组成,在门架的内侧上部和下部平行设置有侧导轨;切割装置驱动机构上的花键轴垂直设置在门架的内侧;门架与切割装置的架体成L型结构;水平导轨对称设置在架体上端和底部;由于设计成L型结构形状,从而对于大幅面的切割机,占地面积小;由于设计成L型结构,从而导轨能做成分体式,避免现有大幅面的切割机采用一根较长导轨加工及安装带来的麻烦;由于采用L型结构,改变了环刀切割装置中的运动的方式,从而转刀头调节刀具角度相比缩小,延长了使用寿命。

一种L型数控海绵切割机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于对海绵进行切割加工的设备,具体地说是一种L型数控海绵切割机。
背景技术
经检索有关专利文献,目前尚未检索到与本发明结构相同的L型数控海绵切割机。现有海绵切割机是通过移动切割装置对工作台面上的海绵进行垂直切割加工,由于其结构的原因通常整个切割机宽度为工作台的宽度加移动切割装置的宽度,对于切割幅面较宽的海绵则需要大宽度工作台面的切割机,且相应的移动切割装置宽度也将增大,从而整个海绵切割机的门架较大,则所需导轨较长,这对导轨的加工及安装带来难度,导轨的精确度直接影响后期切割海绵的精确度,且较大宽度切割机对加工、运输、安装,以及客户的厂房空间提出了很高的要求,所以有必要对现有海绵切割机的结构加以改进,以满足实际生产需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种在现有海绵切割机基础上的改进,在提高加工幅面的同时且具有整体体积,结构紧凑,加工安装方便的一种L型数控海绵切割机。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种L型数控海绵切割机,它由为门架、切割装置驱动机构、水平导轨、侧导轨、切割装置、刀带调节装置、振动裁切机构、滑块Ⅰ、滑块Ⅱ、滑块Ⅲ、工作台、控制装置组成,在门架的内侧上部和下部平行设置有侧导轨;滑块Ⅰ设置在侧导轨上;切割装置驱动机构上的花键轴垂直设置在门架的内侧;所述的门架与切割装置的架体成L型结构;水平导轨对称设置在架体上端和底部;滑块Ⅱ设置在水平导轨上;振动裁切机构设置在门架两立柱上,并可沿门架两立柱平行上下移动,用于对海绵的水平切割;滑块Ⅲ设置在横梁导轨上;以门架为中心两侧对称设置工作台;所述的控制部分为采用数控***分别控制切割装置驱动机构、切割装置、刀带调节装置、振动裁切机构及各部分协调运动的控制***。
所述的切割装置驱动机构由驱动电机、同步带轮Ⅰ、花键轴组成,在花键轴的两端设有同步带轮Ⅰ;驱动电机用于驱动花键轴转动;同步带轮Ⅰ通过同步带带动侧导轨上的滑块Ⅰ移动。
所述的切割装置由架体、刀轮架、刀轮、环刀、刀轮驱动电机、磨刀机构组成,刀轮架的四角设有刀轮;环刀由四个刀轮张紧;环刀穿过磨刀机构,在切割过程中进行润磨;刀轮由刀轮驱动电机驱动,带动环刀旋转;刀轮架的一端通过轴与设置在侧导轨上的滑块Ⅰ铰接,另一端通过轴与设置在水平导轨上的滑块Ⅱ铰接。
所述的刀带调节装置由横梁导轨、轴、带轮、转刀头、电机、同步带轮Ⅱ、滚珠轴承组成,横梁导轨的一端设有滚珠轴承并套装在花键轴上,轴水平设置在门架上上;在轴的两端分别设有带轮;电机驱动轴转动;带轮通过同步带带动横梁导轨沿花键轴上下移动;同步带轮Ⅱ设置在花键轴上;滑块Ⅲ上设有转刀头;同步带轮Ⅱ通过同步带带动横梁导轨上的滑块Ⅲ移动,同时带动转刀头移动。
所述的工作台为一个能带动切割海绵做水平移动的履带式工作台。
所述的切割装置为一个沿着水平导轨、侧导轨作三角形移动的垂直切割装置。
所述的同步带轮Ⅰ、同步带轮Ⅱ为同一规格型号的同步带轮,确保切割装置与转刀头的移动速度相同。
工作时,将待切割海绵置于工作台面上,启动电源根据切割图形在控制装置上进行编程操作,启动加工程序,海绵在工作台上移动至所切位置,刀轮驱动电机启动,带动环刀旋转,同时刀带调节装置上的电机启动后带动横梁导轨下移,将转刀头移置待切割海绵上方水平位置处,在切割过程中转刀头会随时调整环刀角度;切割装置驱动机构的驱动电机启动,驱动花键轴旋转,花键轴带动同步带轮Ⅰ、同步带轮Ⅱ同时转动,驱动滑块Ⅰ在侧导轨上移动,带动切割装置上刀轮架移动,从而旋转的环刀对海绵进行切割;滑块Ⅱ带动刀轮架在水平导轨上跟随移动;同时滑块Ⅰ带动刀轮架移动的速度与滑块Ⅲ带动转刀头的移动速度相同,确保垂直切割,避免刀具的过早磨损甚至折断;当一条边切完后,工台继续带动海绵移动,转刀头调整环刀角度,切割装置驱动机构的驱动电机进行反向转动,带动刀轮架上旋转的环刀返回进行切割,如此循环;当需要对工作台面上的海绵进行水平切割时,根据切割的厚度调整好振动裁切机构,对已垂直切割的海绵进行水平切割,实现垂直切割与水平切割的同时进行,避免对已垂直切割后的海绵进行翻转后再进行切割,提高了加工的速度,门架与切割装置的架体成L型结构,在环刀移动切割过程中,刀轮架作的三角形移动。
本发明的优点在于:由于采用环刀切割与振动裁切机构相结合,从而能同时对海绵进行垂直切割和水平切割,增加了切割效率;由于整个设备成L型结构形状,从而对于大幅面的切割机,占地面积小;由于设计成L型结构,从而导轨能做成分体式,避免现有大幅面的切割机采用一根较长导轨加工及安装带来的麻烦,影响切割机的精度;由于采用L型结构,改变了环刀切割装置中的运动的方式,从而对于转刀头调节刀具方向时与原有切割机的调整角度相比缩小了调整角度,从而保护了环刀,延长了使用寿命;由于结构合理使用方便所以有着很大的使用和推广价值。

参照附图1、附图2、附图3,本发明的一种L型数控海绵切割机由门架1、切割装置驱动机构2、水平导轨3、侧导轨4、切割装置5、刀带调节装置6、振动裁切机构7、滑块Ⅰ8、滑块Ⅱ9、滑块Ⅲ10、工作台11、控制装置12组成,在门架1的内侧上部和下部平行设置有侧导轨4;滑块Ⅰ8设置在侧导轨4上;切割装置驱动机构2上的花键轴23垂直设置在门架1的内侧;所述的门架1与切割装置5的架体51成L型结构;水平导轨3对称设置在架体51上端和底部;滑块Ⅱ9设置在水平导轨3上;振动裁切机构7设置在门架1两立柱上,并可沿门架1两立柱平行上下移动,用于对海绵的水平切割;滑块Ⅲ10设置在横梁导轨61上;以门架1为中心两侧对称设置工作台11;所述的控制部分12为采用数控***分别控制切割装置驱动机构2、切割装置5、刀带调节装置6、振动裁切机构7及各部分协调运动的控制***;切割装置驱动机构2由驱动电机21、同步带轮Ⅰ22、花键轴23组成,在花键轴24的两端设有同步带轮Ⅰ22;驱动电机21用于驱动花键轴24转动;同步带轮Ⅰ22通过同步带带动侧导轨4上的滑块Ⅰ8移动;切割装置5由架体51、刀轮架52、刀轮53、环刀54、刀轮驱动电机55、磨刀机构56组成,刀轮架52的四角设有刀轮53;环刀54由四个刀轮53张紧;环刀54穿过磨刀机构56,在切割过程中进行润磨;刀轮53由刀轮驱动电机55驱动,带动环刀54旋转;刀轮架52的一端通过轴与设置在侧导轨4上的滑块Ⅰ8铰接,另一端通过轴与设置在水平导轨3上的滑块Ⅱ9铰接;刀带调节装置6由横梁导轨61、轴62、带轮63、转刀头64、电机65、同步带轮Ⅱ66、滚珠轴承67组成,横梁导轨61的一端设有滚珠轴承67并套装在花键轴23上,轴62水平设置在门架上1上;在轴62的两端分别设有带轮63;电机65驱动轴62转动;带轮63通过同步带带动横梁导轨61沿花键轴23上下移动;同步带轮Ⅱ66设置在花键轴23上;滑块Ⅲ10上设有转刀头64;同步带轮Ⅱ66通过同步带带动横梁导轨61上的滑块Ⅲ10移动,同时带动转刀头64移动;工作台11为一个能带动切割海绵做水平移动的履带式工作台;切割装置5为一个沿着水平导轨3、侧导轨4作三角形移动的垂直切割装置;同步带轮Ⅰ22、同步带轮Ⅱ66为同一规格型号的同步带轮,确保切割装置5与转刀头64的移动速度相同。

1.一种L型数控海绵切割机,它由门架(1)、切割装置驱动机构(2)、水平导轨(3)、侧导轨(4)、切割装置(5)、刀带调节装置(6)、振动裁切机构(7)、滑块Ⅰ(8)、滑块Ⅱ(9)、滑块Ⅲ(10)、工作台(11)、控制装置(12)组成,其特征在于:在门架(1)的内侧上部和下部平行设置有侧导轨(4);滑块Ⅰ(8)设置在侧导轨(4)上;切割装置驱动机构(2)上的花键轴(23)垂直设置在门架(1)的内侧;所述的门架(1)与切割装置(5)的架体(51)成L型结构;水平导轨(3)对称设置在架体(51)上端和底部;滑块Ⅱ(9)设置在水平导轨(3)上;振动裁切机构(7)设置在门架(1)两立柱上,并可沿门架(1)两立柱平行上下移动,用于对海绵的水平切割;滑块Ⅲ(10)设置在横梁导轨(61)上;以门架(1)为中心两侧对称设置工作台(11);所述的控制部分(12)为采用数控***分别控制切割装置驱动机构(2)、切割装置(5)、刀带调节装置(6)、振动裁切机构(7)及各部分协调运动的控制***。
