Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of water transportation of liquefied natural gas, in particular to a multi-mode combined transportation method for LNG tank containers.
Background
Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), the main component of which is methane, is known as the cleanest fossil energy on earth. The liquefied natural gas is colorless, tasteless, nontoxic and noncorrosive, the volume of the liquefied natural gas is about 1/625 of the volume of the same amount of gaseous natural gas, and the mass of the liquefied natural gas is only about 45 percent of the same volume of water. The manufacturing process comprises purifying natural gas produced in a gas field, liquefying at a series of ultralow temperatures, and transporting by a liquefied natural gas carrier. The combustion of the liquefied natural gas has very little pollution to the air and the heat emitted is large, so the liquefied natural gas is a more advanced energy source.
At present, the proportion of natural gas in primary energy consumption in China is 4.6%, and the difference from the international average level of 23.8% is large. Meanwhile, along with the deep development of urbanization in China, the population scale of towns is continuously enlarged, and the demand for natural gas is increasing day by day. The natural gas is accelerated to develop, the specific gravity of the natural gas in a primary energy consumption structure in China is improved, the emission of pollutants such as carbon dioxide isothermal gas and fine particulate matters (PM2.5) can be obviously reduced, energy conservation and emission reduction are realized, and the environment is improved, so that the natural gas is a practical choice for realizing optimization and adjustment of an energy structure in China and is an urgent need for strengthening energy conservation and emission reduction.
However, natural gas is limited in China, and therefore, the natural gas increasingly depends on imports. China imports LNG mainly through special LNG shipping transportation, and has the advantages of long ocean transportation distance, large single-voyage loading capacity and mature special LNG shipping construction standard. However, this mode requires the establishment of a dedicated LNG receiving station. The LNG receiving station has high requirements on geological conditions in the construction process, is long in the construction period and high in cost, and cannot meet the increasing LNG import requirements in China.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to make up the defects of the prior art and provides a multi-mode intermodal transportation mode of LNG tank containers, which is a door-to-door supply mode, wherein an LNG receiving station is not required to be established, and an 'overseas gas source' is directly transported to a floating cabin on the sea and then is subpackaged into LNG tank containers to reach terminal customers.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following scheme:
the invention provides a multi-type intermodal transportation method for LNG tank containers, which is characterized in that an overseas air source is transported to a marine floating bin through an LNG transport ship, the marine floating bin is subpackaged to an LNG tank container, the LNG tank container is transported to a port terminal through a coastal container ship after the subpackage of the LNG tank container is completed, the LNG tank container is transported to an LNG tank container transfer station through various dangerous chemical transportation modes of roads or railways, and finally the LNG tank container transfer station transports the LNG tank container to a terminal client.
Preferably, replace traditional ground receiving station with marine floating bin, floating bin memory capacity is big, and the partial shipment of being convenient for can realize LNG tank container along with the partial shipment.
Preferably, the LNG tankers are designed as the smallest unit that reaches the end customer, can be point-served according to the user's needs, and are safe and easy to store.
Preferably, after the LNG tank container is transported to the port terminal, the container is loaded and unloaded to the transport vehicle by a direct pick-up by a vehicle and a ship.
Preferably, the LNG tank container transfer station temporarily stores and transfers the LNG tank container.
Preferably, the multi-mode intermodal transportation mode is adopted from the LNG tank container transfer station to the terminal customer.
Preferably, the multi-mode intermodal transportation mode is one or combination of a plurality of transportation modes such as a transportation vehicle, a river transportation ship, a train and the like according to the position and supply and demand characteristics of the client.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
compared with the existing transportation method based on the receiving station, the transportation mode has the following advantages: (1) the construction site is flexible, is not influenced by geological conditions, has wide application range, and can be applied to places in the world which are not suitable for constructing receiving stations; (2) the construction period is short, only 1.5 years are needed, and the construction period can be shortened by at least 8 years compared with an LNG receiving station; (3) the investment is small, and in the construction period, the investment cost of 1/2 can be saved in the whole transportation scheme; (4) in the transportation process, the loading and unloading efficiency is high, and the multi-type combined transportation can be formed with land transportation, so that the door-to-door service is realized, and a channel for directly supplying sea air to an inland terminal is really opened.
