Abstract

本发明提供了一种含促进剂膨胀毡材料,该材料包括无碱玻璃丝、环氧树脂、新癸酸锌促进剂和聚酯无纺布,无碱玻璃丝质量分数为65‑75%,环氧树脂质量分数为20‑30%,新癸酸锌促进剂质量分数为2‑7%,聚酯无纺布质量分数为1%‑4%。通过采用新癸酸锌作为促进剂,从而使得膨胀毡材料性能稳定,且安全环保。

一种含促进剂的膨胀毡材料及制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种含促进剂的膨胀毡材料,属于电气绝缘材料技术领域。
背景技术
含促进剂的膨胀毡是一种由杂乱无章、各向无序的无碱玻璃乱丝滚压成的玻璃毡,经过预浸渍环氧酸酐树脂和促进剂,然后经热压加工工序制成。在常态下呈板材状,有一定的刚性,但结构相对疏松,层与层之间易剥离。主要用于旋转电机绕组端部线圈与垫块之间、以及槽内楔下垫条和线圈之间的固定等。当膨胀毡与环氧-酸酐树脂配套使用时,膨胀毡被浸以树脂,在促进剂的作用下膨胀毡材料经烘焙固化,起到完全填充电机中的气隙,并固定线圈等部件的作用,从而解决电机长期运行时的槽内及端部振动问题。
现有的含促进剂膨胀毡材料所用的促进剂为环烷酸锌,环烷酸锌是分子结构中带有五元环或者六元环的有机锌盐的混合物。这种促进剂主要来源于石油化工的产品,其组成、平均分子量、粘度、锌含量有较大的波动性,导致膨胀毡材料性能不稳定。此外,含有环烷酸锌促进剂的膨胀毡材料具有刺激性的气味,污染环境且对人体有潜在的健康风险。因此,有必要开发一种更安全、环保和性能稳定的含促进剂膨胀毡材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为解决目前含有环烷酸锌促进剂的膨胀毡材料具有刺激性气味,污染环境且对人体有健康风险的技术问题。
为达到解决上述问题的目的,本发明所采取的技术方案是提供一种含促进剂的膨胀毡材料,其特征在于,包括无碱玻璃丝、环氧树脂、促进剂和无纺布;所述的无碱玻璃丝质量分数为65-75%;所述的环氧树脂质量分数为20-30%;所述的促进剂为人工合成的新癸酸锌,质量分数为2-7%;所述的无纺布质量分数为1%-4%。
优先地,所述的无碱玻璃丝质量分数为66.6%。
优先地,所述的环氧树脂为双酚A型环氧树脂,质量分数为26.8%。
优先地,所述的促进剂为人工合成的新癸酸锌,质量分数为4.1%。
优先地,所述的无纺布为聚酯无纺布,质量分数为2.5%。
本发明提供一种含促进剂的膨胀毡材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将促进剂添加到环氧胶粘剂中,搅拌混合均匀得到混合胶液,待用。
步骤2:将无碱玻璃丝浸渍到上述混合胶液中进行浸胶。控制浸胶时间在30-60s,使无碱玻璃丝充分浸润。
步骤3:将浸胶后的无碱玻璃丝进行挤胶处理,去除多余的胶粘剂。
步骤4:将两层无纺布分别贴合在挤胶后的无碱玻璃丝两侧进行热压处理,得到无纺布-无碱玻璃丝-无纺布三层复合膨胀毡材料。
步骤5:将上述膨胀毡材料进行裁切,得到所需尺寸。待热压后的膨胀毡材料自然热冷却至室温后,根据需求进行裁切。
优先地,步骤1所述的将促进剂添加到环氧胶粘剂中,搅拌混合是将促进剂与环氧胶粘剂可按质量比进行混合,搅拌使促进剂均匀地分散到环氧胶粘剂中。
优先地,步骤1所述的促进剂与环氧胶粘剂可按质量比为1:7进行混合。
优先地,步骤4所述的将两层无纺布分别贴合在挤胶后的无碱玻璃丝两侧进行热压处理,热压温度为100-125℃,持续1-3小时,使热压后的膨胀毡材料厚度在1-3mm。
相比现有技术,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明提供了一种安全环保、性能稳定的含促进剂膨胀毡材料。
具体实施方式
为使本发明更明显易懂,兹以优选实施例,作详细说明如下;
实施例提供了一种含促进剂的膨胀毡材料,包括无碱玻璃丝、环氧树脂、促进剂和无纺布;无碱玻璃丝质量分数为66.6%;环氧树脂为双酚A型环氧树脂,质量分数为26.8%;促进剂为人工合成的新癸酸锌,质量分数为4.1%;无纺布为聚酯无纺布,质量分数为2.5%。膨胀毡材料的膨胀能力≥450%;膨胀能力是在测试温度为65℃条件下,自由膨胀2小时后的体积与原始体积的比值。无碱玻璃丝为长玻璃纤维,纤维长度可以在20-50mm之间。采用长玻璃纤维,由于其回弹能力较好,从而有利于膨胀能力的提高。经环氧-酸酐树脂浸渍、固化后的膨胀毡材料的玻璃化转变温度≥130℃,玻璃化转变温度越高代表其耐热性能越好。环氧-酸酐树脂是由高纯度低分子量双酚A型环氧树脂和酸酐按1:1比例配合形成的混合浸渍树脂,酸酐可以为甲基六氢苯酐或者甲基四氢苯酐,浸渍树脂需要在促进剂的作用下才能发生固化反应。
本发明提供了一种含促进剂膨胀毡材料的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
步骤1:将促进剂添加到环氧胶粘剂中,搅拌混合均匀得到混合胶液,待用。具体地,将促进剂与环氧胶粘剂可按质量比1:7进行混合,搅拌使促进剂均匀地分散到环氧胶粘剂中。
步骤2:将无碱玻璃丝浸渍到上述混合胶液中进行浸胶。具体地,控制浸胶时间在30-60s,使无碱玻璃丝充分浸润。
步骤3:将浸胶后的无碱玻璃丝进行挤胶处理。具体地,可以采用平板模压机进行挤压处理,去除多余的胶粘剂。
步骤4:将两层无纺布分别贴合在挤胶后的无碱玻璃丝两侧进行热压处理,得到无纺布-无碱玻璃丝-无纺布三层复合膨胀毡材料。可选地,热压温度为125℃,持续2.5h,使热压后的膨胀毡材料厚度在1-3mm。
步骤5:将上述膨胀毡材料进行裁切,得到所需尺寸。具体地,待热压后的膨胀毡材料自然热冷却至室温后,根据需求进行裁切。

Claims (9)

1.一种含促进剂的膨胀毡材料,其特征在于,包括无碱玻璃丝、环氧树脂、促进剂和无纺布;所述的无碱玻璃丝质量分数为65-75%;所述的环氧树脂质量分数为20-30%;所述的促进剂为人工合成的新癸酸锌,质量分数为2-7%;所述的无纺布质量分数为1%-4%。
2.权利要求1所述的一种含促进剂的膨胀毡材料,其特征在于,所述的无碱玻璃丝质量分数为66.6%。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种含促进剂的膨胀毡材料,其特征在于,所述的环氧树脂为双酚A型环氧树脂,质量分数为26.8%。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种含促进剂的膨胀毡材料,其特征在于,所述的促进剂为人工合成的新癸酸锌,质量分数为4.1%。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种含促进剂的膨胀毡材料,其特征在于,所述的无纺布为聚酯无纺布,质量分数为2.5%。
6.权利要求1所述的一种含促进剂的膨胀毡材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将促进剂添加到环氧胶粘剂中,搅拌混合均匀得到混合胶液,待用。
步骤2:将无碱玻璃丝浸渍到上述混合胶液中进行浸胶。控制浸胶时间在30-60s,使无碱玻璃丝充分浸润。
步骤3:将浸胶后的无碱玻璃丝进行挤胶处理,去除多余的胶粘剂。
步骤4:将两层无纺布分别贴合在挤胶后的无碱玻璃丝两侧进行热压处理,得到无纺布-无碱玻璃丝-无纺布三层复合膨胀毡材料。
步骤5:将上述膨胀毡材料进行裁切,得到所需尺寸。待热压后的膨胀毡材料自然热冷却至室温后,根据需求进行裁切。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种含促进剂的膨胀毡材料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1所述的将促进剂添加到环氧胶粘剂中,搅拌混合是将促进剂与环氧胶粘剂可按质量比进行混合,搅拌使促进剂均匀地分散到环氧胶粘剂中。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种含促进剂的膨胀毡材料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1所述的促进剂与环氧胶粘剂可按质量比=1:7进行混合。
9.如权利要求6所述的一种含促进剂的膨胀毡材料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤4所述的将两层无纺布分别贴合在挤胶后的无碱玻璃丝两侧进行热压处理,热压温度为100-125℃,持续1-3小时,使热压后的膨胀毡材料厚度在1-3mm。
