s4, cooling to 43-48 ℃, adding deionized water, the borage seed extract and the functional auxiliary agent, uniformly stirring, and cooling to 35-38 ℃ to obtain the skin care composition containing the borage seed extract.
Third, efficacy testing
1. And (3) testing items: moisture content, moisture loss, gloss, skin elasticity, skin smoothness.
2. Testing an instrument: CK MPA580 skin tester, Corneometer moisture test probe, Tewameter moisture loss probe, Glossimer gloss test probe, Cutomer skin elasticity test probe, Visio face 1000D facial image analyzer.
3. A subject: and screening qualified volunteers, and selecting faces as test parts. According to the Chardon grouping method, the ITA degree of the base skin brightness is between II and IV grades. Examples 1 to 3, comparative examples 1 to 3, and comparative examples 4 to 5 (a commercially available product having effects of moisturizing and whitening, etc.) were performed on 30 subjects per group.
4. And (3) testing period: the test period was 28 days, and the respective indices were measured using the instrument 1 day before using the sample and 7 th, 14 th and 28 th days after using the sample. In post-use testing, volunteers did not use the sample on the day of testing, and required re-use of the sample after testing was completed.

Other skin care products cannot be used during testing. The subjects used the samples for 28 consecutive days, and applied the samples to the face every morning and evening before sleeping, at a dose of about 0.25 g.

The testing process comprises the following steps: data acquisition before use: before testing, the testee should uniformly clean the face with clear water, and sit still for 20 minutes in a constant temperature and humidity room with the temperature of 24 +/-1 ℃ and the humidity of 55 +/-5% RH after wiping off the water. CK MPA580 skin tester, Corneometer moisture test probe, Tewameter moisture loss probe, Glossimer gloss test probe, Cutomer skin elasticity test probe, Visio face 1000D facial image analyzer in the test site for the acquisition of data before use. And (4) carrying out cycle test on each test point of each test part for 4 times, and taking an average value as the data before use of the corresponding part. The skin smoothness is tested by adopting a Visio face 1000D facial image analyzer, smoothness data is comprehensively obtained, and the higher the data value is, the worse the skin smoothness is.
7. Data collection on days 7, 14 and 28 after use, and the steps are the same as those of data collection before use.

As can be seen from the test results, the skin care compositions containing borage seed extract of the examples had the effects of improving the whiteness and brightness of the skin, as well as increasing the moisture content of the skin, restoring the elasticity of the skin, and improving the glossiness and smoothness of the skin.
According to the efficacy test results, the liquid crystal skin care product has a liquid crystal structure, is good in stability, mild, free of stimulation and rich in skin feeling; the borage seed extract with high activity is matched with other components, so that the skin dryness can be effectively improved, the cell water loss is prevented, and the water is supplemented and the moisture is kept; whitening and brightening the skin, lightening melanin, increasing the whitening feeling of the skin and improving the glossiness of the skin; repairing damaged skin cells, improving self-repairing capability of cells, relieving and tranquilizing, diminishing inflammation and relieving allergy; tightening and smoothing, and improving the elasticity and tightness of skin. The skin care composition is smooth, tender and moist, and is whitening and firming.

Claims (10)

1. A skin care composition containing borage seed extract is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: borage seed extract 0.1-10%, humectant 0.1-20%, emollient 0.01-30%, thickener 0.1-10%, emulsifier 0.1-8%, soothing agent 0.1-3%, functional additive 0.01-10%, and deionized water to make up to 100%.
2. The borage seed extract-containing skin care composition according to claim 1, further comprising the following components in weight percent: 0.001-0.01% of preservative and 0.001-0.01% of essence.
3. A skin care composition containing borage seed extract according to claim 1, characterized in that the preparation method of the borage seed extract comprises the following steps:
s1, cleaning and drying borage seeds, and cutting and crushing at a high speed to obtain borage seed powder;
s2, placing the borage seed powder into subcritical extraction equipment, vacuumizing, adding a solvent butane, heating to 40-45 ℃, extracting for 30-40min for 3-4 times, and obtaining an extract liquid;
s3, introducing the extract into a separation tank, decompressing to separate the solvent from the borage seed oil, and filtering to obtain filtrate;
and S4, flowing the filtrate to a decoloring device through an external circulation device, preparing diatomite and active carbon in the decoloring device, and circularly decoloring for 30-40min to obtain the borage seed extract, wherein the extraction rate of the borage seed is 30-35%.
4. The borage seed extract-containing skin care composition according to claim 1, wherein the humectant is one or more of glycerin, 1, 3-propanediol, glyceryl polyether-26, betaine, xylitol humectant, lodestone, and sodium hyaluronate.
5. The borage seed extract-containing skin care composition according to claim 4, wherein the sodium hyaluronate comprises macromolecule sodium hyaluronate and micromolecule sodium hyaluronate in a mass part ratio of 3-5: 1-3; wherein, the molecular weight of the macromolecular sodium hyaluronate is 1800000-3000000, and the molecular weight of the micromolecular sodium hyaluronate is 5000-10000.
6. A skin care composition containing borage seed extract according to claim 1, wherein said emollient is one or more of dimethicone, C12-15 alcohol benzoate, jojoba oil, synthetic squalane, isononyl isononanoate, cetyl ethylhexanoate, meadowfoam seed oil, petrolatum, shea butter.
7. A skin care composition containing borage seed extract according to claim 1, characterized in that said thickener is one or more of carbomer, cetyl alcohol, cetearyl alcohol, behenyl alcohol, hydroxyethyl cellulose, xanthan gum, hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, ammonium acryloyldimethyl taurate/VP copolymer, polyacrylamide/C13-14 isoparaffin/laurylpolyoxyethylene (7) ether, sodium polyacrylate.
8. A skin care composition containing borage seed extract according to claim 1, characterized in that the emulsifier is one or more of glyceryl stearate, PEG-100 stearate, olive oil cetyl ester, sorbitan olive oleate, self emulsifying monoglyceride, hydrogenated lecithin, cetyl glucoside, ceteareth-20, potassium cetyl phosphate, cetyl/glyceryl stearate/PEG-75 stearate/ceteareth-20/steareth-20.
9. The borage seed extract-containing skin care composition according to claim 1, wherein the functional auxiliary agent is one or more of coenzyme Q10, vitamin VA, D-panthenol, tocopherol acetate, rosehip oil, phytosterol, β -glucan, collagen peptide, acetyl hexapeptide-8, rice fermentation product filtrate, and glycyrrhiza glabra root extract.
10. A skin care composition containing borage seed extract according to claim 1, wherein the soothing agent is one or more of hamamelis water, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, allantoin, bisabolol, ginger root extract, aloe extract, and chamomile extract.
