And the inner ring hole of the retainer ring 5 has a limiting function on the second lead screw 37, so that the valve core 32 can only move along the axial direction of the second lead screw 37, and the central axis of the second lead screw 37 is collinear with the central axis of the piston rod 10, so that the valve core 32 can only move along the axial direction of the piston rod 10, the valve core 32 is prevented from shifting in the moving process, and the use stability of the pressure regulating valve provided by the embodiment is enhanced.
As shown in fig. 1, the second spring 3 is sleeved outside the protruding shaft 35 and the second spring 3 is sleeved outside the second lead screw 37, one end of the second spring 3 abuts against the valve core 32, and the other end of the second spring 3 abuts against the lower valve cover 38, when the valve core 32 is far away from the first through hole (i.e. the pressure regulating valve is opened) and the medium pressure is not enough to push the elastic flap 18 to act, the second spring 3 will drive the valve core 32 into the first through hole to block the first through hole, so as to close the pressure regulating valve provided in this embodiment.
It should be noted that, when the pressure regulating valve provided in this embodiment fails and cannot be automatically opened under sufficient medium pressure, a user may screw the second lead screw 37, so as to pull the valve element 32 through the action between the protrusion 36 and the retainer ring 5, and then manually open the pressure regulating valve provided in this embodiment, thereby preventing the medium pressure in the liquid inlet chamber 6 from being increased without restriction to cause danger, and improving the safety of the pressure regulating valve provided in this embodiment.
Example 5:
in this embodiment, as a more preferable mode of the above embodiment, a sixth through hole 17 penetrating through the blocking plate 30 is provided on the side wall of the first flow passage 13, and a connection portion is installed in the sixth through hole 17, and a user can connect a pressure detection device to the connection portion to detect the pressure of the medium in the sixth through hole 17, so as to detect the pressure of the medium in the entire pressure regulating valve.

as a more preferable embodiment of the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the pressure regulating valve provided in this embodiment further includes a first cap 23, a second cap 1 and a third cap 15, the first cap 23 is detachably and fixedly mounted at an end of the upper valve cover 20 and covers the first nut 24 and the first lead screw 22, when pressure needs to be regulated, the first cap 23 is opened and the first lead screw 22 is screwed, the second cap 1 is detachably and fixedly mounted at an end of the lower valve cover 38 and covers the second nut 2 and the second lead screw 37, when the valve core 32 needs to be manually opened, a user can open the second cap 1 and screw the second lead screw 37, the third cap 15 is detachably and fixedly mounted at an end of the mounting pipe 16 and covers a pipe orifice of the mounting pipe 16, and when a pressure detecting device needs to be connected, the third cap 15 is removed and inserted with an air needle. The first cap 23 protects the first screw 22 and the first nut 24 from malfunction, the second cap 1 protects the second screw 37 and the second nut 2 from malfunction, and the third cap 15 protects the valve core 14 and the mounting tube 16.
It should be noted that sealing structures are respectively disposed between the first cap 23 and the upper valve cover 20, between the second cap 1 and the lower valve cover 38, between the third cap 15 and the end of the mounting tube 16, between the first nut 24 and the wall of the fourth through hole 25, and between the second nut 2 and the wall of the seventh through hole, so as to avoid leakage.
Example 7:
