Abstract
The invention discloses a weft-knitted fabric with a multilayer structure and a knitting method thereof, wherein the multilayer structure at least comprises a stratum, a spacing layer and a surface layer, namely a four-layer structure of the surface layer-the stratum-the spacing layer-the surface layer; the method comprises the following steps: adjusting the angle between a dial cam and a needle cylinder cam on the double-sided circular knitting machine, and changing the cam track to prevent the knitting needle from moving to the knocking over degree; the fabric layer is knitted on any one side or two sides of the fabric in a mode of knitting small loops on a knitting needle into loops, tucks or floats; the spacing layer of the knitted fabric is connected with the ground layer in a tucking or looping mode and is not directly hung on the surface layer coil, so that the cloth cover of the fabric is prevented from being influenced. The fabric surface layer is knitted by adopting all knitting needles to knit loops or needle selection knitting loops, tucks and floats, and after the loops of the surface layer are knitted into loops, the surface layer loops and the loops sleeved on the needle rod complete the action of knocking over to form loops of the same row, so that the fabric surface layer has a texture effect.

Technical Field

Background
The weft-knitted sandwich fabric is knitted on a weft-knitted circular knitting machine and consists of an upper layer, a lower layer and an intermediate connecting layer for connecting the upper layer and the lower layer, the upper layer and the lower layer generally adopt cotton yarns and other yarns with good skin-friendly property, and the intermediate connecting layer generally adopts chemical fiber such as terylene and the like, so that the weft-knitted sandwich fabric has a certain supporting effect. The fabric has certain elasticity and thickness, can store certain air, has good mechanical buffering property, excellent elasticity and good heat retention property, and is widely applied to sports clothes.
At present, although widely applied, the weft-knitted sandwich structure fabric still has certain defects. The middle connecting layer connects the upper layer coil and the lower layer coil, the coils are hung on the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer, certain influence is exerted on the fabric cloth cover effect, the cloth cover is not smooth enough, the hand feeling is not fine enough, and the bottom exposure phenomenon is easy to occur.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems and the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a weft-knitted fabric with a multilayer structure and a knitting method thereof, which solve the problems that the cloth surface of a weft-knitted sandwich fabric is not fine and smooth enough and easy to miss, and improve the performances of extensibility, elasticity, smoothness, comfortableness and the like of the fabric.
As a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a knitting method of a weft knitted fabric of a multilayer structure including at least a ground layer, a spacer layer and a facing layer, i.e., a four-layer structure of a facing layer-ground layer-spacer layer-facing layer, the knitting method comprising:
adjusting the angle between a dial cam and a needle cylinder cam on the double-sided circular knitting machine, and changing the cam track to prevent the knitting needle from moving to the knocking over degree;
the fabric layer is knitted on any one side or two sides of the fabric in a mode of knitting small loops on a knitting needle into loops, tucks or floats;
the spacing layer of the knitted fabric is connected with the stratum in a tucking or looping mode;
the surface layer of the knitted fabric is knitted by adopting all knitting needles to knit loops or selecting needles to knit loops, tucks and floats, and after the loops of the surface layer are knitted into loops, the surface layer and the ground layer loops sleeved on the needle rod complete the action of knocking over to form loops of the same row.
In one embodiment, the multilayer structure is a five-layer structure of surface layer-stratum-spacing layer-stratum-surface layer.
In one embodiment, the yarn fineness of the woven fabric formation is less than the yarn fineness of the face layer of the woven fabric, and the yarn length of the formation is less than the yarn length of the face layer of the woven fabric.
In one embodiment, the yarns for weaving the fabric spacing layer are made of one or more of chemical fibers, natural fibers, composite yarns or functional yarns, and the functional yarns are yarns with the functions of flame retardance, ultraviolet resistance, bacteriostasis, antibiosis and the like.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the interval layer, the stratum, the elastic layer and the surface layer are knitted in the same row, and the interval layer yarn is hung on the stratum small coil and hidden behind the surface layer coil and is not directly hung on the surface layer coil, so that the cloth cover of the fabric is prevented from being affected.
2. The elastic layer can increase the elasticity and extensibility of the fabric, so that the fabric has good extensibility, rebound resilience and heat retention, and the fabric feels thick and smooth.
3. The fabric surface layer can have texture effect by selecting and knitting the needle of the surface layer into a loop, so that the fabric has wide application prospect in the aspects of clothing fabrics, home textile fabrics, industrial fabrics and the like.

Example 1
(1) Selecting raw materials:
and (4) selecting polyester yarns and cotton yarns for weaving. The interlayer connecting yarns are woven by using 75D polyester yarns, the stratum small coils are woven by using 30D polyester yarns, and the fabric surface layer coils are woven by using 40S cotton yarns.
(2) Weaving and yarn arrangement technology:
as shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6, the knitting principle is that the ground layer coil is not removed after being looped, and is synchronously removed with the surface layer coil to form the same column. Weaving on a modified weft knitting double-sided circular weft knitting machine, and weaving a stitch course by a six-path looping system; the movement is performed according to the cam arrangement of the needles in figure 5. The first path 1 and the second path 2 are separated by one knitting tuck as connecting wires, the 3 rd and the 4 th needle disks are all knitted by needle withdrawing, wherein the 3 rd path is knitted into a ground loop without loop shedding, and the 3 rd path and the 4 th path are simultaneously shed when the 4 th path is knitted and shed; the needle cylinders of 5 th and 6 th paths are all knitted by needle withdrawing, the layer coil is knitted on the 5 th path similar to the dial, the stitch is not removed, and the 5 th path and the 6 th path are simultaneously removed when the 6 th path is knitted and removed. As shown in fig. 6, the 3 rd coil and the 4 th coil are in the same row, and the 5 th coil and the 6 th coil are in the same row. The yarn arrangement sequence is 75D terylene, 30D terylene, 40S cotton yarn, 30D terylene and 40S cotton yarn, and the weft-knitted fabric with five-layer structure of surface layer-stratum-spacing layer-stratum-surface layer is obtained, as shown in figure 1.

Example 2
(1) Selecting raw materials
And (4) selecting polyester yarn, cotton yarn and spandex for weaving. The connecting yarns are woven by using 75D polyester yarns, the small coils are woven by using 30D polyester yarns, and the surface coils of the fabric are woven by using 40S cotton yarns and 20D spandex.
(2) Weaving and yarn arranging process
As shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6, the knitting principle is that the ground layer coil is not removed after being looped, and is synchronously removed with the surface layer coil to form the same column. Knitting is carried out on a modified weft knitting double-sided circular knitting machine, a six-path looping system is used for knitting a loop row, and knitting needles are arranged according to a triangle in the figure 5 for movement. The first path 1 and the second path 2 are separated by one knitting tuck as connecting wires, the 3 rd and the 4 th needle disks are all knitted by needle withdrawing, wherein the 3 rd path is knitted into a ground loop without loop shedding, and the 3 rd path and the 4 th path are simultaneously shed when the 4 th path is knitted and shed; the needle cylinders of 5 th and 6 th paths are all knitted by needle withdrawing, the layer coil is knitted on the 5 th path similar to the dial, the stitch is not removed, and the 5 th path and the 6 th path are simultaneously removed when the 6 th path is knitted and removed. As shown in fig. 6, the 3 rd coil and the 4 th coil are in the same row, and the 5 th coil and the 6 th coil are in the same row. Example 3

the transverse density is 16 coils/cm, the longitudinal density is 18 coils/cm, and the gram weight is 364g/m2. The yarn length is respectively 17.9cm/100 needles of cotton yarn, 19.2cm/100 needles of 75D terylene, 10.5cm/100 needles of 30D terylene and 8.4cm/100 needles of 20D spandex.

the fabric layer is knitted on any one side or two sides of the fabric in a mode of knitting small loops on a knitting needle into loops, tucks or floats;
the spacing layer of the knitted fabric is connected with the stratum in a tucking or looping mode;
the surface layer of the knitted fabric is knitted by adopting all knitting needles to knit loops or selecting needles to knit loops, tucks and floats, and after the loops of the surface layer are knitted into loops, the surface layer and the ground layer loops sleeved on the needle rod complete the action of knocking over to form loops of the same row.
2. The method of knitting a weft-knitted fabric of a multilayer structure according to claim 1, characterized in that the multilayer structure is a five-layer structure of face layer-ground layer-spacer layer-ground layer-face layer.

The knitting method of a weft-knitted fabric of a multilayer structure according to claim 1, characterized in that the fineness of the yarn of the knitted fabric ground layer is smaller than the fineness of the yarn of the knitted fabric face layer, and the yarn length of the ground layer is smaller than the yarn length of the fabric face layer.
