Description

Vehicle door blind area monitoring system, monitoring method and vehicle
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile safety, in particular to a vehicle door blind area monitoring system, a vehicle door blind area monitoring method and a vehicle.
Background
With the rapid development of the automobile industry due to the economic growth and the technological progress, automobiles gradually enter the lives of people and become an essential part since the invention. With the increasing of the automobile holding capacity, the traffic pressure is gradually increased, so that a series of traffic safety problems are caused, and the accidents of taking a bus and going out are frequent. Traffic accidents are caused by various reasons, and about one third of the accidents are caused by vehicle blind areas. Therefore, the harm of the vehicle blind area is not small and varied, and the design and research of an effective and reliable vehicle blind area monitoring system becomes a research hotspot in the field of vehicle active safety.
At present, various blind area monitoring schemes are applied to vehicles. For example, a blind spot Information System (BLIS) monitors road conditions on both sides of a vehicle by using a camera, monitors a blind zone of a rearview mirror at a speed of 25 frames per second by using a camera on the rearview mirror, and has a monitoring range with a width of about 3m and a length of 10 m. When a vehicle or a pedestrian enters a blind area, the BLIS judges whether potential safety hazards exist in the blind area or not by comparing the distance between a target and the vehicle in the image, and if the potential safety hazards exist, the driver is reminded to pay attention through a warning lamp on the rearview mirror. The lateral auxiliary system (Audi Side Assist) monitors the blind area of the vehicle through a millimeter wave radar, the system starts to work when the vehicle speed exceeds 60km/h, the vehicle within 50m behind the vehicle can be monitored, and when the lateral auxiliary system judges that potential safety hazards exist in the blind area, warning lights arranged on the frames of the left rear-view mirror and the right rear-view mirror can be turned on to play a role in warning a driver. Researchers research a video-based bicycle monitoring method, and judge whether a bicycle is in a window space of a vehicle or not by comparing the positions of the same bicycle in a plurality of images, so that the bicycles around the vehicle are monitored in real time. Researchers also propose that the industrial camera is used for obtaining the driving track, and the monitoring of the lane deviation of the vehicle is successfully realized.
At present, most of blind area monitoring systems are mainly used in the driving process of vehicles, and when the vehicles stop or are lower than a certain speed, the blind area monitoring systems cannot be started, and mainly monitor the blind areas at the front and the rear of the vehicles. However, when the vehicle is parked and the door is opened, there is a certain potential safety hazard, and there are few examples of accidents with surrounding pedestrians or vehicles caused by opening the vehicle because the vehicle interior personnel do not pay attention to the road conditions beside the door or cannot observe the vehicle in the blind area of the door.
Therefore, the vehicle door blind area monitoring system, the vehicle door blind area monitoring method and the vehicle have a positive effect on improving safety when the vehicle door is opened.

The radar is connected with the micro control unit, and the radar can actively send the determined time difference to the micro control unit and can also be actively acquired by the micro control unit. And the micro control unit calculates the distance between the obstacles on two sides of the vehicle and each radar according to the time difference determined by each radar.
The calculation formula is as follows:
Figure BDA0002264414430000061
wherein d is the distance between the obstacles on the two sides of the vehicle and the radar, c is the propagation speed of the electromagnetic wave signal, and t is the time difference between the electromagnetic wave signal reflected by the obstacle and the transmitted electromagnetic wave signal determined by the radar.
When the distance is smaller than the preset threshold value, the potential safety hazard exists in the door blind area of the vehicle, namely, the barrier is arranged at the position, close to the two sides of the vehicle, so that the potential safety hazard exists in the door blind area. Here, the preset threshold value is a minimum distance between the radar and obstacles on both sides of the vehicle when the door blind area does not have a potential safety hazard.
