Abstract
本发明提供了一种可调多层复合型弹性平面传送带,包括由上至下依次贴合的弹性输送层、弹性连接层和弹性传动层。该弹性平面传送带制造时,先将弹性输送层、弹性连接层和弹性传动层由上至下依次贴合得到复合层,再对复合层进行硫化处理,鼓式硫化机压力为8~12MPa,温度为160~180℃,时间为8~12min;本发明无需通过模具进行生产,降低了生产管理的难度,并且节省了开模的时间及费用,缩短了生产周期,缩短了交货期。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及传送带领域,具体是一种可调多层复合型弹性平面传送带及其制造方法。
背景技术
弹性平面传送带在传送机构中通过自身弹力实现张紧,适用于无传送带张紧组件的传送机构,弹性平面传送带具有弹性可以吸收传送机构产生的振动,能极大地减少振动对产品的伤害,因此弹性平面传送带应用于运送比如硅晶片等高精密电子产品的工况。传统的弹性平面传送带的材质为天然橡胶或合成橡胶,因此需要通过模具进行生产,不同尺寸规格的弹性平面传送带需要分别制作不同的模具,使得模具数量增多,增加了生产管理的复杂度,并且模具的开模时间长,延长了弹性平面传送带的生产周期,延长了交货期。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能简化生产管理以及缩短生产周期的可调多层复合型弹性平面传送带,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种可调多层复合型弹性平面传送带,包括由上至下依次贴合的弹性输送层、弹性连接层和弹性传动层,所述弹性连接层热熔粘接在弹性输送层和弹性传动层之间。
进一步地,所述弹性输送层为热塑性聚氨酯弹性体薄膜一。
进一步地,所述弹性连接层为热塑性聚氨酯弹性体薄膜二。
进一步地,所述弹性传动层为抗静电PUR弹性体薄膜一。
进一步地,所述弹性输送层和弹性传动层的熔点均高于弹性连接层的熔点。
进一步地,还包括弹性抗静电层,所述弹性抗静电层贴合在弹性输送层上。
进一步地,所述弹性抗静电层为抗静电PUR弹性体薄膜二。
进一步地,所述弹性抗静电层和弹性传动层的熔点均高于弹性输送层的熔点,所述弹性输送层和弹性连接层的熔点相同。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种可调多层复合型弹性平面传送带的制造方法,所述制造方法包括以下步骤:
S1、将弹性输送层、弹性连接层和弹性传动层由上至下依次贴合得到复合层;
S2、对复合层进行硫化处理,鼓式硫化机压力为8~12MPa,温度为160~180℃,时间为8~12min。
完成S2步骤的复合层冷却至室温后,根据工况可将复合层裁切成所需的长度和宽度得到带体,最后将带体长度方向两端进行连接得到成品。
本发明的有益效果:
与传统的弹性平面传送带相比,本发明无需通过模具进行生产,简化了生产管理,并且节省了开模的时间及费用,缩短了生产周期,缩短了交货期。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明进行进一步说明:
请参照图1,一种可调多层复合型弹性平面传送带,包括由上至下依次贴合的弹性输送层1、弹性连接层2和弹性传动层3,弹性连接层2热熔粘接在弹性输送层1和弹性传动层3之间,弹性平面传送带的成品具有两个相互连接的端部,两个该端部通过斜面磨接方式或齿接方式实现连接。
进一步地,弹性输送层1和弹性连接层2的厚度相同,弹性传动层3的厚度小于弹性连接层2的厚度。
进一步地,弹性输送层1为热塑性聚氨酯弹性体薄膜一。
进一步地,弹性连接层2为热塑性聚氨酯弹性体薄膜二。
弹性连接层2对弹性输送层1和弹性传动层3起到稳定连接的作用,弹性平面传送带的成品需要通过拉伸才可安装使用,热塑性聚氨酯弹性体薄膜二具有的弹性可避免成品在拉伸过程中,弹性输送层1与弹性连接层2之间开裂或弹性传动层3与弹性连接层2之间开裂。
进一步地,弹性传动层3为抗静电PUR弹性体薄膜一。抗静电PUR弹性体薄膜一的材质由PUR弹性体和导电碳黑均匀混合而成,PUR弹性体与导电碳黑交联使抗静电PUR弹性体薄膜一形成黑色导电膜,黑色导电膜可防止静电产生,实现避免弹性传动层3与传送机构之间摩擦产生的静电击穿成品对高精密电子产品进行破坏。
进一步地,弹性输送层1和弹性传动层3的熔点均高于弹性连接层2的熔点,作用是当弹性连接层2表面熔化时,可避免弹性输送层1和和弹性传动层3也一同熔化,作用是方便控制弹性平面传送带的厚度。
请参照图1,在弹性平面传动带的实施例一中,弹性输送层1背向弹性连接层2一面设有纹路,弹性传动层3的背向弹性连接层2一面设有纹路。
进一步地,请参照图2,还包括弹性抗静电层4,弹性抗静电层4贴合在弹性输送层1上,弹性抗静电层4与弹性传动层3的厚度相同。
进一步地,弹性抗静电层4为抗静电PUR弹性体薄膜二。抗静电PUR弹性体薄膜二与抗静电弹性体薄膜一的材质相同,同理弹性抗静电层4形成黑色导电膜,实现避免弹性抗静电层携带静电对运送的高精密电子产品进行保护,能更进一步地保护高精密电子产品免受静电影响。
进一步地,弹性抗静电层4和弹性传动层3的熔点均高于弹性输送层的熔点,弹性输送层1和弹性连接层2的熔点相同,作用是使弹性输送层1和弹性连接层2能同时熔化实现加快弹性抗静电层4、弹性输送层1、弹性连接层2和弹性传动层3之间进行热熔粘接的速度。
请参照图2,在弹性平面传动带的实施例二中,弹性抗静电层4背向弹性输送层1一面设有纹路,弹性传动层3的背向弹性连接层2一面设有纹路。
热塑性聚氨酯弹性体薄膜一、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体薄膜二、抗静电PUR弹性体薄膜一和抗静电PUR弹性体薄膜二的抗撕裂性、耐磨性、耐老化性以及耐低温性等均优于天然橡胶或合成橡胶;并且天然橡胶或合成橡胶难以回收利用,容易造成资源浪费,热塑性聚氨酯弹性体薄膜一、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体薄膜二、抗静电PUR弹性体薄膜一和抗静电PUR弹性体薄膜二均具有热塑性能,只需通过将这四者中最高熔点温度进行熔化便可加工成其他低要求的聚酯产品实现资源重复利用,更加环保。
一种可调多层复合型弹性平面传送带的制造方法,该制造方法包括以下步骤:
S1、将弹性输送层1、弹性连接层2和弹性传动层3由上至下依次贴合得到复合层;
S2、对复合层进行硫化处理,鼓式硫化机压力为8~12MPa,通过发热管加热,加热温度为160~180℃,时间为8~12min;S2步骤之前,通过鼓式硫化机对复合层保持张紧使其呈绷直状态,在硫化作用下,弹性输送层1、弹性连接层2和弹性传动层3均进行软化,同时在鼓式硫化机的钢带压力作用下将均软化的弹性输送层1、弹性连接层2和弹性传动层3之间的充分贴合实现复合层的厚度均匀,同时通过温度和时间控制,弹性输送层1表面熔化,弹性输送层1的内芯部不熔化,这时弹性连接层2上表面和下表面分别与弹性输送层1和弹性传动层3进行热熔粘接;
复合层冷却至室温得到带体,请参照图4,将带体依次进行裁切和齿接得到成品,裁切的过程为首先根据工况将弹性平面传送带裁切成所需的长度和宽度,然后对弹性平面传送带长度方向两端分别冲裁出相互适配的锯齿形接头一和锯齿形接头二;
齿接的过程为:首先将弹性平面传送带长度方向两端的锯齿形接头一和锯齿形接头二摆放在热压机的加热模板上,接着将锯齿形接头一和锯齿形接头二进行拼接,然后在锯齿形接头一和锯齿形接头二两侧分别摆放与弹性平面传送带厚度相同垫带,最后通过热压机的热压头对该锯齿形接头一和锯齿形接头二进行热压使受热压区域的弹性连接层2表面熔化溢出锯齿形接头一和锯齿形接头二之间实现完成带体两端的连接,再将带体冷却至室温得到成品,热压机的加热模板和热压头的温度相同,热压机的加热模板:160~180℃,热压时间为10~25min,热压压力为2~8Mpa。
图4例举了本发明的实施例一三种厚度尺寸分别对应的制造参数实施例。
与传统的弹性平面传送带相比,本发明中弹性平面传送带无需通过模具进行生产,简化了生产管理,并且节省了开模的时间及费用,缩短了生产周期,缩短了交货期。

1.一种可调多层复合型弹性平面传送带,其特征在于:包括由上至下依次贴合的弹性输送层、弹性连接层和弹性传动层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可调多层复合型弹性平面传送带,其特征在于:所述弹性输送层为热塑性聚氨酯弹性体薄膜一。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可调多层复合型弹性平面传送带,其特征在于:所述弹性连接层为热塑性聚氨酯弹性体薄膜二。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可调多层复合型弹性平面传送带,其特征在于:所述弹性传动层为抗静电PUR弹性体薄膜一。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可调多层复合型弹性平面传送带,其特征在于:所述弹性输送层和弹性传动层的熔点均高于弹性连接层的熔点。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种可调多层复合型弹性平面传送带,其特征在于:还包括弹性抗静电层,所述弹性抗静电层贴合在弹性输送层上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种可调多层复合型弹性平面传送带,其特征在于:所述弹性抗静电层为抗静电PUR弹性体薄膜二。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种可调多层复合型弹性平面传送带,其特征在于:所述弹性抗静电层和弹性传动层的熔点均高于弹性输送层的熔点,所述弹性输送层和弹性连接层的熔点相同。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种可调多层复合型弹性平面传送带的制造方法,其特征在于:所述制造方法包括以下步骤:
S1、将弹性输送层、弹性连接层和弹性传动层由上至下依次贴合得到复合层;
S2、对复合层进行硫化处理,鼓式硫化机压力为8~12MPa,温度为160~180℃,时间为8~12min。
