具体实施方式
图1中所示的炊具10具有带烤箱门12的烤箱11(为了便于显示内置的阻尼关闭机构13,省略了炊具的侧板)。
在此,烤箱门12是通过竖直延伸的铰链(未示出)安装在炊具10的一侧上的。故而该门12在水平面上摆动,而上述机构13用于控制炊具的另一侧(即与铰链相距较远的一侧)的关闭。
上述机构13包括细长的壳体14,在壳体14中容纳了多种组成部分,该壳体14被盖15封闭(在此以分解图示出该盖)。机构13通过其壳体14的前边缘用合适的紧固件装置安装在烤箱11前部的凸缘16上。机构13按照从凸缘16向后延伸并且位于烤箱11的外侧壁与炊具侧板之间的间隙中的方式配置。
机构13被设计成通过安装在烤箱门12的内表面上的触发器17经由凸缘16中的孔18可操作地接合。机构13被设计成将阻尼拉力传递到烤箱门12以帮助其关闭运动。机构13还被设计成在门12处于关闭位置时对其施加拉力,以使其保持关闭并防止在使用中热量从烤箱11逸出。
在图2a至2c中可以更清楚地看到机构13的组成部分。这些组成部分包括致动器19,该致动器19被安装用于相对于壳体14滑动和枢转运动。该致动器19具有第一销和第二销20、21,第一销和第二销20、21配置成接合在相应的导轨22、23中以控制其运动。导轨22、23大致平行于致动器19的滑动行进方向延伸,如箭头A所示,且用于第一销20的导轨22在任一端特别地具有弯角部分22a、22b,其目的将在下面更详细地描述。

线性活塞和气缸型阻尼装置25通过其气缸安装到壳体14。该阻尼装置25对准致动器19的滑动行进方向(箭头A),其活塞杆26的端部通过可枢转的连接附接到该致动器。该阻尼装置25沿与箭头A相反的方向对致动器19施加阻尼阻力。
在图2a中可以看到机构13处于其预加载状态,其中弹簧24和阻尼装置25都完全伸出。该机构13通过致动器19保持在这种状态下,致动器19通过其第一销20被锁定,该第一销20由其导轨22的一个弯角部分22a保持。
当烤箱门12关闭时,触发器17将沿箭头A的方向移动并与致动器19接触。这样做的最初的效果是,在致动器19的第一销20行进至其导轨22的弯角部分22a时,引起致动器19枢转。这将解锁致动器19并将其释放,使其在弹簧24的作用下沿箭头A的方向滑动。当致动器19枢转时,其上的钩28与触发器17上的钩27接合,从而,在该致动器被弹簧24的力拉动时,触发器连带烤箱门12都将随致动器一起被带动。
图2b示出了机构13中致动器19和与其相连的触发器17的滑动行程中途的状态。
致动器19继续沿箭头A的方向滑动,直到其第二销21到达其导轨23的末端。这是在图2c中看到的位置,并且是机构13的锁定状态。这对应于烤箱门12的关闭位置。
可以看出,机构13装有第二拉伸弹簧29。该弹簧29可经由制动栓30选择性地与致动器19接合。制动栓30被设计成用作凸轮装置并且在两个位置之间切换:在一个位置,制动栓30与致动器19可操作地接合,而在另一位置,制动栓30与致动器19断开连接。
制动栓30可旋转地安装在装配于壳体14的轴31上。弹簧29的一端通过销32连接到制动栓30。弹簧29的另一端附接到壳体14。壳体14包括用于制动栓30抵靠的止动件33。该配置使得弹簧29在制动栓30上施加扭矩,以使其在与致动器19断开连接的切换位置保持抵靠止动件33(如图2a所示,为顺时针方向)。这对应于图2a中所示的机构13的预加载状态。
制动栓30在其枢转点的一侧上具有指状件34,该指状件34延伸到致动器19的运动路径中。致动器19被设计成在其沿箭头A的方向滑动的过程中与指状件34接触,并使制动栓30旋转(如图2b所示为逆时针旋转)。制动栓30的这种旋转将使制动栓30“越过中心”,其结果是弹簧29的力将立即转换为以相反的方向(如图2b所示为逆时针方向)在其上施加扭矩。这迫使制动栓30经由其枢转点的另一侧上的舌状件35与致动器19接触。舌状件35被成形为用作凸轮表面,并且被设计成与致动器19上的凹槽36可操作地接合。
当弹簧29沿逆时针方向在制动栓30上施加扭矩时(如图2c所示),与凹槽36接合的舌状件35的凸轮作用将致使力沿箭头A的方向传递到致动器19。继而,将通过触发器17将力传递到烤箱门12。因此,两个弹簧24和29平行作用以在某种程度上将力施加在门12上以将其关闭并保持关闭。实际上,弹簧29通常将比弹簧24更硬。
机构13旨在在打开烤箱门12时自动返回其预加载状态。当门12打开时,触发器17将沿与箭头A相反的方向移动,从而随其一起拉动致动器19。致动器19最初发生这种滑动时抵抗复位弹簧24和门弹簧29两者的偏置作用,尽管阻尼装置25提供的阻尼阻力很小或没有。致动器19在与箭头A相反方向上的运动将通过与凹槽36接合的舌状件35的凸轮作用使制动栓30旋转(如图2c所示为顺时针方向)。制动栓30的旋转将继续,直到其舌状件35从凹槽36脱离并且销32“越过中心”,从而使弹簧29将制动栓恢复到抵靠止动件33的静止位置。
致动器19的滑动将沿与箭头A相反的方向继续,直到其第一销20进入其导轨22的弯角部分22a。这使致动器19枢转(如图2a所示为逆时针方向),然后通过位于弯角部分22a中的销20将其锁定在该位置。此时,钩27、28脱开,释放致动器19与触发器17之间的连接,因此释放门12以不受阻碍地继续其打开运动,从而使机构13处于其预加载状态。
这种性质的机构有时可能会失序而需要重置。此处的机构13设计为能够自动重置。该重置过程仅涉及简单关闭烤箱门12。
图3a示出了由于某种原因触发器17未能将致动器19返回至其锁定位置,从而机构13未处于其正确的预加载状态的情况。当烤箱门12关闭时,触发器17将移动成与致动器19接合。在这种情况下,致动器19将与触发器17上的倾斜表面37接触。倾斜表面37被设计成像凸轮一样作用并且迫使致动器19绕其第二销21枢转(如图3a所示为逆时针方向)。该枢转运动由第一导轨22的第二弯角部分22b实现,该第二弯角部分22b允许用于容纳第一销20的间隙,如图3b所示。现在,触发器17沿箭头A的方向的继续运动将使得钩27、28能够重新接合,从而恢复触发器与执行器19之间的正确连接。
