Description

Stiffening agent for denim fabric
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of garment fabric processing, and particularly relates to a stiffening agent for denim fabric.
Background
The jean fabric is one of the common fabrics worn by people in daily life, and is widely used in different types of clothes due to the advantages of fashion style, wear resistance, washability and the like. At present, people have various processing and treating modes for jean fabric, for example, a three-dimensional crumpling treatment which is popular in several years, specifically, flat and round natural crumples generated in the clothes taking process are arranged at the parts of a trouser leg, a trouser body and the like of the clothes, the crumpling form is stabilized, and the style is popular with consumers because of nature, novelty and fashion because the style is like cat whiskers, also called three-dimensional cat whisker crumpling treatment.
The jean crumpling finishing process has gradually become one of the most conventional processes in the jean water washing industry. The effect of the method is to improve the elasticity recovery performance of jeans after the jeans are crumpled by the resin finishing liquid, so that the crease resistance performance of jeans is improved, the three-dimensional effect and the durability of the crumpled cat whiskers and 3D cat whiskers are endowed to the jeans, the bottom protection performance and the dry-wet friction fastness of the jeans are improved, and the grade of the jeans is improved. In the resin finishing liquid formula of the jean crumpled cat whiskers and the 3D three-dimensional cat whiskers, the addition of the stiffening agent is indispensable and extremely important.
As stiffening agents on the market at present, there are often used: acrylic acid and acrylate emulsion stiffening agents. The jean clothes treated by the resin finishing liquid with the stiffening agent have good stereoscopic effect and bottom-keeping performance of the cat whiskers, but have poor elasticity and over-hard hand feeling. The jean clothes also have relatively good hand feeling after being treated by the resin finishing liquid with the stiffening agent by using the polyvinyl acetate emulsion or the PVA emulsion as the stiffening agent, but the cat whiskers have a defect in three-dimensional effect.
Therefore, in order to improve the competitive power of jean products and meet the increasing fashion clothing needs of people, a stiffening agent which not only improves the elasticity of jean fabrics and the crumpling three-dimensional effect, but also has better bottom-protecting performance, soft hand feeling and reduces the loss of strong tearing force and the improvement of the cloth cover glossiness is a urgent priority in the industry! Thereby improving the competitive power of jean products and meeting the increasing fashion clothing needs of people.
