1.5, spinning: the melt is distributed through a spinning manifold, so that the melt is distributed on the whole width as uniformly as possible; the spinning assembly plays a role in diffusion, further filters and distributes the melt, supports the filter screen and enables the fluid melt to be extruded into filaments through the spinneret plate;
1.6, cooling and drafting: cooling and drawing the high-temperature melt stream by using a side blowing box, and then drawing the melt stream by using high-speed airflow to enable the melt stream to become highly oriented fibers;
1.7, web forming: receiving fibers by a web former to form a web;
1.8, hot rolling and reinforcing: and (5) shaping and reinforcing the fiber web through a hot rolling mill.
The needed spunbonded non-woven fabric surface layer is prepared through the steps 1.1-1.8, and the non-woven fabric surface layer is unfolded and conveyed to a preset roller coating station for roller coating oiling operation, namely, the non-woven fabric surface layer is partially soaked in the uniformly prepared mixed liquid and then wound through the roller surface of the oil roller, so that the mixed liquid on the roller surface of the oil roller is coated on the non-woven fabric surface layer in a roller coating mode.
And (4) sending the non-woven fabric surface layer subjected to the rolling coating oiling into a drying station for drying treatment, so that excessive water on the surface of the non-woven fabric layer is dried and removed, and the mixed liquid can be completely attached to the non-woven fabric surface layer.
