The gauze bandage roll supporting device is used for placing unprocessed inelastic gauze bandage rolls, and comprises a supporting column 23 and an unwinding shaft 24, wherein the bottom of the supporting column 23 is fixed to one end (namely the front end of the first supporting rod 101) of a first supporting rod 101 of a rack 1, the end of the supporting column is far away from a conveying device, one end of the unwinding shaft is fixed to the supporting column 23, the unwinding shaft 24 is in a horizontal state, the bottom of the supporting column 23 is fixed to the first supporting rod 101 in a welding mode, the unwinding shaft 24 is made of metal tubes, one end of the unwinding shaft is welded to the supporting column 23, the unwinding shaft 24 is fixed to one side, close to a box body, of the supporting column 23, and the unwinding shaft 24 is located above the box body. The driving device comprises a driving motor 29, the driving motor 29 is detachably arranged at the lower part of a frame 1 by adopting a motor mounting seat 30, wherein the motor mounting seat 30 is detachably arranged on a first rear upright post 106 by adopting a bolt, an output shaft of the driving motor 29 is provided with a driving pulley 34, the middle part of the frame 1, namely the lower part of a second rear upright post 107, is rotatably provided with a rotating shaft 31, the rotating shaft 31 is provided with a large transition wheel 32 and a small transition wheel 33, the large transition wheel 32 and the small transition wheel 33 both synchronously rotate with the rotating shaft 31, the large transition wheel 32 is connected with the driving pulley 34 by adopting a lower synchronous belt 35, one end of the driving roller 6 is provided with a driven pulley 36, the diameter of the driven pulley 36 is larger than that of the small transition wheel 33, the driven pulley 36 is connected with the small transition wheel 33 by adopting an upper synchronous belt 37, the driving motor 29 realizes speed reduction by adopting the large transition wheel 32 and the small transition wheel 33, for driving said drive shaft 6 in rotation.
In the invention, a gauze bandage coil to be added with elasticity is placed on a unreeling shaft 24, and a gauze bandage sequentially bypasses a horizontal support rod 28, an upper connecting rod 109, a horizontal guide rod 12 at the rear side, a horizontal guide rod 12 at the front side, an upper stop rod 21, an upper compression roller 7 and a driving roller 6, enters a box body 2 from a gauze bandage inlet 3 and outputs a drying body 2 from a gauze bandage outlet 4, and the gauze bandage generates elasticity due to being heated in the drying box 2. According to the punching device, at the same time interval, the piston rod of the punching cylinder extends to push the punching plate 16 to move towards the gauze bandage, the sharp 17 on the punching plate 16 pricks a positioning hole on the gauze bandage, and the piston rod of the punching cylinder rapidly contracts after extending to avoid influencing the conveying of the gauze bandage.
