Abstract
The invention relates to a device and a method for automatically detecting an ultrasonic evaporation sensor, wherein the device comprises supporting legs, a supporting square frame, a measuring cylinder, a detection device, a water storage device, a water suction/drainage device and a horizontal bubble. The invention has the technical effects of simple equipment structure, small volume, high measurement precision, low measurement cost, high automation degree, convenient use and maintenance and good field use effect, and realizes effective diagnosis of the faults of the ultrasonic evaporation sensor.

Technical Field
The invention relates to detection equipment for an ultrasonic evaporation sensor, in particular to automatic detection equipment and a detection method for the ultrasonic evaporation sensor.
Background
Ultrasonic evaporative sensors are highly sensitive and critical meteorological instruments that typically operate for a period of time before they measure their accuracy. The conventional detection ultrasonic wave evaporation sensor mainly artificially puts the evaporation module into the evaporation barrel to simulate the water level, and the evaporation simulation module is replaced once when measuring one water level, so that the use is troublesome. Not only is time and labor consumed, but also the evaporation module has the risk of mechanical abrasion, which causes inaccurate verification.

In view of the problems in the prior art, the invention provides an automatic detection device and a detection method for an ultrasonic evaporation sensor, which achieve the detection purpose by injecting water into a measuring cylinder, reading the water level measurement value of the evaporation sensor and the water level value of a detection device and comparing the two values, and the specific technical scheme is that the automatic detection device for the ultrasonic evaporation sensor comprises supporting legs, a supporting square frame, the measuring cylinder, a detection device, a suction/drainage pump and a water storage tank, and is characterized in that: the plurality of supporting legs are symmetrically fixed on the lower end face of the supporting square frame, the upper end face of the supporting square frame is provided with a horizontal bubble, the inner wall of the measuring cylinder is provided with a detection device and is arranged on the upper end face of the supporting square frame, and the water sucking/draining pump is respectively communicated with the measuring cylinder and the water storage device through water pipes.
The detection method comprises the steps that firstly, a plurality of supporting legs are adjusted to enable the supporting legs to be horizontally immersed in the square frame, the ultrasonic evaporation sensor to be detected is placed on the upper end face of the measuring cylinder, a suction/drainage pump is started, water is filled into the measuring cylinder from a water storage tank, the water filling is stopped when the water level reaches a detection position, the water level value of the detection device is read, and the water level measurement value X1 of the ultrasonic evaporation sensor is recorded; controlling the water suction/discharge pump to sequentially inject water into the measuring cylinder, and sequentially recording water level measurement values Xn of the evaporation sensors at different simulated water levels and the water level value of the detection device; and thirdly, comparing the water level measured value Xn of the ultrasonic evaporation sensor with the water level value corresponding to each detection position of the detection device to obtain an error value, wherein if the error value is within a standard range, the ultrasonic evaporation sensor is qualified, and otherwise, the ultrasonic evaporation sensor is not qualified.
The invention has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, high automation degree, high measurement precision, low cost, convenient use and maintenance and good field use effect, and realizes effective diagnosis of the faults of the ultrasonic evaporation sensor.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an automatic detection device for an ultrasonic evaporation sensor comprises supporting legs 1, a supporting square frame 2, a measuring cylinder 3, a detection device 3-1, a water suction/discharge pump 4 and a water storage tank 5, wherein the supporting legs 1 are symmetrically fixed on the lower end face of the supporting square frame 2, the upper end face of the supporting square frame 2 is provided with a horizontal bubble, the detection device 3-1 is installed on the inner wall of the measuring cylinder 3 and is placed on the upper end face of the supporting square frame 2, and the water suction/discharge pump 4 is respectively communicated with the measuring cylinder 3 and the water storage device 5 through water pipes.
The detection steps are as follows,
firstly, adjusting a plurality of supporting feet 1 to enable the supporting square frame 2 to be horizontally immersed, placing a tested ultrasonic evaporation sensor 6 on the upper end surface of a measuring cylinder 3, starting a suction/drainage pump 4, injecting water into the measuring cylinder 3 from a water storage tank 5, stopping injecting water when the water level reaches a detection position, reading the water level value of a detection device 3-1, and recording the water level measurement value X1 of the ultrasonic evaporation sensor 6;
controlling the water suction/discharge pump 4 to sequentially inject water into the measuring cylinder 3, and sequentially recording water level measurement values Xn of the evaporation sensors 6 at different simulated water levels and the water level value of the detection device;
and thirdly, comparing the water level measured value Xn of the ultrasonic evaporation sensor 6 with the water level value corresponding to each detection position of the detection device 3-1 to obtain an error value, wherein if the error value is within a standard range, the ultrasonic evaporation sensor 6 is qualified, and otherwise, the ultrasonic evaporation sensor is not qualified.
