Abstract
本发明公开了一种全合成切削液配方,由如下配方组成:AMP‑95特胺5千克‑10千克、三乙醇胺10千克‑20千克、十二烷二酸1千克‑5千克、硼酸1千克‑3千克、癸二酸1千克‑3千克、聚醚1740 3千克‑5千克、元明粉1千克‑3千克、AC 3412V 5千克‑10千克、水50千克‑70千克、苯***300克、杀菌剂700克。本发明适用于对表面加工要求高的所有黑色金属,具有优异的防锈、沉降、抗杂油、耐水性;使用周期长,为1‑3年;适用范围广,适用于切削、磨削、珩磨;能使切屑、磨屑迅速沉降。

技术领域
本发明涉及工业用液体技术领域,特别是一种全合成切削液配方。
背景技术
切削液(cutting fluid, coolant)是一种用在金属切削、磨加工过程中,用来冷却和润滑刀具和加工件的工业用液体,现有的切削液存在很多不足之处,例如,使用周期短、对环境有污染、有毒有害等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,设计了一种全合成切削液配方,其特征在于,由如下配方组成:AMP-95 特胺5千克-10千克、三乙醇胺10千克-20千克、十二烷二酸1千克-5千克、硼酸1千克-3千克、癸二酸1千克-3千克、聚醚1740 3千克-5千克、元明粉1千克-3千克、AC 3412V 5千克-10千克、水50千克-70千克、苯***300克、杀菌剂700克。
由如下配方组成:AMP-95 特胺5千克、三乙醇胺10千克、十二烷二酸1千克、硼酸1千克、癸二酸1千克、聚醚1740 3千克、元明粉1千克、AC 3412V 5千克、水50千克、苯***300克、杀菌剂700克。

由如下配方组成:AMP-95 特胺8千克、三乙醇胺12千克、十二烷二酸4千克、硼酸2千克、癸二酸2千克、聚醚1740 4千克、元明粉2千克、AC 3412V 7千克、水60千克、苯***300克、杀菌剂700克。
有益效果:
本发明适用于对表面加工要求高的所有黑色金属,具有优异的防锈、沉降、抗杂油、耐水性;使用周期长,为1-3年;适用范围广,适用于切削、磨削、珩磨;能使切屑、磨屑迅速沉降,保持工作区域清洁;可有效对抗细菌真菌;对环境影响最低,可用常规的技术和设备对切削液进行再生和废液排放;不含有甲醛、亚硝酸盐苯酚、染料有毒有害物质,使用健康安全。

对本发明进行进一步说明:
实施例1
一种全合成切削液配方,由如下配方组成:AMP-95 特胺5千克、三乙醇胺10千克、十二烷二酸1千克、硼酸1千克、癸二酸1千克、聚醚1740 3千克、元明粉1千克、AC 3412V 5千克、水50千克、苯***300克、杀菌剂700克。
制作方法为:
按上述重量,将AMP-95 特胺、三乙醇胺、十二烷二酸、硼酸、癸二酸、聚醚1740、元明粉、AC 3412V 、水、苯***、杀菌剂放入搅拌机,在常温下搅拌均匀即形成切削液。
实施例2
一种全合成切削液配方,由如下配方组成:AMP-95 特胺10千克、三乙醇胺20千克、十二烷二酸5千克、硼酸3千克、癸二酸3千克、聚醚1740 5千克、元明粉3千克、AC 3412V 10千克、水70千克、苯***300克、杀菌剂700克。
制作方法为:
按上述重量,将AMP-95 特胺、三乙醇胺、十二烷二酸、硼酸、癸二酸、聚醚1740、元明粉、AC 3412V 、水、苯***、杀菌剂放入搅拌机,在常温下搅拌均匀即形成切削液。
实施例3
一种全合成切削液配方,由如下配方组成:AMP-95 特胺8千克、三乙醇胺12千克、十二烷二酸4千克、硼酸2千克、癸二酸2千克、聚醚1740 4千克、元明粉2千克、AC 3412V 7千克、水60千克、苯***300克、杀菌剂700克。
制作方法为:
按上述重量,将AMP-95 特胺、三乙醇胺、十二烷二酸、硼酸、癸二酸、聚醚1740、元明粉、AC 3412V 、水、苯***、杀菌剂放入搅拌机,在常温下搅拌均匀即形成切削液。

1.一种全合成切削液配方,其特征在于,由如下配方组成:AMP-95 特胺5千克-10千克、三乙醇胺10千克-20千克、十二烷二酸1千克-5千克、硼酸1千克-3千克、癸二酸1千克-3千克、聚醚1740 3千克-5千克、元明粉1千克-3千克、AC 3412V 5千克-10千克、水50千克-70千克、苯***300克、杀菌剂700克。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种全合成切削液配方,其特征在于,由如下配方组成:AMP-95 特胺5千克、三乙醇胺10千克、十二烷二酸1千克、硼酸1千克、癸二酸1千克、聚醚1740 3千克、元明粉1千克、AC 3412V 5千克、水50千克、苯***300克、杀菌剂700克。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种全合成切削液配方,其特征在于,由如下配方组成:AMP-95 特胺10千克、三乙醇胺20千克、十二烷二酸5千克、硼酸3千克、癸二酸3千克、聚醚1740 5千克、元明粉3千克、AC 3412V 10千克、水70千克、苯***300克、杀菌剂700克。
