The rotating free ends of the other ends of the left and right rigid vertical plate bodies 16-2 are provided with arc surfaces, the left and right rigid vertical plate bodies 16-with the arc surfaces at the rotating free ends respectively form an eight-shaped closing-in structure 16-1 above the conveyor belt 13 (the azimuth shown in fig. 2), and the eight-shaped closing-in structures 16-1 are distributed in a bilateral axisymmetric manner by taking the transmission direction of the conveyor belt 13 as a symmetry axis.
In the above embodiment, it is preferable that: the structure of the conveyor is similar to that of an electric conveyor: namely, the conveyor comprises a frame 1 and a base 2; the frame body of the frame 1 fixedly supports the installation of the motor 3 through a motor installation seat; the power output shaft of the motor 3 is provided with a driving wheel 4; the driving wheel 4 (especially a belt wheel) is connected with the driven wheel 6 through a transmission belt; the driven wheel 6 is coaxially and fixedly connected with a roller shaft 7; the roller shaft 7 comprises a roller body for friction transmission of the conveyor belt 13 and a supporting shaft for supporting the roller shaft 7 to rotate actively or passively, namely, the roller shaft 7 is integrally formed by a middle roller body and a rotating supporting shaft which is coaxially and fixedly connected with the shaft end of the middle roller body into a whole. The supporting shaft of the roller shaft 7 is rotatably supported and installed through a bearing 8; the bearing 8 is fixedly supported and installed on the frame body of the frame 1 through a bearing sleeve 9.
In the above embodiment, further: when the roller shaft 7 is tensioned and the conveyor belt 13 is lifted to convey the tobacco bale 14, adjustment of mounting heights of the roller shaft 7 at different positions relative to the frame body of the frame 1 can be realized, so that slope conveying of the tobacco bale 14 on the conveyor belt 13 is realized, a simple and convenient lifting adjusting function of the roller shaft 7 on the frame 1 is realized, and further: the outer side of the middle part of the frame body of the frame 1 (see the azimuth shown in fig. 2) takes the frame body of the frame 1 as a symmetry axis, and left and right horizontal extension plates 11 (see fig. 2 and fig. 1) are respectively and axially symmetrically and fixedly arranged; the upper ends (see the azimuth of figure 1) of the left and right horizontally extending plates 11 are vertically welded and fixedly connected with a plurality of pairs of parallel threaded rods 10; the middle part of the rod body of each pair of parallel threaded rods 10 is respectively and properly screwed with an upper nut 12 and a lower nut 12; each pair of threaded rods 10 respectively clamps and fixedly installs the bearing sleeve 9 by upper and lower nuts 12 on the threaded rods; the bearing sleeve 9 consists of an upper omega-shaped semicircular bearing sleeve 9-1 and a lower omega-shaped semicircular bearing sleeve 9-1 (see figure 1), the upper and lower omega-shaped semicircular bearing sleeves 9-1 clamp and fix the bearing outer ring of the bearing 8 in a butt-clamping manner, the upper and lower omega-shaped semicircular bearing sleeves 9-1 are matched with a proper matching threaded rod 10 rod body through a through hole vertical clearance formed in a horizontal plate body at the outer side of the sleeve body, and then are respectively installed through screwing an upper nut downwards, screwing the upper nut upwards and clamping the bearing sleeve 9 in a butt-clamping manner through an upper nut 12; then the bearing sleeve 9 is internally clamped in a sleeve body to clamp and fix the bearing outer ring of the bearing 8; the bearing inner ring of the bearing 8 rotatably supports the rotary installation of the roller shaft 7; the roller shaft 7 comprises a driving roller shaft and a plurality of driven roller shafts, and the following needs to be described: the driving roller shaft 7 is driven to rotate by a motor. The conveyor belt 13 is tensioned between the driving roller shafts and the driven roller shafts at the head and the tail of the conveyor, and the tobacco bale 14 is transported forward by the conveyor belt 13; other driven roller shafts are respectively rotatably installed relative to the frame body of the frame 1 through two parallel threaded rods 10, an upper nut 12, a lower nut 12, a bearing sleeve 9 and a bearing 8; the threaded rod 10 is screwed and is axially displaced by the upper and lower nuts 12 which are matched with the threaded rod, so that the bearing sleeve 9, the bearing 8 and the roller shaft 7 which are supported by the threaded rod are lifted or lowered to adjust the installation height of the left and right horizontally extending plates 11 relative to the frame 1.
In the above embodiment, further: to reduce the frictional contact resistance of the pack at the closing end of the rotating plate 16: the rotating free ends of the splayed closing-in structures 16-1 of the left and right rotating plates 16, which are in friction contact with the cigarette packet 14, are provided with smooth arc surfaces, so that the cigarette packet 14 can smoothly pass through the closing-in ends of the rotating plates 16 under the active transmission action of the conveyor belt 13.
It can be found from the above description that, firstly, the invention can realize the rapid disassembly, installation and replacement of the left and right guide baffles 22 with different widths by only directly rapidly extracting the left and right sliding plates 20 and the left and right guide baffles 22 from the open end sliding groove 19 of the conveyor frame 1 without disassembling and installing any fastener, thereby effectively ensuring the efficient detection and conveying of the appearance quality of the tobacco bale 14 on the conveyor conveying line.
Secondly, one end of a rotating plate 16 is hinged, the other end of the rotating plate 16 is closed, and a compression spring 18 is arranged outside the closing end plate; under the action of active transmission traction force of the tobacco bale conveyor, when the tobacco bale 14 passes through the closing end of the rotating plate 16, the eight-shaped closing rotating plate 16 which is symmetrically arranged relative to the left and right axes of the transmission belt 13 is extruded by the tobacco bale 14, and under the active transmission of the transmission belt 13, the tobacco bale 14 is transmitted through the closing end, so that the guiding and righting of the tobacco bale 14 are realized; and the packet 14 passes through the closing end of the rotating plate 16: the closing end of the rotating plate 16 automatically restores to the initial position under the action of the reset elastic force of the spring 18 so as to start the righting and guiding of the next cigarette packet 14; through the spring rotating plate of splayed binding off, cooperate left and right guide baffle 22 combined action, realize that tobacco bale 14 is more reliable to lead positive transmission on the outward appearance detection conveyer, and the skew effect is good, simple structure, and it is convenient to maintain, economical and practical easily realizes.
Moreover, the invention adopts the mode that the vertical width interval of the inner sides of the left guide baffle plate 22 and the right guide baffle plate 22 is smaller than the diagonal length of the tobacco bale 14 to realize the secondary anti-collision excessive deflection guide of the tobacco bale 14 in the long-distance transmission process of the inner sides of the guide baffle plates 22; in conjunction with the active contact centering of the initial spring 18 and the rotating plate 16, a more reliable anti-deflection centering transmission effect can be achieved over a longer distance.
In conclusion, compared with a pneumatic or hydraulic guide device, the guide device is simple in structure, economical, practical, simple and convenient to maintain and easy to implement; and the elastic guide function of the initial spring rotating plate cooperates with the long-distance rigid anti-deflection guide of the left and right guide baffles 22 at the later stage; the long-distance appearance detection of the tobacco package is good in deflection prevention and positive guide transmission reliability; the structure is simple, the maintenance is convenient, and the installation and the realization are easy; is economical and practical, and has more popularization and application values.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: first (see fig. 3): when the size of the cigarette packet 14 is changed, the left and right connecting seats 21 of the left and right sliding plates 20 are horizontally pulled out outwards from the direction perpendicular to the paper surface of the open end of the conveyor shown in fig. 3; because the left and right slide plates 20 are fixedly connected with the left and right guide baffles 22 (such as welded or fastened together) through the left and right connecting seats 21 of the plate body, the left and right guide baffles 22 are also removed together; then, according to the new size of the cigarette packet 14, another set of left and right guide baffles 22 and left and right sliding plates 20 with proper sizes are selected, and under the sliding fit action of the left and right sliding grooves 19 and the sliding blocks of the left and right sliding plates 20, a new set of left and right guide baffles 22 and left and right sliding plates 20 are reinserted and installed, so that the deflection-preventing guide and positive transmission of the left and right guide baffles 22 to the cigarette packet 14 is realized.
Referring again to fig. 2: when the cigarette packet 14 passes through the rotating plate 16, as the dimension D shown in fig. 2 is smaller than D, the closing end of the rotating plate 16 is pushed open by the cigarette packet 14, and the compression spring 18 is converted from the natural expanding state to the compressed state; when the cigarette packet 14 is continuously and actively transmitted forward by the conveyor belt 13 and passes through the closing end of the rotating plate 16, the compressed compression spring 18 automatically pushes the closing end of the rotating plate 16 to return to the natural expanding state of the compression spring 18 under the action of elastic potential energy recovery; the process is performed by a rotating plate 16 which is installed in a left-right axisymmetric manner; the correction and centralization transmission of the rotating plate 16 to the cigarette packet 14 is realized.
Referring again to fig. 1: the lifting adjustment requirement of the roller shaft 7 with the height difference of the roller shaft 7 at the opposite end of the starting end of the conveyor is met when the roller shaft 7 and the conveyor belt 13 are used for conveying the slopes of the cigarette packets 14. When in use, the utility model is characterized in that: the height of the upper nut 12 and the lower nut 12 relative to the threaded rod 10 is only screwed, and the upper nut 12 and the lower nut 12 are kept to be clamped and clamped with the bearing sleeve 9 all the time, so that the installation height of the roller shaft 7 supported by the bearing 8 fixedly installed in the bearing sleeve 9 is adjusted, and the slope transmission height adjusting function between the active roller shaft 7 and the passive roller shaft 7 on the conveyor is realized; moreover, the lifting height of the roller shaft 7 is simple and convenient to adjust, and the bearing 8 is also simple and convenient to install in the bearing sleeve 9; when the height of the roller shaft 7 can be adjusted by screwing the height of the upper nut 12 and the lower nut 12 relative to the threaded rod 10 in axial displacement.
In summary, compared with the prior art: the invention designs a deflection-preventing guide device of a tobacco bale appearance detection conveyor, which is convenient to rapidly pull, detach and replace left and right guide baffles 22 with different thicknesses; the spring rotating plate 16 with the splayed closing-in structure with the automatic rebound reset function is adopted, so that the more reliable correction and guide transmission of the cigarette packets on the conveyor belt is effectively improved; thereby further improving the appearance detection efficiency of the tobacco bale and correcting and guiding transmission effect.
It will be evident to those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the details of the foregoing illustrative embodiments, and that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof.
