Abstract

本发明涉及单向阀成型设备领域,尤其是微型热缩管单向阀的快速成型装置。该成型装置设备包括基座、成型腔、上电热丝、下电热丝、热缩管夹具、升降机构和预紧压针,所述基座从下到上依次固定有成型腔、热缩管夹具、升降机构,成型腔上盖板内壁上固定有上电热丝,成型腔下盖板内壁上固定有下电热丝,升降机构的升降端固定有预紧压针。该发明通过成型腔与电热丝来收缩热缩管的上下两端。通过升降机构驱使预紧压针将球形阀芯压在热缩管内。本发明的结构简单且成本较低。产品生产误差小,便于大批量生产。

微型热缩管单向阀的快速成型装置
技术领域
本发明涉及单向阀成型设备领域,尤其是微型热缩管单向阀的快速成型装置。
背景技术
在微流控***中常常需要体积小、便于快速连接、制作简便的单向阀,然而目前常用的单向阀大多难以适用于微流控***。基于上述要求产生了一种微型热缩管单向阀。其原理主要利用热缩管的热缩特性制作单向阀的阀体,以球形阀芯和不锈钢弹簧组合实现单向连通功能。但传统制作成型过程效率低,且个体间误差较大,完全依赖手工操作,不利于大批量生产。
发明内容
为了克服现有的热缩管单向阀的生产效率低的不足,本发明提供了微型热缩管单向阀的快速成型装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种微型热缩管单向阀的快速成型装置,包括基座、成型腔、上电热丝、下电热丝、热缩管夹具、升降机构和预紧压针,所述基座从下到上依次固定有成型腔、热缩管夹具、升降机构,成型腔上盖板内壁上固定有上电热丝,成型腔下盖板内壁上固定有下电热丝,升降机构的升降端固定有预紧压针。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述上电热丝与下电热丝的材质为电阻丝或碳纤维加热丝或电热陶瓷。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述预紧压针的针头为Y形。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述成型腔内壁上固定有光电传感器。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述升降机构为单出杆气缸。
本发明的有益效果是,该发明通过成型腔与电热丝来收缩热缩管的上下两端。通过升降机构驱使预紧压针将球形阀芯压在热缩管内。本发明的结构简单且成本较低。产品生产误差小,便于大批量生产。

具体实施方式
图1是本发明的结构示意图,图2是本发明的热缩管未收缩时的结构示意图,图3是本发明的热缩管收缩后的结构示意图。本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种微型热缩管单向阀的快速成型装置,包括基座1、成型腔2、上电热丝3、下电热丝4、热缩管夹具5、升降机构6和预紧压针7,所述基座1从下到上依次固定有成型腔2、热缩管夹具5、升降机构6,成型腔2上盖板内壁上固定有上电热丝3,成型腔2下盖板内壁上固定有下电热丝4,升降机构6的升降端固定有预紧压针7。所述上电热丝3与下电热丝4的材质为电阻丝或碳纤维加热丝或电热陶瓷。所述预紧压针7的针头为Y形。所述成型腔2内壁上固定有光电传感器8。所述升降机构6为单出杆气缸。
如附图1所示,首先将热缩管放入到成型腔2内,热缩管顶端穿出成型腔2,并被热缩管夹具5夹持定位。热缩管底端则置于成型腔2底部的环形定位槽内。此时预紧压针7置于热缩管夹具5内。
如附图2所示,下电热丝4加热使得热缩管底端受热收缩,收缩完成后停止加热。然后将不锈钢弹簧和球形阀芯,从热缩管的顶端开口处放入管内。
如附图3所示,升降机构6的出杆伸出并带动预紧压针7往下移动,预紧压针7穿过热缩管夹具5并穿入成型腔2内。倒Y形的预紧压针7的叉头贴合住球形阀芯,将球形阀芯往下压,而不锈钢弹簧则被压缩预紧。当球形阀芯移动至光电传感器8前方,光电传感器8感应到球形阀芯,此时光电传感器将感应信号传送给工控机,由工控机控制升降机构6停止让预紧压针7继续往下移动。此时上电热丝3对热缩管上部加热,使得热缩管上部受热收缩,收缩完成之后停止加热。
最后升降机构6驱使预紧压针7退出热缩管并移动至初始位置。再将穿出成型腔2的多余部分剪除,再将安装好的热缩管单向阀从成型腔2内取出。

1.一种微型热缩管单向阀的快速成型装置,其特征是,包括基座(1)、成型腔(2)、上电热丝(3)、下电热丝(4)、热缩管夹具(5)、升降机构(6)和预紧压针(7),所述基座(1)从下到上依次固定有成型腔(2)、热缩管夹具(5)、升降机构(6),成型腔(2)上盖板内壁上固定有上电热丝(3),成型腔(2)下盖板内壁上固定有下电热丝(4),升降机构(6)的升降端固定有预紧压针(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的微型热缩管单向阀的快速成型装置,其特征是,所述上电热丝(3)与下电热丝(4)的材质为电阻丝或碳纤维加热丝或电热陶瓷。
3.根据权利要求1所述的微型热缩管单向阀的快速成型装置,其特征是,所述预紧压针(7)的针头为Y形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的微型热缩管单向阀的快速成型装置,其特征是,所述成型腔(2)内壁上固定有光电传感器(8)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的微型热缩管单向阀的快速成型装置,其特征是,所述升降机构(6)为单出杆气缸。
