The preparation method of the anti-hair loss shampoo comprises the following steps:
(1) heating water to 80 ℃, adding sodium alginate hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, polyquaternium-10, sodium hyaluronate, dimethiconol, pyridoxine and panthenol, stirring uniformly, cooling to 50 ℃, adding sodium laureth sulfate, cocamide MEA, ethylene glycol distearate, cetearyl alcohol, cocamidopropyl betaine, citrulline, zinc pyrithione, carbomer, phenoxyethanol, sodium benzoate and EDTA-disodium, and stirring uniformly to obtain a mixture A;
(2) adding rhizoma Zingiberis recens extract, radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract, folium Platycladi extract and rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong extract into water in sequence, stirring, and heating by stages, wherein the heating by stages comprises heating to 30 deg.C for 8min for the first time, heating to 38 deg.C for 8min again to obtain mixture B;
(3) and (2) cooling the mixture A in the step (1) to 25 ℃, adding the mixture B, CI16255, the CI19140, the CI42090 and the essence, and uniformly stirring to obtain the anti-hair loss shampoo.
Wherein the water in the step (1) accounts for 20% of the total weight of the added water, and the water in the step (2) accounts for 80% of the total weight of the added water.
Example 2
The anti-hair loss shampoo comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 18% ginger extract, 4% sophora flavescens root extract, 6% cacumen biotae extract, 3% ligusticum wallichii extract, 22% sodium laureth sulfate, 3% cocamide MEA, 1.5% ethylene glycol distearate, 1% cetyl alcohol, 5% cocamidopropyl betaine, 1% guar hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride, 0.5% polyquaternium-10, 0.1% sodium hyaluronate, 0.18% citric acid, 1.5% zinc pyrithione, 1.8% dimethiconol, 1% pyridoxine, 0.5% carbomer, 0.8% panthenol, 0.5% phenoxyethanol, 0.5% sodium benzoate, 0.2% disodium EDTA-disodium, 0.0015% CI16255, 0.0002% CI19140, 0.0008% CI42090, 0.5% essence, and the balance water.
The preparation method of the anti-hair loss shampoo comprises the following steps:
(1) heating water to 85 ℃, adding sodium alginate hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, polyquaternium-10, sodium hyaluronate, dimethiconol, pyridoxine and panthenol, stirring uniformly, cooling to 55 ℃, adding sodium laureth sulfate, cocamide MEA, ethylene glycol distearate, cetearyl alcohol, cocamidopropyl betaine, citrulline, zinc pyrithione, carbomer, phenoxyethanol, sodium benzoate and EDTA-disodium, and stirring uniformly to obtain a mixture A;
(2) adding rhizoma Zingiberis recens extract, radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract, folium Platycladi extract and rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong extract into water in sequence, stirring, and heating by stages, wherein the heating by stages comprises heating to 35 deg.C for 10min for the first time, heating to 42 deg.C for 10min again to obtain mixture B;
(3) and (2) cooling the mixture A in the step (1) to 25 ℃, adding the mixture B, CI16255, the CI19140, the CI42090 and the essence, and uniformly stirring to obtain the anti-hair loss shampoo.
Wherein the water in the step (1) accounts for 40% of the total weight of the added water, and the water in the step (2) accounts for 60% of the total weight of the added water.

The anti-hair loss shampoo comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 15% ginger extract, 3.2% sophora flavescens root extract, 5% cacumen biotae extract, 2.4% ligusticum wallichii extract, 21% sodium laureth sulfate, 2% cocamide MEA, 0.8% ethylene glycol distearate, 0.6% cetearyl alcohol, 4.5% cocamidopropyl betaine, 0.5% guar hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride, 0.2% polyquaternium-10, 0.05% sodium hyaluronate, 0.1% citric acid, 1% zinc pyrithione, 1.2% dimethiconol, 0.5% pyridoxine, 0.25% carbomer, 0.5% panthenol, 0.2% phenoxyethanol, 0.25% sodium benzoate, 0.15% disodium EDTA, 0.002% CI16255, 0.0003% CI19140, 0.001% CI42090, 0.2% essence, and the balance water.

(2) adding rhizoma Zingiberis recens extract, radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract, folium Platycladi extract and rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong extract into water in sequence, stirring, and heating by stages, wherein the heating by stages comprises heating to 33 deg.C for 9min for the first time, heating to 40 deg.C for 9min again to obtain mixture B;
(3) and (2) cooling the mixture A in the step (1) to 25 ℃, adding the mixture B, CI16255, the CI19140, the CI42090 and the essence, and uniformly stirring to obtain the anti-hair loss shampoo.

(3) and (2) cooling the mixture A in the step (1) to 25 ℃, adding the mixture B, CI16255, the CI19140, the CI42090 and the essence, and uniformly stirring to obtain the anti-hair loss shampoo.

The preparation method of the anti-hair loss shampoo comprises the following steps:
(1) heating water to 84 ℃, adding sodium alginate hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, polyquaternium-10, sodium hyaluronate, dimethiconol, pyridoxine and panthenol, stirring uniformly, cooling to 54 ℃, adding sodium laureth sulfate, cocamide MEA, ethylene glycol distearate, cetearyl alcohol, cocamidopropyl betaine, citrulline, zinc pyrithione, carbomer, phenoxyethanol, sodium benzoate and EDTA-disodium, and stirring uniformly to obtain a mixture A;
(2) adding rhizoma Zingiberis recens extract, radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract, folium Platycladi extract and rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong extract into water in sequence, stirring, and heating by stages, wherein the heating by stages comprises heating to 34 deg.C for 10min for the first time, heating to 41 deg.C for 10min again to obtain mixture B;
(3) and (2) cooling the mixture A in the step (1) to 25 ℃, adding the mixture B, CI16255, the CI19140, the CI42090 and the essence, and uniformly stirring to obtain the anti-hair loss shampoo.
Wherein the water in the step (1) accounts for 40% of the total weight of the added water, and the water in the step (2) accounts for 60% of the total weight of the added water.

The only difference from example 3 is that the weight ratio of ginger extract, sophora flavescens root extract, cacumen biotae extract and ligusticum wallichii extract is 5:3:1:2 (the total weight of ginger extract, sophora flavescens root extract, cacumen biotae extract and ligusticum wallichii extract is the same as example 3).
Comparative example 4
The only difference from example 3 is that the weight ratio of zinc pyrithione, dimethicone alcohol and pyridoxine is 4:1:1 (the total weight of zinc pyrithione, dimethicone alcohol and pyridoxine is consistent with example 3).
Comparative example 5
The only difference from example 3 is that the preparation process is carried out by heating to 75 ℃ in step (1); cooling to 60 ℃; the step (2) of heating in stages comprises the steps of heating to 25 ℃ for the first time, keeping for 7min, heating to 45 ℃ again, and keeping for 12 min; and (4) cooling to 25 ℃ in the step (3).
Comparative example 6
The only difference from example 3 is that the temperature was raised to 40 ℃ in step (2) without stepwise raising the temperature, and the temperature was maintained for 18 minutes.

Skin irritation and allergy test
Test animals: 96 young guinea pigs weighing about 200g were obtained.
The test method comprises the following steps: the guinea pigs were divided into 12 groups, each group had 8 animals, the backs of the guinea pigs were shaved (the shaving area was 3 × 3cm), after 24 hours, the hair removal regions were smeared with the shampoos of examples 1 to 5 or comparative examples 1 to 7, after 30 minutes, the shampoos were washed with warm water, the skin of the guinea pigs were observed for erythema or edema 1 hour and 24 hours after washing the shampoos, the stimulation intensity was judged according to the score of the score criteria and the intensity criteria, and the relevant judgment criteria are shown in table 1. The skin allergy was observed, and after 24 hours, the skin allergy was observed again (symptoms such as uneasiness, nasal obstruction, sneezing, dyspnea, hair erection, incontinence of urine and stool, spastic jump, and death) and the observed results were summarized in Table 2.

As can be seen from table 2, the guinea pigs affected by the shampoos in examples 1 to 5, comparative example 1, comparative example 3 and comparative example 5 to 7 have no irritation and allergy after irritation test and allergy test, and the guinea pigs affected by the shampoos in comparative example 2 and comparative example 4 have slight irritation and slight allergy at 1 hour, but the irritation and allergy disappear after 24 hours, so that the irritation and sensitization of the shampoo to the body are greatly affected by the ratio of the raw materials.
Second, alopecia prevention effect test
200 volunteers with symptoms of alopecia and scalp itching were selected and aged between 25 and 50 years, and randomly divided into 10 groups of 20 persons each, and the shampoos in examples 1-5, comparative example 1, comparative example 3, and comparative examples 5-7 (excluded from the test of the present invention because the shampoos in comparative examples 2 and 4 have stimulating and sensitizing effects on animals) were used, respectively.
The test method comprises the following steps: each person washes hair once every morning, and observes the symptoms such as alopecia and scalp itch on the next day after washing hair continuously for one week, the effect evaluation standard is shown in table 3, the number of people in each group is counted to table 4 according to the effect evaluation, and meanwhile, the volunteers investigate the sensory evaluation of shampoo on vision, smell, feeling and the like and record the score (the maximum score is 10).

As can be seen from table 4, the shampoo in examples 1 to 5 has better alopecia prevention and itching relieving effects and sensory evaluation of volunteers, wherein the shampoo in example 3 has the optimal alopecia prevention, itching relieving effects and sensory evaluation conditions, and the shampoo in comparative examples 1, 3 and 5 to 7 has the alopecia prevention, itching relieving effects and sensory evaluation conditions which are inferior to those of example 3, mainly manifested in that the total effective rate is lower or the number of significant persons is relatively small, so that the raw material content and the preparation method of the shampoo influence the performance of the shampoo.
Finally, it should be noted that the above-mentioned contents are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention, and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, and that the simple modifications or equivalent substitutions of the technical solutions of the present invention by those of ordinary skill in the art can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.

The anti-hair loss shampoo is characterized in that: the raw materials comprise: ginger extract, sophora flavescens root extract, cacumen biotae extract, ligusticum wallichii extract, sodium laureth sulfate, cocamide MEA, ethylene glycol distearate, cetyl stearate alcohol, cocamidopropyl betaine, guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, polyquaternium-10, sodium hyaluronate, citric acid, zinc pyrithione, dimethiconol, pyridoxine, carbomer, panthenol, phenoxyethanol, sodium benzoate, EDTA-disodium, a colorant, an essence and the balance of water.

The anti-hair loss shampoo according to claim 1, wherein: the raw materials comprise the following components in percentage by weight: 12-18% of ginger extract, 2.8-4% of kushen root extract, 4-6% of cacumen biotae extract, 2-3% of ligusticum wallichii extract, 20-22% of sodium laureth sulfate, 1-3% of cocamide MEA, 0.5-1.5% of ethylene glycol distearate, 0.2-1% of cetylstearyl alcohol, 3.5-5% of cocamidopropyl betaine, 0.2-1% of guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, 0.1-0.5% of polyquaternium-10, 0.01-0.1% of sodium hyaluronate, 0.05-0.18% of citric acid, 0.5-1.5% of zinc pyrithione, 0.8-1.8% of dimethiconol, 0.2-1% of pyridoxine, 0.1-0.5% of carbomer, 0.1-0.8% of panthenol, 0.1-0.5% of ethanol, 0.1-0.5% of phenoxy benzoic acid, 0.1-0.5% of sodium formate, 0.1-0.1% of disodium EDTA, 0.0016-0.0065% of colorant, 0.1-0.5% of essence and the balance of water.

The anti-hair loss shampoo according to claim 2, wherein: the raw materials comprise the following components in percentage by weight: 14-16% ginger extract, 3-3.5% kuh-seng root extract, 4.5-5.5% cacumen Platycladi extract, 2.2-2.8% rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong extract, 20.5-21.5% sodium laureth sulfate, 1.8-2.8% cocamide MEA, 0.6-1.2% ethylene glycol distearate, 0.5-0.8% cetyl stearyl alcohol, 1.5-2.5% cocamidopropyl betaine, 0.3-0.8% guar hydroxypropyl trimonium chloride, 0.15-0.4% polyquaternium-10, 0.02-0.08% sodium hyaluronate, 0.08-0.12% citric acid, 0.8-1.2% zinc pyrithione, 1-1.5% dimethiconol, 0.3-0.8% pyridoxine, 0.2-0.4% carbomer, 0.2-0.6% phenoxyethanol, 0.15-0.15% sodium benzoate, 0.12% disodium EDTA, 0.3-0.8% sodium benzoate, 0.0025-0.0049% of colorant, 0.12-0.3% of essence and the balance of water.
4. The anti-hair loss shampoo according to claim 1, wherein: the weight ratio of the ginger extract to the sophora flavescens root extract to the cacumen biotae extract to the ligusticum wallichii extract is 6-9:1.5-2:2-3: 1-1.5.
5. The anti-hair loss shampoo according to claim 4, wherein: the weight ratio of the ginger extract to the sophora flavescens root extract to the cacumen biotae extract to the ligusticum wallichii extract is 7-9:1.6:2-3: 1.2.
6. The anti-hair loss shampoo according to claim 1, wherein: the weight ratio of the zinc pyrithione to the polydimethylsiloxane alcohol to the pyridoxine is 1-3:2-3: 1.
7. The anti-hair loss shampoo according to claim 6, wherein: the weight ratio of the zinc pyrithione to the polydimethylsiloxane alcohol to the pyridoxine is 2:2-3: 1.
8. The anti-hair loss shampoo according to claim 3, wherein: the colorant is one or more of CI16255, CI19140 and CI 42090.
9. The method for preparing shampoo for preventing hair loss as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) heating water, adding sodium alginate hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, polyquaternium-10, sodium hyaluronate, dimethiconol, pyridoxine and panthenol, stirring uniformly, cooling, adding sodium laureth sulfate, cocamide MEA, ethylene glycol distearate, cetearyl alcohol, cocamidopropyl betaine, citrulline, zinc pyrithione, carbomer, phenoxyethanol, sodium benzoate and EDTA-disodium, and stirring uniformly to obtain a mixture A;
(2) adding rhizoma Zingiberis recens extract, radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract, folium Platycladi extract and rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong extract into water in sequence, stirring, and heating by stages to obtain mixture B;
(3) and (2) cooling the mixture A in the step (1), adding the mixture B, CI16255, the CI19140, the CI42090 and the essence, and uniformly stirring to obtain the anti-hair loss shampoo.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein: heating to 80-85 ℃ in the step (1); cooling to 50-55 ℃; the staged heating in the step (2) comprises the steps of heating to 30-35 ℃ for the first time, keeping for 8-10min, heating to 38-42 ℃ again, and keeping for 8-10 min; and (4) cooling in the step (3) to 25 ℃.
