本发明涉及一种耐磨合成纤维绳及合成纤维绳耐磨剂,合成纤维绳包括绳股和包覆体,绳股的绳丝经过耐磨剂喷涂,耐磨剂与绳股形成一体,消除绳体内部绳丝间、绳股间的摩擦受损,传动用绳在通过绳轮时的弯曲变形、挤压变形引起的绳丝间、绳股间的摩擦减弱,避免应力集中,保护绳丝不受摩擦的破坏。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种牵引绳及耐磨剂,特别是一种合成纤维绳耐磨剂及耐磨合成纤维绳。
背景技术
工业传动绳的耐磨性能直接影响设备的安全和使用寿命。传动次数越多,使用寿命越长,成本越节省。如现有的电梯驱动钢丝绳的驱动次数国家标准为180万次。合成纤维绳具有较好的抗弯曲性能,但是丝体之间在受力情况下产生摩擦,应力难以消除,影响合成纤维绳体的使用寿命。一般高强度合成纤维绳的牵引次数低于180万次,牵引次数没有大幅的提高。
专利CN106400549A一种高强度耐磨型组合缆绳,CN101987653A耐磨、防火复合缆绳, CN207047585U一种特种化纤耐磨绳缆,CN108625210A一种耐磨高强缆绳及其制造方法,CN 205591034U一种聚氨酯复合耐磨涂层缆绳。
CN106400549A是通过硅胶涂层增加绳本体的耐磨性;CN101987653A公布了一种由两条绳索和连接扣组成一整体绳索,在两条绳索中的一条非金属绳索的外表面或部分外表面包覆一层防火耐磨的复合纤维布来增加耐磨性;CN207047585U是在绳体外层设有耐磨层提高整个缆绳的耐磨性;CN108625210A是将芳纶纤维编织成高韧耐磨套管包裹住绳芯体,再在套管外浸渍、涂覆一层PTFE为基体的特制耐磨涂层来提高缆绳的耐磨性;CN205591034U是在绳体保护层的外表面和和缆绳本体的露出部分喷涂聚氨酯来提高缆绳的耐磨效果。
上述专利是通过外表面耐磨涂层或套管来提高绳体的耐磨性能,但是经过一定的使用磨擦后,耐磨涂层极易受损,从而快速地降低绳体的耐磨性;而且涂层或套管与缆绳本体之间会出现分离的问题,更不能消除绳体内部绳丝间、绳股间的磨擦受损,不能从根本上解决用于传动绳的弯曲变形、挤压变形而引起的摩擦对绳丝的损伤。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种新型纤维耐磨剂用于传动用绳,耐磨剂与绳股形成一体,消除绳体内部绳丝间、绳股间的摩擦受损,传动用绳在通过绳轮时的弯曲变形、挤压变形引起的绳丝间、绳股间的摩擦减弱,避免应力集中,保护绳丝不受摩擦的破坏。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种合成纤维绳耐磨剂,包括二硫化钼(MoS2)、三氧化二锑(Sb2O3)、环氧树脂加改性聚氨酯、碳硼烷聚酯,质量配比为:二硫化钼0.1%~0.3%、三氧化二锑0.1%~0.5%、环氧树脂加改性聚氨酯40%~60%、碳硼烷聚酯40%~60%,二硫化钼和三氧化二锑的粒度为2000目。
其制备过程为:将含量为0.1%~0.3%粒度为2000目的二硫化钼(MoS2)、含量为0.1%~0.5%粒度为2000目的三氧化二锑(Sb2O3)与含量为40%~60%的环氧树脂和改性聚氨酯在120℃~180℃融合6~8小时,再与40%~60%的碳硼烷聚酯胶进行混炼2小时,静置,制成耐磨剂。
一种耐磨合成纤维绳,包括合成纤维绳股和包裹在绳股表面的包覆体,所述绳股由合成纤维丝捻制而成,在合成纤维绳丝进行捻制前用氮气驱动将前述耐磨剂喷入绳丝中,再干燥后捻制成绳股。
所述耐磨剂的耐磨机理是:MoS2与Sb2O3在一起具有协同耐磨效应,Sb2O3的存在可以使MoS2更好地取向,从而绳丝在弯曲时受到的应力更好地传递扩散,从而避免应力集中,保护绳丝不受摩擦的破坏。
按上述方案,所述合成纤维为PBO、碳纤维、芳纶纤维的一种或几种混合体。
按上述方案,所述包覆体用聚氨酯制成。
本发明有益效果在于:
1、本发明耐磨剂可很好的提升合成纤维绳股的耐磨性能;
2、通过耐磨剂的应力传递扩散作用,制成的传动用绳在通过绳轮时的弯曲变形、挤压变形引起的绳丝间、绳股间相对错位时的摩擦减弱,保护绳丝不受摩擦的破坏。
3、纤维制成的牵引绳的绳股结构致密,各绳股均与周围其他绳股线接触,抗挤压能力强,确保牵引绳内部不产生自转力,杜绝牵引绳内的绳丝受剪切力破坏的现象,延长了牵引绳的使用寿命。
4、采用耐磨剂后的动用合成绳的传动次数可高达1180万次,是同径钢丝传动次数的3 倍以上。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明。
实施例1
一种新型纤维耐磨剂由2000目的二硫化钼、三氧化二锑与环氧树脂加改性聚氨酯和碳硼烷聚酯胶组成,其质量配比为:二硫化钼0.2%、三氧化二锑0.4%,环氧树脂和改性聚氨酯 59.4%,碳硼烷聚酯40%,二硫化钼、三氧化二锑与环氧树脂加改性聚氨酯在120℃温度下进行混炼融合6小时,再与碳硼烷聚酯混炼2小时,静置,制成耐磨剂。
一种合成纤维绳,包括合成纤维绳股和包裹在绳股表面的包覆体,所述绳股由合成纤维丝捻制而成,在合成纤维绳丝进行捻制前用氮气驱动(压力为0.2MPa)将前述耐磨剂喷涂绳丝中,再干燥后捻制成绳股。相邻绳股间相切接触布置,外层用聚氨酯作为包裹体进行包裹,具体浸润工艺为:将纤维丝以牵引方式,通过温度为80℃的耐磨剂凝胶体。
传动用纤维绳的传动次数为1180万次以上,是同径钢丝制缆绳的3倍以上。
实施例2
与实施例1不同的是,一种新型纤维耐磨剂,其组成改变成质量配比为:二硫化钼0.1%,三氧化二锑0.5%份,环氧树脂和改性聚氨酯40%,碳硼烷聚酯59.4%,二硫化钼、三氧化二锑与环氧树脂加改性聚氨酯在160℃温度下进行混炼融合6小时,再与碳硼烷聚酯混炼2小时,静置,制成耐磨剂。喷涂工艺为:用0.2MPa的氮气做为驱动气体将温度为90℃的耐磨剂在稀释后喷入绳丝中。
所述相同工艺处理制成的传动用绳传动次数为1100万次。
实施例3
与实施例1不同的是,一种新型纤维耐磨剂,其组成改变成质量配比为:二硫化钼0.1%,三氧化二锑0.5%,环氧树脂和改性聚氨酯59.4%,碳硼烷聚酯40%二硫化钼、三氧化二锑与环氧树脂加改性聚氨酯在180℃温度下进行混炼融合6小时,再与碳硼烷聚酯混炼2小时,静置,制成耐磨剂。喷涂工艺为:用0.2MPa的氮气做为驱动气体将温度为120℃的耐磨剂在稀释后喷入绳丝中。
所述相同工艺处理制成的传动用绳传动次数为1150万次。
实施例4
与实施例1不同的是,一种新型纤维耐磨剂,其组成改变成质量配比为:二硫化钼0.3%,三氧化二锑0.1%,环氧树脂和改性聚氨酯59.6%,碳硼烷聚酯40%二硫化钼、三氧化二锑与环氧树脂加改性聚氨酯在160℃温度下进行混炼融合6小时,再与碳硼烷聚酯混炼2小时,静置,制成耐磨剂。喷涂工艺为:用0.2MPa的氮气做为驱动气体将温度为100℃的耐磨剂在稀释后喷入绳丝中。
所述相同工艺处理制成的传动用绳传动次数为1080万次。
实施例5
与实施例1不同的是,一种新型纤维耐磨剂,其组成改变成质量配比为:二硫化钼0.3%,三氧化二锑0.1%,环氧树脂和改性聚氨酯40%,碳硼烷聚酯59.6%,二硫化钼、三氧化二锑与环氧树脂加改性聚氨酯在160℃温度下进行混炼融合6小时,再与碳硼烷聚酯混炼2小时,静置,制成耐磨剂。喷涂工艺为:用0.2MPa的氮气做为驱动气体将温度为900℃的耐磨剂在稀释后喷入绳丝中。
所述相同工艺处理制成的传动用绳传动次数为1020万次。

Claims (5)

1.一种合成纤维绳耐磨剂,包括二硫化钼、三氧化二锑、环氧树脂加改性聚氨酯、碳硼烷聚酯,质量配比为:二硫化钼0.1%~0.3%、三氧化二锑0.1%~0.5%、环氧树脂加改性聚氨酯40%~60%、碳硼烷聚酯40%~60%,二硫化钼和三氧化二锑的粒度为2000目。
2.一种耐磨合成纤维绳,包括合成纤维绳股和包裹在绳股表面的包覆体,其特征在于:所述绳股由合成纤维丝捻制而成,在合成纤维绳丝进行捻制前用氮气驱动将权利要求1所述的耐磨剂喷涂绳丝中,再干燥后捻制成绳股。
3.根据权利要求2所述的耐磨合成纤维绳,其特征在于:所述合成纤维为PBO、碳纤维、芳纶纤维的一种或几种混合体。
4.根据权利要求2所述的耐磨合成纤维绳,其特征在于:所述包覆体用聚氨酯制成。
5.根据权利要求2所述的耐磨合成纤维绳,其特征在于:所述喷涂方式具体为用0.2MPa的氮气做为驱动气体将温度为80℃~120℃的耐磨剂喷入绳丝中。
