The invention discloses an antibacterial PP film and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) calcining the nano silver sol at the temperature of 180-250 ℃ for 1-3h to obtain nano silver powder; (2) mixing the nano silver powder with PP film raw materials, and performing melt extrusion to obtain the antibacterial PP film. The method comprises the steps of calcining the nano silver sol, and then adding the calcined nano silver sol into a PP film raw material. In plastic film decorative materials, a PVC film and a PP film are very common, but because the PVC film and the PP film have different properties, the PVC film and the PP film are modified in an antibacterial function by different means.
For softer, more ductile PVC films, the antimicrobial agent is added directly to the PVC film. The invention discloses a corrosion-resistant, pollution-resistant, mildew-proof and bacteria-proof wall decoration film as disclosed in the Chinese patent application with the publication number of CN109057208A, which sequentially comprises a non-woven fabric layer, a water-based hot melt adhesive layer, a PVC film layer, a second UV coating, an ink printing layer and a first UV coating, wherein the first UV coating and the second UV coating are composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of polyether urethane acrylate, 15-25 parts of organic silicon acrylate, 8-12 parts of fluorine-containing acrylate, 4-14 parts of photoinitiator, 6-15 parts of active diluent, 1-4 parts of nano-silver antibacterial agent, 0.15-0.4 part of flatting agent and 0.15-0.4 part of defoaming agent; the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing polyether polyurethane acrylic resin, organic silicon acrylate, fluorine-containing acrylate, a photoinitiator and an active diluent, heating to 55-65 ℃, stirring at a high speed for 60-120min, sequentially adding a nano-silver antibacterial agent, a leveling agent and an antifoaming agent, and continuing to stir at a high speed for 60 min.

Compared with PVC films, the PP film which does not contain chloride, is degradable and has good performances in all aspects meets the requirement of environmental protection, and is the trend of surface finish of wood products. Preferably, in the step (1) of the method for preparing the antibacterial PP film, the method for preparing the nano silver sol comprises:
dissolving a water-soluble protective agent in a silver nitrate aqueous solution with the concentration of 0.001-0.1mol/L, wherein the mass ratio of the water-soluble protective agent to silver nitrate is 0.5-10.0:1, and obtaining a solution A;
② carrying out ice bath on 0.001-0.2mol/L sodium borohydride aqueous solution for 10-30min to obtain solution B;
thirdly, dripping the solution A into the solution B at the dripping speed of 30-60 drops/min while stirring; after the solution A is dripped, continuously stirring for 20-40min to obtain the nano silver sol;
wherein the molar ratio of the sodium borohydride to the silver nitrate is 1.0-30.0: 1.
The nano silver sol with the particle size of 5-80nm can be obtained by adopting the method.
Preferably, in the step (2) of the above method for preparing the antibacterial PP film, the nano silver is calcined at 200 ℃ for 2 h.
Preferably, in the step (3) of the method for preparing the antibacterial PP film, the mass ratio of the nano silver powder to the PP film raw material is (0.5-20): 100.
The antibacterial PP film is prepared by the preparation method of the antibacterial PP film.
The antibacterial PP film comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-80 parts of polypropylene, 10-20 parts of vinyl t-butyl hydroperoxide silane, 1-10 parts of nano silver powder and 1-10 parts of an auxiliary agent.
The application of the antibacterial PP film in preparing the facing artificial board comprises the following steps:
sanding and dedusting a plain plate, and heating to 30-35 ℃;
and (II) applying PUR hot melt adhesive on the surface of the plain plate obtained in the step (I), pressing and sticking the antibacterial PP film on the surface of the plain plate at the temperature of 35 ℃ and under the pressure of 0.4MPa, and curing for 1-3h to obtain the facing artificial board.
The invention also provides a decorative artificial board which comprises a base material and a decorative layer pressed and attached to the surface of the base material, wherein the decorative layer is the antibacterial PP film.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
