3. An A1-grade fireproof water-based inorganic relief board according to claim 1, wherein the silica dispersion in the relief layer (1) and the primer bonding layer (2) is sodium silicate or potassium silicate or lithium silicate or silica sol.
4. The A1-grade fireproof water-based inorganic relief board according to claim 1, wherein the thickening agent in the relief layer (1) is cellulose ether or natural polymer or its derivatives or synthetic polymer.

The A1-grade fireproof water-based inorganic raised panel as claimed in claim 1, wherein the refractory filler in the raised layer (1) is ground magnesium oxide powder or magnesium hydroxide powder, and the product fineness mesh number of the ground magnesium oxide powder or magnesium hydroxide powder is 325-1200 meshes.

The A1-grade fireproof water-based inorganic raised panel as claimed in claim 1, wherein the stone powder filler in the raised layer (1) is talc powder, quartz powder, heavy calcium carbonate powder or light calcium carbonate powder, and the product fineness mesh number of the talc powder, quartz powder, heavy calcium carbonate powder or light calcium carbonate powder is 325-800 meshes.
7. A preparation method of A1-grade fireproof water-based inorganic relief board is characterized by comprising the following preparation steps:
1) weighing water, aqueous resin emulsion, silicon dioxide dispersion, thickening agent, aqueous dispersing agent, anti-blocking agent and preservative according to weight percentage, fully and uniformly stirring in a clean container by using a stirrer to form aqueous inorganic slurry of the relief layer, then pouring the aqueous inorganic slurry of the relief layer into a started kneader, pouring the refractory filler and the stone powder filler weighed in the rest relief layer (1) into the kneader, and kneading for 3-5 minutes to form soft slurry of the relief layer for later use;
2) weighing water, aqueous resin emulsion, silicon dioxide dispersion, aqueous tackifying resin, aqueous penetrant and aqueous defoamer according to weight percentage, and fully and uniformly stirring in a clean container by using a stirrer to form primer bonding layer primer slurry for later use;
3) uniformly rolling and coating the prepared primer slurry on the surface of the base plate (3) by using an assembly line glue spreader to obtain the primer bonding layer (2);
4) rolling the prepared soft mud material of the relief layer into a relief layer material film with the thickness of 1-8MM by using a plane opposite rolling machine roller, synchronously paving the relief layer material film on the base plate (3) coated with the base slurry, and rolling the surface of the relief layer material film by using a three-dimensional pattern die roller to form a three-dimensional pattern, thereby obtaining the relief layer (1);
5) conveying the formed embossed plate containing the embossed layer (1), the primer bonding layer (2) and the base plate (3) to a curing frame for natural drying or heating, drying and curing for 1-2 hours at the temperature of 45-55 ℃;
6) the step 5) further comprises the step of carrying out surface water-based material coating treatment on the dried and cured relief layer (1).
