Abstract

本发明公布了一种地埋燃气管道防腐方法,该方法对管道内外设置防腐层,提高管道防腐效果,防腐层使用石墨烯底漆涂层加石墨烯面漆涂层,可以有效地将腐蚀介质(如水、氧气、酸碱盐等)与被保护金属隔离,阻止腐蚀发生,并且石墨烯底漆涂层中掺杂锌粉,对管道起到阴极保护作用,聚乙烯保护层可以减少管道外部涂层破损,该方法防腐效果好,使用成本低,实用性强。

一种天然气管道防腐方法
技术领域
本发明涉及管道防腐领域,尤其是一种天然气管道防腐方法。
背景技术
燃气管道主要有碳钢材料制成,由于输送的燃气中含有少量水分、二氧化碳、硫化氢气体等腐蚀性杂质,长时间作用,会对管道内壁造成腐蚀;地埋管道外部由于土壤中的水、酸碱盐、矿物质、微生物及杂散电流作用,而导致腐蚀;管道腐蚀会导致设备破坏而引发事故,如火灾、***、气体泄漏等,除了造成经济损失以及环境破坏外,有时会伤及生命,因此,必须对腐蚀予以高度重视。
目前,管道防腐常用的方法是外加防腐层和加装阴极保护,常用的外防腐层主要是三层聚乙烯防腐层(3PE),但是,防腐层与管道外壁附着力不够,造成防腐层的脱落,加速了钢管的腐蚀;因此,管道还会加装阴极保护装置,使被保护管道在电化学电池中为阴极而减缓其腐蚀,但是,由于安装不到位、测试桩维护不当等问题,阴极保护也很难达到较好的保护效果,并且安装和维护成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种防腐效果好、使用成本低、具有阴极保护作用、内外防腐的地埋燃气管道防腐方法。
本发明采用的技术方案:一种天然气管道防腐方法,主要包括以下步骤:
(1)将管道内表面进行打磨、清洗、烘干,再将石墨烯底漆涂料二均匀涂在管道内表面上,厚度为0.05mm,一段时间后,将石墨烯面漆涂料二涂布在石墨烯底漆涂料二上,厚度为0.1mm,最后室温固化,形成管道内防腐层。(2)将管道外表面进行打磨、清洗、烘干,再将石墨烯底漆涂料一均匀涂在管道外表面上,厚度为0.05mm,一段时间后,将石墨烯面漆涂料一涂布在石墨烯底漆涂料一上,厚度为0.1mm,然后石墨烯面漆涂料二上加一层聚乙烯保护层,厚度为1.5mm,最后室温固化,形成管道外防腐。
所述的石墨烯底漆涂料的制备:按一定比例将环氧树脂、锌粉、石墨烯粉体等填料在分散设备中搅拌均匀,然后加入其他助剂和溶剂,用研磨机研磨至一定细度,再过滤即可得到石墨烯底漆涂料;
所述的石墨烯面漆涂料的制备:按一定比例将环氧树脂、云母氧化铁、石墨烯粉体填料在分散设备中搅拌均匀,然后加入其他助剂和溶剂,用研磨机研磨至一定细度,再过滤即可得到面漆涂料;
所述的石墨烯底漆涂料成分:环氧树脂25-35份,锌粉30-50份,石墨烯粉体1-2份,其他助剂和溶剂15-20份;
所述的石墨烯面漆涂料成分:环氧树脂35-45份,云母氧化铁20-40份,石墨烯粉体1-3份,其他助剂和溶剂20-30份;
所述的石墨烯底漆涂料厚度为0.05-0.06mm,石墨烯面漆涂料厚度为0.1-0.2mm,聚乙烯保护层厚度为1-2mm;
本发明的有益效果:
(1)石墨烯底漆涂层中掺杂一些自腐蚀电位比金属管道电位更负的锌粉,在发生腐蚀的过程中,涂层内含有的锌粉作为阳极被优先腐蚀,从而延缓了金属管道腐蚀反应的发生和发展,使金属管道得到有效保护;
(2)石墨烯底漆涂层加石墨烯面漆涂层,综合防护性能更好,可以有效提高物理屏蔽作用,使腐蚀介质(如水、氧气、盐雾等)与被保护金属隔离,从而防止形成腐蚀电池或抑制其扩散;
(3)聚乙烯保护层可以保护管道外部涂层,有效减少管道安装过程中人为因素导致石墨烯涂层的破坏;
(4)对管道内外设置防腐层,提高管道保护效果,减少腐蚀发生,该方法增强防腐效果,降低使用成本,实用性强。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实例对本发明进行详细说明:
一种天然气管道防腐方法,包括:
(1)将管道1内表面进行打磨、清洗、烘干,再将石墨烯底漆涂料二5均匀涂在管道1内表面上,厚度为0.05mm,一段时间后,将石墨烯面漆涂料二6涂布在石墨烯底漆涂料二5上,厚度为0.1mm,最后室温固化,形成管道内防腐层。
(2)将管道1外表面进行打磨、清洗、烘干,再将石墨烯底漆涂料一2均匀涂在管道1外表面上,厚度为0.05mm,一段时间后,将石墨烯面漆涂料一3涂布在石墨烯底漆涂料一2上,厚度为0.1mm,然后石墨烯面漆涂料二3上加一层聚乙烯保护层4,厚度为1.5mm,最后室温固化,形成管道外防腐。
石墨烯底漆涂料的制备:将30份环氧树脂、45份锌粉、1份石墨烯粉体在分散设备中搅拌均匀,然后加入24份其他助剂和溶剂,用研磨机研磨至一定细度,再过滤,即可得到石墨烯底漆涂料;
石墨烯面漆涂料的制备:将40环氧树脂、30份云母氧化铁、2份石墨烯粉体分散设备中搅拌均匀,然后加入28份其他助剂和溶剂,用研磨机研磨至一定细度,再过滤即可得到面漆涂料;
上面对本专利的较佳实施方式作了详细说明,但是本专利并不限于上述实施方式,在本领域的普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本专利宗旨的前提下做出各种变化。

Claims (4)

1.一种天然气管道防腐方法,其特征在于按以下步骤进行:
(1)将管道内表面进行打磨、清洗、烘干,再将石墨烯底漆涂料二均匀涂在管道内表面上,厚度为0.05mm,一段时间后,将石墨烯面漆涂料二涂布在石墨烯底漆涂料二上,厚度为0.1mm,最后室温固化,形成管道内防腐层;
(2)将管道外表面进行打磨、清洗、烘干,再将石墨烯底漆涂料一均匀涂在管道外表面上,厚度为0.05mm,一段时间后,将石墨烯面漆涂料一涂布在石墨烯底漆涂料一上,厚度为0.1mm,然后石墨烯面漆涂料二上加一层聚乙烯保护层,厚度为1.5mm,最后室温固化,形成管道外防腐。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然气管道防腐方法,其特征在于石墨烯底漆涂料的制备成分比例:环氧树脂25-35份,锌粉30-50份,石墨烯粉体1-2份,其他助剂和溶剂15-20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然气管道防腐方法,其特征在于石墨烯面漆涂料的制备成分比例:环氧树脂35-45份,云母氧化铁20-40份,石墨烯粉体1-3份,其他助剂和溶剂20-30份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然气管道防腐方法,其特征在于石墨烯底漆涂料厚度为0.05-0.06mm,石墨烯面漆涂料厚度为0.1-0.2mm,聚乙烯保护层厚度为1-2mm。
