Abstract

一种活性炭喷粉与中空纤维膜滤芯组合的二噁英拦截置。用中空纤维膜粉尘净化装置+活性炭喷粉的结构方式取代现有的布袋除尘器+活性炭喷粉的结构方式,可以将粉尘过滤效率提高1000倍以上,从而将对于二噁英的拦截效率提高了10倍以上,大幅提高垃圾焚烧的洁净度。

技术领域
一种活性炭喷粉与中空纤维膜滤芯组合的二噁英拦截装置。特别是一种活性炭喷粉与中空纤维膜滤芯组合的垃圾焚烧***二噁英拦截装置。
背景技术
垃圾焚烧过程中会产生二噁英这种剧毒物质,大量研究探明,垃圾焚烧产生的二噁英先以气体状态存在,在布袋除尘器中,一部分气体状态的二噁英就会被活性炭颗粒、飞灰颗粒吸附,一部分会被布袋表面形成的粉饼固定床拦截和沉积,两者共同作用,形成了一个97%的二噁英附着颗粒物之上,以粉尘形式存在的有利局面。对此,只要过滤元件能有效拦截粉尘,就能对这部分粉尘进行有效净化。
目前垃圾焚烧烟气净化***中普遍采用了这种活性炭+布袋除尘的结构拦截二噁英。但是,目前最常用的覆膜针刺毡布袋除尘器,其过滤孔径10—30um,本身并不足以过滤0.1um粒径的颗粒,其对于微小颗粒的过滤主要通过堆积在布袋表面的粉饼来实现的,用堆积粉尘之间的空隙滤除粉尘,也就是用粉尘过滤粉尘。粉尘堆积过多造成风阻增高时要进行反吹,反吹之后粉饼脱落,在新的粉饼建立之前,布袋表面直接暴露在烟气中,小粒径粉尘就会穿越到下游,直到粉饼建立,如此周而复始。因此,这种布袋+活性炭的结构其过滤效率和过滤精度是呈锯齿波样变化的,实际的过滤效率和过滤精度是这个锯齿波的平均值,无法彻底拦截附着二噁英的颗粒物,实现高纯度过滤依然困难。
目前,采用最好的覆膜布袋,最高处理粉尘精度能达到1—6mg/m³。对于纯粉尘过滤来说,这个指标已经相当理想,但是对于0.1ng/L的二噁英排放标准来说,是不够的。只有把垃圾焚烧烟气排放的粉尘处理到微克级,才能稳定达到或优于现有的二噁英排放要求。因此,现有的垃圾焚烧***的二噁英拦截结构应当改进。
郭绍华中空纤维膜滤芯用于烟气净化的新发明,粉尘过滤的效率提高了1000---10000倍,也避免了因反吹造成的过滤效率波动,从而为高精度处理二噁英开辟了技术途径。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:利用中空纤维膜滤芯,改进现有垃圾焚烧烟气处理***技术结构,用活性炭+中空纤维膜滤芯的结构替代布袋+活性炭的结构,形成一种新的、更高效率的二噁英拦截装置。
本发明提供了一种活性炭喷粉与中空纤维膜滤芯组合的二噁英拦截装置,包括进风管、活性炭喷口、混合器、进风口、中空纤维膜滤芯总成、中空纤维膜粉尘净化装置机柜、中空纤维膜滤芯总成之膜丝集束、出风口、出灰口、反吹***,其特征是:所述中空纤维膜粉尘净化装置机柜前端装有混合器,所述混合器前端装有进风管,所述混合器上装有活性炭喷口,所述中空纤维膜粉尘净化装置机柜中装有由若干中空纤维膜滤芯总成组成的阵列;含二噁英烟气通过进风管进入混合器,活性炭粉经所述活性炭喷口进入所述混合器,与烟气混合后,进入所述中空纤维膜粉尘净化装置机柜;活性炭颗粒用作吸附烟气中的二噁英,中空纤维膜滤芯总成之膜丝集束用于拦截吸附了二噁英的活性炭颗粒和飞灰,沉积在中空纤维膜滤芯总成之膜丝集束上的粉尘最后被所述反吹***吹落,从出灰口排出。

具体实施
依据本发明原理,制做了小型实验装置,与某垃圾焚烧发电厂布袋+活性炭装置并线运行,测得过滤后pm2.5为2ug/m³,0.3um以下颗粒8500粒/m³,过滤效率优于原装置3000倍,二噁英含量为0.01ng/m³,优于原装置10倍。
有益效果
本发明大幅度降低了粉尘排放浓度,从而大幅度降低了二噁英排放,同时也为硫、氮氧化物等气体污染物处理开辟了新的技术途径。由于垃圾发电厂理想的选址位置都应该是在居民区附近,对排放的要求极为苛刻,最好是纯净排放或0排放,因此,这些进步有很重要的意义。

1.一种活性炭喷粉与中空纤维膜滤芯组合的二噁英拦截装置,包括进风管、活性炭喷口、混合器、进风口、中空纤维膜滤芯总成、中空纤维膜粉尘净化装置机柜、中空纤维膜滤芯总成之膜丝集束、出风口、出灰口、反吹***,其特征是:中空纤维膜粉尘净化装置机柜前端装有混合器,所述混合器前端装有进风管,所述混合器上装有活性炭喷口,所述中空纤维膜粉尘净化装置机柜中装有由若干中空纤维膜滤芯总成组成的阵列;含二噁英烟气通过进风管进入混合器,活性炭粉经所述活性炭喷口进入所述混合器,与烟气混合后,进入所述中空纤维膜粉尘净化装置机柜;活性炭颗粒用作吸附烟气中的二噁英,中空纤维膜滤芯总成之膜丝集束用于拦截吸附了二噁英的活性炭颗粒和飞灰,沉积在中空纤维膜滤芯总成之膜丝集束上的粉尘最后被所述反吹***吹落,从出灰口排出。
