Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples.
The washing-free bacteriostatic lotion comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
surfactant (b): 2 to 10 percent;
solubilizer: 2 to 8 percent;
essence: 0 to 0.25 percent;
humectant: 0 to 2.5 percent;
skin anti-inflammation repairing agent: 0 to 3.5 percent;
skin regenerating agent: 0 to 2.5 percent;
viscosity reducer: 0.8 to 2.5 percent;
preservative: 0.3 to 0.8 percent;
bacteriostatic agent: 0.06-0.15%;
pH regulator: used for adjusting the pH of the lotion to 5.0-5.5;
the balance of water;
wherein the surfactant is alkyl glucoside; the solubilizer comprises dipropylene glycol, sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate and PEG-50 hydrogenated castor oil; the viscosity reducer is as follows: PEG/PPG-17/6 copolymer. The CAS number of dipropylene glycol may be: 25265-71-8; the CAS number for sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate may be: 54571-67-4; the CAS number for PEG-50 hydrogenated castor oil is: 61788-85-0. The CAS number of the PEG/PPG-17/6 copolymer is as follows: 9003-11-6, which are directly commercially available. The general solubilizer is known under the trade name SIMPSOLTMDPGA (may be SIMPSOL sold by Simpler group, Inc.)TMDPGA), also known under the trade name simpsolTMDPGA, its INCI chinese name: (n-) dipropylene glycol/sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate/PEG-50 hydrogenated castor oil, which of course comprises dipropylene glycol, sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate and PEG-50 hydrogenated castor oil as starting materials.
According to the invention, the alkyl glucoside, the solubilizer and the viscosity reducer are compounded, so that the obtained lotion has rich and fine foam, good hand feeling and strong detergency when the skin surface is cleaned, and the skin surface can be cleaned only by wiping with paper or a towel after the foam is wiped off after the skin surface is cleaned, so that the skin feel is very comfortable, the sticky feeling after wiping is avoided, and the condition that the wiping object is torn or stuck to the surface of the skin because sticky objects are remained on the skin surface during wiping is avoided.
In the invention, the viscosity of the liquid on the surface of the skin can be reduced due to the addition of the viscosity reducer, so that the surface of the skin has no sticky feeling, and the liquid is easy to wipe off, and the viscosity of dirt (such as oil) can be reduced due to the addition of the viscosity reducer, so that the dirt can be more easily taken away by the foam on the surface of the skin, namely, the addition of the viscosity reducer can assist in decontamination, and the viscosity reducer and the surfactant and the solubilizer generate a synergistic effect to assist in decontamination. In the prior art, the PEG/PPG-17/6 copolymer is generally used as a defoaming agent (for example, the PEG/PPG-17/6 copolymer is added into sodium fatty alcohol ether sulfate serving as a surfactant, so that foam is reduced, and the detergency is reduced), and a person skilled in the art generally does not select the PEG/PPG-17/6 copolymer as an additive of a no-clean antibacterial lotion, because once the foam is reduced, the decontamination is difficult, but in an experiment, the PEG/PPG-17/6 copolymer is added into the lotion disclosed by the invention, so that not only is the foam not reduced, but also the decontamination can be assisted, and meanwhile, the skin surface does not have sticky feeling, and an unexpected technical effect is generated. Meanwhile, in experiments, if the viscosity reducer disclosed by the invention is not adopted and other viscosity reducers are adopted, defoaming is easy, the decontamination effect cannot be enhanced, and the decontamination effect is reduced. In addition, the surfactant is alkyl glucoside, and the solubilizer is SIMPSOLTMThe DPGA and the viscosity reducer adopt PEG/PPG-17/6 copolymer, so that the obtained product has rich foam, fine foam, larger area contacting dirt, stronger detergency and more comfortable hand feeling compared with large foam.
Due to the mutual synergy and the mutual matching of the various components, the no-clean antibacterial washing liquid can be stored for at least 2 years (namely the efficacy is basically not changed within 2 years, and no precipitate is generated).
Because the humectant is added and no organic solvent such as ethanol is added as a solvent, the skin can be moisturized and cannot be dried.
Preferably, the humectant is glycerin; the skin anti-inflammation repairing agent is aloe leaf extract; the skin regenerating agent is a golden yellow chamomile extract; the preservative is phenoxyethanol; the bacteriostatic agent is benzalkonium chloride; the pH regulator is citric acid.
The components are mild and non-irritant, do not hurt the skin, have no residue, are natural, safe, environment-friendly and quickly biodegradable, and do not leave non-safe substances on the skin.
The essence is added to remove odor and cover odor; the skin anti-inflammatory repairing agent and the skin regenerating agent can promote skin anti-inflammatory repairing and skin regeneration at places with wounds; the pH regulator makes the system more stable, does not generate precipitate and can be stably stored for 2 years.
The washing-free bacteriostatic lotion is preferably washing-free hand lotion.
Preferably, the alkyl glucoside is C8-C14Alkyl glucoside (INCI name: C)8-C14Alkyllglucoside); the water is purified water and/or deionized water and/or distilled water; the glycerol is food grade glycerol, and the alkyl glucoside is natural alkyl glucoside.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the washing-free bacteriostatic lotion, which comprises the following steps:
step 1): mixing humectant, surfactant and water, heating to 70-80 deg.C, stirring and dispersing until the dispersion is uniform and the liquid is transparent;
step 2): cooling to 40-45 ℃, adding a solubilizer and essence into the liquid obtained in the step 1), and stirring and dispersing until the liquid is uniformly dispersed and transparent;
step 3): cooling to 35-40 ℃, adding the skin anti-inflammation repairing agent, the skin regenerating agent, the viscosity reducer, the preservative, the bacteriostatic agent and the pH regulator into the liquid obtained in the step 2), and stirring until all substances are uniformly dispersed and the liquid is transparent; wherein, the components added in the preparation method are matched with the components and the using amount in any one of the items.
Of course, after step 3), the preparation method also comprises sampling to detect the pH of the liquid (the pH can be detected at 5.0-5.5) and detecting the condition of particle impurities (the particles are few and transparent).

1) The lipstick is evenly applied to the whole lips of an adult female (the application amount in normal use), the foam is pumped out through the foam pump head, the foam covers the area where the lipstick is applied (generally 0.32-0.64mL of foam) and the skin surface with dirt is rubbed by hand for 10-30 seconds (so that the foam is well contacted with the lipstick; of these, example 4 only required rubbing for 10 to 20 seconds), and then after wiping off the foam, the surface of the lips was free from stains (i.e., lipstick) by the naked eye and also free from sticky feeling (i.e., no residue was sticky to the surface of the skin, a very fresh feeling) and had a good feeling in use.
For example 4, when the lipstick color is relatively light (for example, 18 th lipstick, yashiilan), the lipstick applied to the whole lip can be cleaned only by kneading the foam with less than 0.32mL for 10 seconds; when the lipstick color is dark (such as the lipsticks of Meibaolian brand, 3g specification and SDR65 sun-light blood orange), 0.64mL of foam is adopted to rub for 20 seconds, and then the lipstick applied to the whole lip can be cleaned.
2) Uniformly applying 1 drop of peanut oil (about 0.046 g, 0.05mL) to the surface of a hand (the thickness is equivalent to the thickness of a normal cosmetic product (such as cream or moisturizing lotion) to be applied), pumping out the foam (0.64mL) through a foam pump head, enabling the foam to cover the area to be applied with oil, and simultaneously rubbing the skin surface with the peanut oil for 30-40 seconds by hands (enabling the foam to be well contacted with the peanut oil (dirt); of these, example 4 only required rubbing for 30 seconds), and then after wiping the foam clean, the peanut oil was not visible through the eyes on the surface of the hand, and also had no sticky feeling (i.e., no residue was felt on the skin surface), and the feeling of use was good.
3) Uniformly applying 1 drop of machine oil (about 0.045 g, 0.05mL) to the surface of a hand (the thickness is equivalent to that of a normal cosmetic product (such as cream or moisturizing lotion) to be applied), pumping out the foam (0.64mL) through a foam pump head, enabling the foam to cover the area to which the oil is applied, and rubbing the skin surface with peanut oil for 30-40 seconds by hand (enabling the foam to be well contacted with the peanut oil (dirt); of these, example 4 only required rubbing for 30 seconds), and then after wiping off the foam, the oil was not visible through the eyes on the surface of the hand, and at the same time, there was no sticky feeling (i.e., no residue was felt on the skin surface, so that the skin was very fresh) and the feeling of use was good.
Meanwhile, when the dirt is other dirt, such as cosmetics, skin care products (with the thickness equivalent to that of normal applied cosmetics) and the like, the dirt can be removed within 10-40 seconds by adopting the same method as long as the foam covers the dirt, and the dirt can not be seen by naked eyes on the surface of the skin after the foam is wiped off, and meanwhile, the sticky feeling (namely, the residue can not be felt on the surface of the skin) is avoided.
In addition, experiments show that the washing liquid in the embodiments 1 to 4 of the invention has very small foam pumped by the foam pump head and fine hand feeling, and more than 95 percent of the foam has the diameter less than 0.10mm and can well decontaminate. In example 4, the diameter of more than 95% of foams is less than 0.08 mm.
The foam pumped from the foam pump for the wash solutions of examples 1-4, 1 gram of the foam pumped from the wash solution was between 8 and 15 ml. In example 4, the foam of 1 g of the lotion discharged from the foam pump is 10 to 15 ml, which has a good cleaning effect (for 10 to 30 seconds of cleansing) and is fine and smooth, and since each raw material is added more moderately, raw materials are saved while the moisturizing, anti-inflammatory repair and skin regeneration effects are good.
In examples 1 to 4, the volume of the foam was 8 to 15 ml per 1 g of the washing solution pumped out from the foam pump head, and the foam could be kept constant without decreasing within 5 minutes at room temperature; after being placed at normal temperature for 10 minutes, the foam volume is 90 percent of the foam volume just pumped out, the foam volume is hardly reduced within 10 to 25 minutes, and the foam is very stable.
Meanwhile, it was found in experiments that if the solubilizing agent or the surfactant or viscosity reducer of the present invention is not added to the formulation, the soil cannot be removed within 40 seconds. Meanwhile, in examples 1-4, if the viscosity reducer is not added (all other substances are added, and the preparation method is only that the viscosity reducer is not added), it is found that the foam volume is significantly reduced when the same foam pump head pumps the same mass of liquid.
In addition, the solubilizer is SIMPSOLTMThe DPGA and the alkyl glucoside are compounded, so that the effect of rich and fine foam can be realized, and the DPGA and the alkyl glucoside can be further well applied to a no-wash antibacterial washing liquid, particularly a no-wash hand washing liquid.
The washing-free bacteriostatic lotion disclosed by the invention can be used for quickly and effectively removing dirt, the foam is easy to wipe, and the skin surface does not have dry and greasy feeling after the foam is wiped dry, so that the use requirement can be well met.
The essence of the present invention can be purchased directly from the market, for example, the genistein clear essence of Delaware essence (Guangzhou) Co.
The foam pump head (also referred to as a foam pump) may be a commercially available foam pump head.
The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present invention are described in detail above, and the principles and embodiments of the present invention are explained herein by using specific examples, and the descriptions of the embodiments are only used to help understanding the principles of the embodiments of the present invention; meanwhile, for a person skilled in the art, according to the embodiments of the present invention, there may be variations in the specific implementation manners and application ranges, and in summary, the content of the present description should not be construed as a limitation to the present invention.
